Great location, great price and great service!! Would definitely go back again!!

Loved this hotel! It's the perfect little boutique hotel. Every meal was amazing, staff super friendly, and it had a great mellow vibe. I'd try and get a room away from front stairs, it's an old building so you can hear people walking up and down stairs. Beds are amazingly comfortable and it's close to all the cool stuff in town. Great yoga studio and movie theatre right next door too. Don't miss this place!

Everything was perfect about this hotel. It was renovated recently and they did an impeccable job! Every detail is great--I actually took pictures of some of the decor because I want to do this in my own room. Very nice size room, tall ceilings, nice furniture. Wonderful restaurant downstairs (best one in town). Only negative was the bathroom window was a little drafty (but it had a heater so it did not matter much). Right in the middle of town. Definitely recommend

it wuz very handy to walk down to the gondola to go ski. it wuz also very close stumble home after a nite of drinking. it has been recently redone & was very clean & nice.

The hotel is located on Main street and has no parking. YOu are left to park on the street which is difficult at best in Telluride. The cost of the room did not match the comfort or the appearance. Food is overpriced. I had to go to kitchen to find hot water for tea. Would not stay here again.

Location is perfect if you want an authentic Telluride experience. Be sure to get a room out of earshot of the very busy parlor, restaurant, and bar which go late and are well patronized by a raucous crowd. Much livelier on Colorado Ave in town than the Mountain Village at least in summer. Be sure to experience the stunning beauty of the town and not just the bars.

Great stay, good service, chef and restaurant really good. Noise comments valid on front of hotel. Great two days, final breakfast bad service, guy didnt care, previous experience just opposite, scrambled egg, been siiting a while and two sausage links for 12 $$$ asked for bacon instead of no new potatoes, no luck! side of fruit, extra, so spoiled a great experience. would fully recommend and location unique beautiful and peaceful. Just insist on bacon without extra charge!!!

This is a fantastic, historic hotel. It's in the center of town, has a great restaurant downstairs and is attached to the busiest bar in town. If you want a quiet room ask for one in the back.

Everything was fine exceot that the noise level outside my room was very loud until 2:00am. With no AC it is essential to open the window to let the cool air in. The noise level would certainly be lower when the weather is cooler and the window could remain shut. The location is great. Everything else was excellent so I recommend this hotel but not in the summer.

The staff leaves much to be desired...

We had a great stay at the New Sheridan! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The bathroom was very nice, especially loved the high ceilings. We had 2 flatscreen tv's to watch and a nice couch and chair.

Beautiful historic hotel that has been remodeled to all the modern day amenities. Perfect blend of Old Telluride and comfort. The resturaunt serves an excellent filet

Recently renovated rooms, while a little small are more than adequate for two people and are very well done and the attention to detail is outstanding. The remodeled bathrooms even have heated floors. Note that the hotel does provide parking but it is on the local streets through the use of a parking permit. During off-season I had no problem parking. Great restaurant and bars.

Hotel has been beautifully retored, rooms are superbly decorated with high-end linens, fixtures and furniture. Hotel also has two bar areas - once inside the main lobby and one right next door as wells as a chop house restaurant with outside and inside seating. Only problem was with the Room with a View. On a summer night after the bars let out and the streets filled with people who tend to be loud and smokers. Since the hotel doesn't have A/C in the room, we left the window open and were awoken to a smokey room and loud people outside. We shut the window, but we could still hear everyone in the streets. I would stay here again, but will request a non-view room, something a little more quieter.

The New Sheridan Hotel in Telluride was wonderful. All of the rooms have recently been renovated and all now have private baths. The decor was gorgeous, the service impeccable. And all for a price comparable to the chain hotels. There is no question, if we go to Telluride again, we will stay at the New Sheridan. I highly recommend it.
