Hotel Design Suites Bariloche - باريلوتشه

This stylish hotel is located in the woods right outside of Bariloche (about 1km to center) with a great view on the lake. Room equipment was outstanding with spa bathtubs in every room, floor heating in the bathroom, large windows, free pretty fast wifi, tv with dedicated movie channels etc. If I had to find one negative point it would be the normal room heating: We were there in autumn and the room heater already had to be set to the max for comfortable room temperature. The heater could be unable to cope with cold winter nights.

A shuttle service more often to the town would improve experience

Despite being very quite due to the ash in the air we had an amazing stay at the Design Suites. The staff was very friendly, proffesional and attentive and the room was incredible! The Design Suites made our stay in Bariloche!

we were planning to stay only two nights at the design suites bariloche, but ended up extending our stay for two more nights. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded our room for the second two nights. the rooms were well designed with beautiful views of the lake. our stay there was in the middle of a long trip, and it was a relaxing break. it is a bit of a hike into the city center, but the hotel offers a shuttle, or would call a cab that arrived in minutes. the only downfall of the hotel was spotty internet service. other than that - a great place to stay in bariloche.

Really enjoyed my stay at Design Suites. The staff was super helpful and the vistas are just beautiful from the dinning room. My room had a tru king size bed and a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. It was extremely clean and updated. Really great place to stay at for the price. Very quiet and tranquil, benefit they drive you into town, saving you only a fare back.

Service was great, staff was friendly, loved the restaurant and lobby area. The only inconvenience is that they only ran shuttles to the city center twice a day, noon and 7pm, which felt like strategically off times so that they could encourage taxi usage. One of the front desk staff, the female one, was kind of unfriendly, but the other staff members there were very friendly.

If it is in your budget, the room above standard is spectacular.

While not as "convenient" as some locations right in town, the hotel easily called a taxi whenever we needed one and the fare into town amounted to about $4 or $5 dollars each way....and the setting, frankly, made that little inconvenience/extra cost more than worthwhile. The room we had was large and nicely appointed. Best to get into the building closest to the lodge (or clubhouse as they call it) for ease of access to meals, lobby computers, exercise room, etc. The staff was first rate; the view from the dining room was superb. We'd certainly consider staying there again if we were to return to Bariloche.

The hotel is very pretty. However service is not their thing. As a non spanish speaking visitor, I tried my very best and some of the people there tried as well. However the front desk women was a bit rude. Also, I believe that hotels should be up to date on local tourism issues, such as an airline strike. The front desk helped me arrange transportation to the airport the final day of our stay. It would have been very helpful to have know that the airlines were on strike. So we spent most of the day trekking back and forth from the hotel to the airport multiple times, via taxi. Had they told us when we were checking out much of this could have been avoided. Breakfast is good, coffee is bad, views are amazing!

Outstanding in every respect - highly recomended

Fue muy agradable, todo según lo programado. Buen servicio, habitación muy amplia y cómoda, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. La vista es muy bonita aunque bastante mas lejos del lago de lo que aparenta en fotos.

O hotel é lindíssimo, com uma vista magnífica e um quarto amplo e com muitas amenidades, sendo limpo e com bons serviços, especialmente prestatividade da equipe. Ponto fraco apenas a inexistência de restaurante em funcionamento e as variedades oferecidas no café da manhã podem ser melhoradas, mas pedimos ovos mexidos a parte, sem qualquer cobrança e sempre fomos atendidos com sorrisos e rapidez. É fora do Centro, mas com acesso rápido e barato com os remises e ganha em tranquilidade certamente.

Das Hotel ist ideal für Haare-LiebhaberInnen. Noch am Abreisetag begegnete ich (männlich Alleinreisender) langen verloren gegangenen Haaren in meinem Zimmer. Waren dies etwa Frauenhaare? Einige Punkte der Hotelbeschreibung im Angebot und in der Bestätigung stimmten nicht mit der vorgefunden Realität überein. Ich hatte zuerst nur für zwei Nächte reserviert. Am Anreisetag präsentierte sich das Hotel von seiner wohl besten Seite. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und das Zimmer war schön. Zudem war im Hotelangebot auch ein Zimmerservice mit warmen Essen bis spät in den Abend hinein inbegriffen. Am ersten Abend kurz nach acht Uhr abends wollte ich dann von meiner Zimmerspeisekarte Essen bestellen. An der angegebenen Nummer nahm niemand ab. So wählte ich die Rezeption. Dort teilte man mir mit, dass es keinen Zimmerservice mehr gebe. Als ich darauf hinwies, dass die Hotelunterlangen in meinem Zimmer etwas anders sagen und ich sogar eine Speisekarte in meinem Zimmer vorfand, gab es keine Antwort. Ich fragte dann nach was ich jetzt machen sollte. Die lapidare schon fast schnoddrige Antwort war: Ich könne ja nach Bariloche (2.5 km entfernt) Essen gehen. Ich verlangte für den nächsten Tag vom Verantwortlichen des Hotels eine Erklärung. Ich bekam eine knappe Bestätigung nach dem zweiten Nachfragen. Die Erklärung kam jedoch nie. Ich hatte das Gefühl, das Personal interessiert sich nicht gross für die Gäste. Es wurde ein minimaler Service geboten bei grosser Geschäftigkeit. Leider hatte ich noch vor dem Telefon mit der versuchten Nachtessenbestellung Reservationen für neun weitere Tage gemacht. Ansonsten hätte ich nach dem Vorfall mit dem Essen und den Haaren das Hotel sicher gewechselt… Während meinem Aufenthalt war in der Region ein Vulkan aktiv. Selbstverständlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Je nach Ausbruchaktivität und Wind war die Situation im Hotel nicht sehr angenehm. Alles war staubig und sandig. Dies ging bis ins Bett hinein. Hotel lindo,chic, com boa estrutura, atendimento gentil. Os apartamentos são distribuídos em três ou quatro blocos, a poucos metros do bloco central onde fica o restaurante, o que permite uma estadia agradável, silenciosa, sempre com vista aprazível.Embora a 2,5km da cidade, chega-se rapidamente ao centro de táxi. O hotel oferece serviço de transporte em van, em dois horários( 12 h e 19h)

Achei o hotel muito bom, ficamos na suite junior e esta é muito bonita com uma hidro no quarto, o quarto sempre limpo e bem cuidado e com um ótimo tamanho, o café da manhã também era muito bom sempre com pães diferentes, frutas , etc..!

Recepção ruim. internet não funcionava na recepção. Café da manhã repetitivo e fraco. Funcionários mal humorados. Quarto confortável. No site nossa reserva foi para o quarto mais caro (o melhor), porém no check in nos deixaram em acomodações de 3ª classe.

No geral o hotel é de excelente qualidade. Peca por dois motivos. Primeiro o serviço de quarto não trocou os roupões sujos e tinha somente um piso de banheiro quando, por não ter porta o box e, assim, molhar o piso do banheiro, deveria ter mais um piso. De segundo, a localização, por ser fora do centro da cidade, dificulta aqueles que estão sem condução, apesar do hotel ter uma van para servir os hospedes. De resto a nota é cinco.

Ótima hospedagem, café, quarto, estrutura.. tudo bacana. Fiquei no primeiro bloco, que é o que tem uma ótima vista do lago. Recomendo. Ótimo custo/benefício. Não fica perto do centro cívico, mas de taxi é bem barato e sem problemas.

Temos o exemplo de um bom Hotel, com um bom projeto , excelente localização, bom serviço de quarto mas uma recepção que parece estar simplesmente cumprindo sua obrigação sem nenhum prazer e simpatia. É uma pena !

Hotel excelente, quarto grande, linda vista, confortável e ótima localização.

Excelente Hotel com localização privilegiada. Quartos muito confortáveis, amplos e limpos. Café da manhã muito bom. Serviços em geral muito bom. Funcionários receptivos. Agente de turismo do Hotel muito prestativo. Ele deu várias dicas sobre os passeios disponíveis. Devido a localização um pouco afastada do centro da cidade , vale a pena alugar um carro para ter mais mobilidade, mas isso não atrapalha porque o serviço de taxi é muito bom e o Hotel tem 2 transfers diários para a cidade.

Novo, limpo e com excelente vista para as montanhas. Café da manha impecável apesar de repetitivo. Funcionários atenciosos para o padrão argentino (que é baseado na má-vontade e desinteresse - penso q ate isso eles tentam copiar dos franceses). Únicas reclamações são o sistema de calefação que é insuficiente para o quarto (que são grandes) e a agencia de turismo que também se empenha para fazer jus ao citado padrão argentino de atendimento. A registrar que os passeios da agência, mesmo os mais caros, têm que ser pagos dinheiro, nada de cartão de crédito, o que atrapalha muito a viagem, pois não é prudente carregar muito cash em viagens, alem das eternas filas em caixas eletrônicos para saques ou casas de cambio para trocar os dólares por pesos. Como a moeda local é fraca você sai com a carteira recheada de notas.

Hotel lindissimo... muito aconhegante, quarto espaçosos com banheira deliciosa...atendimento VIP, linda piscina aquecida e sala de fitness.. cafe da manha falta algumas frutas, mas entendo pela localização da cidade e clima, o que não permite ter a mesma quantidade e disponbilidade de frutas como aqui no Brasil.. Resumindo, recomendo para aqueles que gostam de conforto e pagar pouco.. vale a pena a estadia..

Avevamo avuto raccomandato questo Hotel dall'Organizzazione del Congresso Mondiale di Angiologia a Buenos Aires, aprile 2010, per pre- o post-tour congress. L'intenzione era di averlo come base per trekking di posti stupendi come Pampa Linda e i ghiacciai del Cerro Tronador (e un centinaio di kilometri a piedi e salite tra i Glaciares Ventisquero Negro, Castaña Overa, Alerce, tra l'Hosteria Pampa Linda e il Rifugio Otto Meiling, li abbiamo goduti). Ma abbiamo goduto anche Bariloche grazie all'Hotel Design Suites che è delizioso. Appena a due kilometri dal Centro direttamente in fronte al Lago Nahuel Huapi - dunque una piacevole passeggiata -, non ha nulla da invidiare al celebrato Llao-Llao, più lontano. Ambiente. Per chi come noi proveniva dalla capitale del Design (Milano) è stato bellissimo spendere del tempo in questi ambienti veramente originali (arredamento, mobili, SPA, anche senza descrivere, come altri fanno, le belle vasche-piscine Jacuzzi sulla vetrata e terrazza di ogni camera). Ottimo Hi-Fi in camera, e soprattutto cene al lume di candela raffinate per atmosfera e qualità del cibo e dei vini. Troppo entusiasti ? Certo, amiamo la Patagonia (era la seconda volta; la prima in posti un po’ più selvaggi come il trek del Cerro Torre e Fitz Roy, più a sud). Concludiamo con un aneddoto. Sciando a Cervinia lo scorso marzo, su una seggiovia è capitato di viaggiare con un simpatico fiorentino che aveva sciato a Bariloche con entusiasmo e che ci raccomandava i luoghi. Ecco, l'Hotel è anche ben posizionato per belle sciate di fondo e di discesa alpina (ops ! andina). Ma eravamo d’autunno, rosso dei larici, non ancora bianco di neve da sci (forse per questo, il costo era veramente abbordabile). Sarà per un’altra volta, nell’inverno australe.
