Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa - برنتوود باي

This was a great, relaxing resort with views of the lake and mountains. The room was comfortable and relaxings with a fire place, patio with seating, spa tub, separate shower, and heated tile floors. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Loved every moment - could not ask for anything better - staff, facilities, location all fantastic - only regret we were only there for one night. Will return.

We reserved a one bedroom suite with a hot tub on the balcony. Unfortunately the hot tub would not heat up which was very disappointing. Other then that we loved everything.

Excellent place to stay. Service exceptional. Would recommend without a doubt. Lovely pub attached to the hotel with a good range of food and drinks.

We were so very happy with our stay at Brentwood Bay. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the resort and surrounding sights. Clean, quiet and modern resort with lots of little extra appointments, great on site restaurant, and easy access to Victoria and Butchart Gardens. We loved it all from sipping coffee on the balcony in the mornings to dining in the evening out on the deck while the sun set on the bay in front of us.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Small with a wonderful upscale restaurant and pub. Every room has a fireplace with an ocean view balcony. It's about a 15-20min. easy drive to Victoria and about 15 min to the airport. I wish we could have stayed longer

We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. What a lovely place to stay. The room was fabulous, food was fabulous & and the view from our room was so beautiful and relaxing! We'll be back!

It was very clean, classy and the service was excellent. Also, it is very close to the Butchart Gardens. The only drawback is that it's rather expensive.

One of the most amazing hotel experiences i've ever had. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The restaurant was great, I highly recommend the pub, slightly cheaper. Beautiful views, wonderful rooms. Met so many kind and friendly people. The hotel was an incredible value from hotels.com. Note: It is a little far from the city, but worth the drive!

Lovely little hotel nestled in Brentwood Bay right on the edge of the harbor. Away from the hustle and bustle of Victoria. Beautiful rooms, quiet and lovely views. Every single hotel staff that we interacted with was exceptionally kind and helpful. The food was fabulous (both dinner and breakfast). Loved the jacuzzi tub with the candles and view through to the outside. Would stay here again without hesitation.

I have two kids, one is 2 months, another is a year and a half, and as stressful as they were on the trip, the hotel made everything as relaxing as possible. Then relaxing in the private hot tub was amazing, nothing beats its. Customer service could not have been better, very professional and kind.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We stayed only one night but would have stayed longer except for our time schedule not allowing it. What a beautiful room! We loved it!!!!

I wish all resorts were like this. Words cannot describe how awesome the staff is - each and everyone of them are gracious, professional and any special requests are received with a smile. The rooms, spa and restaurant are fabulous. Five Stars! Kim and Bill

I was thrilled to see the winter rate for this high quality hotel and was even happier upon arriving! The hotel is beautiful; the staff was more than pleasant and helpful...one could say that they were indeed caring. The food was excellent, the hot tub divine! If you need anything, just ask because they`ll find it or get it for you. And don`t forget about FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLS ANYWHERE IN NORTH AMERICA!!! Now that was the most unexpected treat ever! I can`t wait to go back!

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Brentwood Bay. It was very relaxing quite. Loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Room service was super. Will definitely come back in our boat and tie up in the Marina.

First class in every respect. One suggestion ask how to reduce loud noise of retorn air duct, was'nt advised possible untill check out. the only negative.

I was born & raised in victoria, and never had heard of the brentwood bay resort. I booked it for a weekend retreat with my girlfriend... it was perfect. I didn't know this kind of scenic getaway existed on the island. It's very similar to Tigh-na-mara.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brentwood Bay Resort. It was close to a horse clinic we were attending. Beautiful water views, great service. Modern comfortable and cozy. Fireplace and jetted tub in room. Heated pool year round, and hot tub. Great fine dining and pub food. Will be back! Great value for the money!

Wonderful Resort and Spa. Food was amazing. Beautiful room and building with pub and restaurant, outdoor pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend it for a couple get away, business and or families. Restaruant service and food was exceptional. Unfortunately their restaurant coffee was not good. They need to change that. Also, the coffee in the room was really bad-weak and tasteless. I don't know why these hotels are going with these little plastic portion coffee makers...Fitness room was a joke. About as big as my bathroom and you have to walk outside and down to the marina to get there. To get to the bathroom from gym, you have to go outside, around the corner. weird. for a spa, they dropped the ball on fitness. otherwise, you should go! very central and quiet too. I will go back.

Booked an on-line deal for Brentwood Bay Resort. We got a beautiful room overlooking the Bay. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It had nice ambiance for a romantic get a way. We ate at the restaurant and had an excellent gourmet meal.

The location if you are NOT driving is really inconvenient and out of the way. The resort is right on a marina and the views are spectacular. The service is impeccable and the staff are warm, friendly and very professional. The rooms are nice and comfy but i was not a fan of the bed frame as i hurt myself on it just about each time i got in/out of bed. The heated floors in the bathroom are a pleasant touch :-) The seagrille has wonderful dishes albeit pricey, but i spose that's to be expected in a hotel like this... I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to relax in a serene, upscale, out-of-the-way kinda place with excellent amenities and great value for the bucks you're paying.
