this hotel is centrally located and very comfortable. As there is a very noisy bar across the street, they are in the process of adding soundproof windows to all the rooms to shut out the noise level. The neighbors must be deaf!!

This hotel was chose largely because it is very close to the central squares, and main tourist attractions, has a lift and good restaurants within a stone's throw - therefore it was ideal for someone who has limited mobility.

I can't speak highly-enough of this hotel. I visited here with my fiance for New Years Eve in Brugge, and from the moment we entered the hotel the service excelled. The staff provided great local knowledge and good recommendations, and the hotel was warm and well-decorated. The rooms are smallish, and this is compounded by them being a bit over-furnished and cramped, but they are clean and comfortable. A great hotel, which I highly recommend to guests seeking a mid-to-upper-range hotel in beautiful Brugge.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a fantastic city. The rooms were astounding and it was very close to all the sights of the city. Breakfast was very good each morning with plenty of choices and the appointments within the room were exquisite. However, two problematic points. My daughters room was not cleaned one day as the maid did not get to it. And most importantly, there is a bar and youth hostel that can almost be touched across the street that is very boisterous until the wee hours of the morning.

We spent a lovely few days at this hotel. Our room was up in the attics on the third floor with lots of exposed beams. The decor reflected the age of the building without sacrificing comfort or convenience. The only possible downside was that the sloping ceiling in the bathroom meant that there was no stand up shower - but in November that only meant we had a good excuse to luxuriate in a hot (if slow to run) bath every night. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the reception staff unfailingly pleasant and helpful. The location, 5 minutes walk from the Markt couldn't be bettered. All in all a great hotel and one we would certainly stay in again if we returned to Bruges

This is a very nice hotel in Bruges. Our room felt very new and fresh, there was still a little new carpet smell. The room was good sized and very clean. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is a good buffet with both American and European fare. There was a small accounting issue that caused the hotel to not recognize prepayment from Hotels.com but the issue seems to have been resolved. I called Hotels.com and the agent I spoke with was very good.

My husband and I stayed in 4 different hotels throughout Holland and Belgium during our recent trip. This was my absolute favorite. Room #1 was full of light, quiet and elegant. The room was not large but very well laid out and with the coffee/tea preparation tray and mini-bar very convenient and easy to use. I must mention, also, that Annael at the front desk was very helpful and a delight to work with. I want to go back.

Superb hotel and perfect location to the centre of Brugges. Lovely room and very spacious with a great breakfast offer! Staff very friendly and helpful and we would definately stay here again.

Nice hotel, however room service leaves a little to be desired i had asked for 3 different things and every time i phoned down i was deverted to go down to reception to collect it, there is no resturant in the hotel which is fine but for a 4 star hotel not to have a sandwedge available or anything like that for room service i thought strange, apart from that breakfast is great rooms are lovely and the hotel and staff are very nice

Very Nice Hotel and friendly staff. A taxi ride from the central station is arounf 10 Euros. The breakfast buffet is very good as well.

This is one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in. We phoned ahead saying that we would be arriving before check in time and we got there, our room was ready. The free breakfast buffet fills you up for the day and you don't need to eat again until dinner, which is fantastic. The choice of foods on offer is very varied, so anyone can find something they can enjoy. Also, if you go to the bar between 5.30-6.30pm it's 2 for 1 drinks on spirits and beer. It's worth getting the spirits as I asked for gin and got 2 glasses filled nearly to the top with gin, so it makes more than two drinks. I absolutely adore this hotel, the location is amazing, the rooms are clean and quite spacious and the staff are lovely. I am going to go back next year.

From railway station to hotel by bus only taken around 10 minutes. From the centre of town buses were frequent to & from the railway staion. Convenient location of hotel for access to many areas around town. Within 10 minutes walk you can be by the canal. Everythin in the hotel room was modern & breakfast even with linited choice was okay. Hotel bar & mini bar prices were reasonable.

Very close to the main square area, on a quiet street (although there is a hostel/bar right across the street, we did not hear them). The buffet breakfast was delicious and very fulfilling-scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and bacon, fruit, yogurt, meats, breads-it was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and very spacious. We loved it. Had a room for three--three single beds, plus a couch, a big bathtub and plenty of space in the room.

Wonderful hotel , centrally located but in a quiet.surroundigs. Excellent breakfast and luxurious lobby.

The breakfast was extensive & very good. The room was a little smaller and more simple than the rooms in the pictures. Ours was a standard room on the top floor, attic floor. It was nice, but not exactly like the pictures.

新婚旅行で、個人で予約し泊りました。ブルージュ駅からは多少遠いですが、ゆったりと景色や建物を見ながら歩けて苦痛なほどではありません。広場までは近く、日本語メニューのあるレストランもあり安心しました。チョコレート屋さんも歩ける範囲にいくつもあります。部屋は清潔で、クラシックな雰囲気のホテルは素敵でした。またベルギーに訪れたときはブルージュに泊りたいです。

Un bel hôtel, le bar est splendide, avec une ambiance feutré et agréable..l'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est très sympa...c'est un style plutôt rustique au niveau des chambres, pas modernes mais ça va avec le style authentique de la ville... par contre "dessous du lit pas propre" c'est vrai que ça ne soit pas mais pour es maniaques ;) et pas de peignoir dans les salles de bain...petit détail, salle de bain pas très confortable, douche dans la baignoire mais assis..

皆さんのレビューを見て決めました。レビュー通り、部屋が広くてきれいでした。 また、朝食がおいしく、スチームされたゆで卵・スモークサーモン・数種類のチーズが最高でした。 ただ、部屋にスリッパが無かったのが残念でした。 また行くことがあれば、利用したいです。

Buen hotel, buena ubicación, pero al pedir las habitaciones solicitar que sean del edificio principal. En la parte de atras, en la entrada al pequeño parking, tienen unas habitaciones, que estando bien, no son como las del edificio principal y hay que salir al patio, lo cual en invierno y nevando como nos pasó a nosotros es ... Por lo demas muy recomendable.

Realmente muy bueno en todo sentido. El precio pagado justifica plenamante las bondades de este hotel. El ambiente, servicio, comida, etc,, todo de primera...

We stayed for two nights. The room on the first day which was facing to the street was not recommended because of the terrible noise from the building on the opposite side until three o'clock in the morning. However, the staff promptly changed our room to the one facing to the back yard on the second day. Other than that we fully enjoyed our stay, apprecating the good access to the major touritst attractions.

O Hotel situa-se num óptimo local, central. O pequeno almoço é muito agradável e as condições do quarto são igualmente boas. Nada de negativo a apontar. Óptima relação qualidade-preço.

BONNE SITUATION TOUT PRÈS DE TOUTES LES ACTIVITÉES. LE SEUL POINT NÉGATIF,IL Y AVAIT UNE PETITE SENTEUR D'ÉGOUT DANS LA CHAMBRE.

Creo que este es un buen hotel. El desayuno continental es tipo bufet, muy completo. El servicio se esfuerza para entenderte en español. Las instalaciones de sauna finlandesa y sauna húmeda estan bien acondicionadas aunque se oye demasiado el ruido que proviene del exterior. Hay música ambiental en todas las instalaciones. Es un hotel situado a escasos 100 m de la Plaza Markt, inmejorable situación para poder ir a cualquier punto de la ciudad de Brujas.

L'hôtel est très bien situé : rue calme à proximité des principaux axes touristiques. Le personnel est charmant et l'hôtel très bien entretenu. Par ailleurs, la chambre est propre et la literie très confortable. En conclusion, nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Dit hotel heeft ons verblijf in Brugge heel aangenaam gemaakt. Direkt bij binnenkomst werden we zeer hartelijk en (echt) vriendelijk begroet bij de incheckbalie. De kamer was heerlijk. Misschien had deze iets eigentijdser ingericht mogen zijn, maar het comfort en de algehele sfeer waren perfect. Ik zal zeker bij een volgend verblijf als eerste dit hotel aanraden en ook voor onszelf weer willen gebruiken.

Prima hotel voor een goede prijs (last minute). Netjes en verzorgd op een goede locatie. Op loopafstand van de markt en andere bezienwaardigheden. De goedkopere kamers kennen enigszins geluid van de straatzijde maar dat was niet storend. Kies voor last-minute voor een passende prijs.

Très bien situé au coeur de Bruges. Très propre; spacieux. J'y retournerai.

ブリュッセルから一泊二日でカリヨンコンサートを聴きにブルージュへ出かけたおりに利用しました。どのレビューを見ても間違いないと思い予約しましたがやはり本当に良いホテルでした。とてもかわいく清潔で、バスもゆったりしていてとても快適でした。また、アメニティーはすべて私の好きなロクシタンでそろえられており感激しました。朝食も品数、質共に問題なく少し食べ過ぎてしまったほどでした。宿泊客は欧米人ばかりでしたが皆とてもゆったり朝食を取っていました。次回ブルージュへ行く際にも必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

Cet hôtel est parfait pour tous. Chambre triple extraordinaire, immense , ce qui n'est pas courant. Le personnel est vraiment très souriant et agréable , toujours prêt à rendre service. Très bien situé, il est proche de tous les centres d'intérêt. Que du bonheur! Week end inoubliable:)

En fait l'hôtel était complet, mais on nous avait réservé une chambre, à deux pas, dans un autre hôtel (Casselbergh) : la chambre pour 3 était immense avec une mezzanine. C'est à deux pas du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Quelques places de parking (payant) avec une entrée assez étroite.

Nous avons apprécié le confort et le romantisme de l'hotel, mais avons été un peu génés par le bruit nocturne venant de la rue (pub en face de l'hotel). Sinon, l'hotel est vraiment proche du centre de la ville et cela est très pratique.
