We have stayed there before and had no problems. It seemed like the room we had was old and not clean. stains on the comforters and trash on the floor.

Unfortunately a town known for its thermal pools this hotel had a freezing hot tub. I will give an A+ to the poor kid left in charge who called the "manager" several times to rectify the situation with no success. After midnight I called the front desk to let them know that it sounded like someone was building a bowling alley in the room above us and for them to take care of it and the bowling alley noise continued. My advice take your chances and spend a little more if traveling to Thermopolis.

During our 23 day trip we have stayed at several Super8 This was the worst of them, although it was clean staff helpful, but the hotel needed a little TLC.to upgrade it.The swimming pool and spa needed cleaning

We were happy as a group of old fishermen could be , very good staff and management

This mtoel was not right in the park but that was fine. Breakfast was not great so we went to a cafe downtown and found it very pleasant.

The location was great, however the hotel needs some TLC. Our room was very worn down, molding along the table was coming off and sharp, the bathroom had patches and unfinished walls and our towels were folded and laying on plain wood. The bathroom floor was sticky when we arrived. They did send someone to clean it up quickly. The pool was not heated and the water was dirty and the hot tub smelled of seaweed.

WE have stayed here before, but this time it was dirty and in disrepair. I don't think we will stay here again. We even saw a spider the size of a half dollar inside the

Way overpriced for such an average room/hotel. The breakfast was not good at all.

The bed was comfortable, didn't notice till the second night that the room smelled of new paint which had caused me to have a headache the entire time, and the tub had hair in it from the previous guest or cleaning personal

Check in staff was verry nice and helpfull, room was clean and comfortable, , pool area was nice, not far from attractions, would stay there again.

Nicely updatad in Lobby and Rooms however walls are thin and doors don't block out much noise. Small pool but they have a public billard table.

Reasonable rates however the room was so messy when we arrived I wasn't sure it had been made up from the previous guest. Television had to be programmed every time it was turned on and the treadmill in the "workout" room had a loose belt so it was impossible to run on. That left the bike as the only other option to work out. Guess you do get what you pay for.

Not too bad for the money, walls are not sound insulated. Could hear man next door clearing his throat.

My family and I live in a nearby city and had decided to spend the weekend in Thermopolis. This was the cheapest hotel available on short notice, so I booked it. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and they had continental breakfast. It wasn't fancy, but I don't expect an omlette station at a Super 8. The only complaint that I had was that the pool was ice cold. But, in a town where there are dozens of swimming pools, most open from 9 am to 9 pm, not being able to use the hotel pool isn't really a big deal.

The bed was comfortable, clean, the downside of this hotel is the shower head was no taller then 5 feet high and the breakfast was terrible. The choices for the breakfast was terrible, no fruit, only 2 kinds of cereal.

You could get hot or cold but nothing in between. Front desk training and routine maint would help. Hotel struck me as a place that was trying but just didn't know how to get where it could potentially go.

Very fair price. Clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly helpful front desk. Comfortable beds. Big screen T.V in room. A nice continental breakfast and a complimentary Casper Star Tribune. Next time we are in Thermopolis we will be staying at The Super 8 again. I would recommend it to everyone I know.

very nice room, nice beds, nice pool. Pretty lame "spa" and workout area, the treadmill sucked so I spent more time swimming!

It was all just OK, but that is all we needed. I have to say the room was in pretty tough shape. It was clean enough but the wall was in disrepair and the room had a very strong chemical odor. I assume it was cleaning stuff, but it was pretty strong. All in all I'd stay again for a convenient place to just sleep. Not a place I'd like to stay for days though. Just not that great.

At check in, desk clerk insisted we charge my credit card again; when I had pre-paid on May 17 for 2 rooms for 2 nights.

They put us in SMOKING rooms even after we requested non-smoking and reserved 8 weeks in advance. The front desk said they could not change an "internet booking" once they had assigned us 3 smoking rooms. They managed to find 1 nonsmoking room but the other 2 rooms were smoking and they stank! I have never complained on a hotel review but I will warn you, stay at the Days Inn, (even if it is a little more $) it would have been worth it.
