The equipment in the gym were all in need of repair. The stationery bike was broken, the treadmill ran but the incline did not reset so you ran at an incline, and the eliptical machine was also broken. My card to enter my room did not work the last night of a 3 night stay

Outside appearance looks good on this hotel but inside is out-dated. Not to mention my air conditioner didn't work and parts of the bathroom were falling apart. I won't stay here ever again!

Very clean comfortable room in West Monroe, close to dining, movie theater and few blocks away from the Duck Commander (Duck Dynasty) warehouse if that interest you. My kiddos love it! The water seems cleaner in West Monroe, every time we've stayed in Monroe the hotels have water stains.

Nice Hotel, well situated in West Monroe. Good location with many restaurant selections close by. Hotel breakfast was very good.

Staff was great. Location was a little disappointing, but liked Cheddars close by. Hot water fluncuates, beds and pillows were comfortable. We were on bottom floor and someone came in above us mid morning..their footsteps were sooo loud and running water next room was loud. May need better insulation? Over all the hotel was good. Room was clean. May stay there again but there are cheaper motels on Thomas Rd that were half the price and was just as comfortable. Those rooms were booked up during the archery tournament.

the pool and whirlpool should remain open longer than 10p,m. on the weekend

it was a good stay the staff could have been a little more friendly but they were busy catching up on gossip with maids. overall we will stay there again.we likeed that is was close to alot of things, some eating places were walking distance and was easy to get on and off interstate.

Front clerk was not freindly. The room we stayed in had a stain covered chair(nasty). I wouldn't let my kids sit on it. They should take it out of the room. The heated pool was nice. Location was good. The beds were clean. The room overall was clean. The hot water would fluctuate.

Staff unfriendly and not very helpful.I felt like I was bothering them every time I ask them something, that is when someone was even at the desk.

I would not stay again.The employee's at the front desk were not very helpful or friendly. The atmosphere was very flat, my room not only had a roach in it, there was a huge stain on the carpet.I was not impressed at all, my wife will be coming back this weekend for three days but will be staying somewhere else

As far as customer service terrific, rooms are out dated, I had a room on the second floor, everytime the guest upstairs walked I heard them,when they flush their toliet it sound like it was running down the wall into my room,alnight you hear traffic from the interstate .

First time at a Wyndham. Guess I expected more. It was only average. OK for a short visit. A little difficult to get to with "strange" road arrangement- not the hotel's fault!

The beds were too hard. I stayed two nights and the staff didn't change the linen on the beds instead they reused the same linen to make up the beds. Uggg...What's up with that? I know clean linen should have been used to make up the beds.

Would use again

No complaints as this hotel is fairly new. Staff was wonderful and my room was comfy and quiet.

I found small things in my bed which looked like small mouse droppings or some type of bug (it wasn't moving). I took a picture of it and showed the person working the desk. Supposedly the manager and housekeeping went to the room while I was gone but didn't know what it was either. Not satisfied; grossed me out with no satisfaction. I checked out due to being unable to stay at that hotel because of what I found on top and under the sheets. I would have liked my money back but, since booking through hotels.com, the hotel didn't do anything to make up for me sleeping on the couch; thank goodness I booked a suite.

For a relatively inexpensive hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and amenities it provided. The bed was extremely comfortable, nice big flatscreen TV, free internet, fridge and microwave...everything I needed for a four day business trip. They have a large indoor pool and spa and I nice work out room. It was not without problems, though. Every day I had to get a new room key with mixed explanations. Some things were broken like the pool heater and the ice machine on my floor. The staff was mixed...some pleasant, some not so much. But there are many good restaurants (Cheddars is the best) located right in the vicinity. Overall, it was a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel was okay..room smelled of mold but seemed clean enough..bed sheets were clean and changed. Breakfast should be called continental..not full breakfast. They were only two prepared items and they were cold..scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Alll in all..most hotels in Monroe-West Monroe are over priced and this one was in line with that. We have stayed in some 4 and 5 star hotels that cost about the same with a much higher quality. Location was great..close to everything in the West Monroe area.

The room was clean, and the facility is very well kept. Will stay again.

Room was located by the dumpster and I was there for 4 nights of which 2 mornings I was woken up by the dump truck at 4:20am dumping the dumpster. Maid didn't leave shampoo and other samples or towels one day. Staff very nice and helpful.

I loved it. It was in a great location. It was by alot of resturants. The rooms were a nice size and the staff very friendly.

I'm not one to write a review because I'm not picky, but this place is not clean. Good location, but not clean. Rooms have a solid layer of dust around the perimiter and on much of the furniture. There were some questionable stains on the desk chair and the other chair in the room. You would not want to sit on these. The hallway had a terrible odor in it that required you to hold your shirt over your nose from elavator to the room. This is not an exxageration. I waited 15 minutes in front of the desk at 3 PM to check in and no one was around to help me. Lastly, don't choose the place because it includes breakfast. Ingredients were very scarce and hardly enough to make a meal (attendant said she didn't know if anyone was coming, 8:30 AM). I'd choose a different hotel in the area if I ever make it back to Monroe.

Towels could be softer or use more fabric softener I did not like that at all. Towels are very very rough.

Shabby. Old and definitely in need of renovation. Carpet was dirty.

maid only partially cleaned room one day. didn't finish making bed, and trash was not thrown out. overall the hotel was good. pool heater was not working as well during my 4 day stay. Desk clerk was helpful (Jonathon)

This hotel was fine if they only charged half the price a night they were asking!! Its not a fancy hotel!!! The breakfast was't good...the eggs were dry and there were biscuits but no gravy!!! This is the south!!! We need gravy!!!! My room smelled funny...which the staff quickly fixed!!!! The staff was great!!!! Just charge too much!!!

The hotel was very clean and nice looking upon arrival. When we entered the room it smelled good, was clean and very organized. My husband went to swim in their indoor pool/hot tub, and we were short on towels. We asked the receptionist for more towels and she was right on it! She called us promptly in our room to say more towels were on the way! All of the staff we met were very friendly and the location of the hotel was awesome; next to many restaurants and attractions! Loved the experience and would stay again if I am ever in the West Monroe area! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Book a room with two queen size bed and hotel.com put us in a 1queen size and a sleeper bed the first night then they put us in the room we book for second night because the had a opening

I've always been satisfied everytime I stay here and I have not encountered any problems that wasn't readily addressed. On this most recent stay the heat quit working and after calling the front desk and reporting it I was quickly checked into another guest suite without the hassle of having to go back down to the lobby. The desk clerk was extremely efficient in getting me settled into the new room. I would stay there again in the future!

I had to spend a couple weeks in Monroe for business recently. The two major hotels the locals recommended were booked up, so I ended up staying here. It was okay, and better than the hotels on the other side of the interstate, but it falls just short of being a great hotel. Things are mostly clean, quiet and breakfast is not too bad for a hotel breakfast. In my particular room, the a/c unit was leaking water and blowing black "stuff" all over the floor and bed. I told the front desk, who advised me it was normal operation. I removed the a/c cover and noticed it was actually pieces of rubber gasket blowing around, so I just laid a towel across the vent to stop the rubber from blowing all over the bed while I stayed there. During the 2 weeks I was there, room service never moved the towel at all. Room service was a little hit or miss. One day after work, I noticed all towels were removed from the room, but none were put back. Again I advised the front desk, again I was told this is normal, and they would be replaced later in the afternoon. I ended up getting some towels around 8:00 PM. After a couple days staying there, I came back from work to notice that all of the coffee cups had been removed from the room and not replaced. Again, I asked the front desk for replacement cups, which they were unable to provide (It was after hours but they did give me a styrofoam cup). The front desk assured me they would have housekeeping restock the glasses the following day. They never were restocked in the remaining 7 days I was there. The front desk help was neither friendly or rude, just sort of indifferent. I always felt like I was interrupting someones texting conversation when I stopped by. Just little things like that seemed very unusual. Perhaps I just stayed during a bad week or something but it was a really weird and overall unfriendly experience. All in all, if you can stay at one of the top 2 hotels in the area, try to do that, if they are booked, this is a oka

The staff was great. The location wass good. THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE. I saw 20 or so flat screen TVs being delivered. I had injured my back before my trip. After one night at the Marriot in Pensacola I was on the mend. Since the second night in your hotel my back still hurts and it has been 12 days since I stayed there. Weary travelers have started to expect excellent linens and beds after a long day on the road.
