El Paradero Bed & Breakfast Inn - سانتا في

We spent the long Veteran's Day weekend at El Paradero. Overall we really liked the B&B - it had a nice ambiance and is located just a short walk from the center of Santa Fe. It is also close to the Railyard complex, which has good restaurants and hosts the weekly farmer's market on Saturdays. We stayed in room 7, which has a separate but private bathroom across the hall. This was no problem. Overall, room 7 was very cozy and we enjoyed our two night stay. Tea time was great with yummy cookies and cakes to enjoy with tea. Breakfast was good too with a hot meal plus several choices of cereal, including homemade granola that was delicious. The staff was all very courteous and nice. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. Enjoy!

One of my pet peevesis the trend of hotels, motels, and B&B's to opt for padded concrete beds. Unfortunately, our favorite B&B in a city has succumbed to that trend. It's not really noticeable on the first night, but subsequent nights, one wakes up feeling like they've been beaten with a stick during the night. It's my pet peeve and I'm sticking to it. But, I will return, sore muscles in the morning or not, there's more going for this wonderful B&B than that.

A return after 15 years and El Paradero is just as delightful as ever. Only quibble is that in the area that was the stables in the early 90's, the even numbered rooms (6 & 8) have their bathroom/showers across the hall. The breakfasts are wonderful, and you're only a few blocks from downtown, The Plaza, or the Capitol. Gotta book early, though, because lots of people know about this little gem.

Not being an experience B&B person, I opted for this place due to the very good ratings. It was a very good experience. Many nice features including afternoon tea and indoor/outdoor dining. I stayed in one of the rooms with a separate bathroom, but that wasn't a big deal.

Although the bathroom was across the hall, this was not a problem. The location was very convenient and close to a great restaurant, Restaurant Martin. The breakfasts were great, but eat at a later time so you don't feel rushed. Enjoyed our stay and would go back!

A particularly nice B&B very near the Plaza in Santa Fe, NM, convenient to many areas of town, restaurants, and museums/sites. Friendly, attentive staff, wonderful breakfasts (will try tea on our next visit), and tastefully decorated (not 'death by Santa Fe' style) we will be returning.

The El Paradero is ideally located to visit the Plaza and Railyard areas of Santa Fe. We had our dog, and everyone there is very pet-friendly. The only real fault, as far as we were concerned, is that the bathrooms, while private, were across the hall.

Exceeded our expectations!!! From the moment we walked in the office door, we immediately felt it had already become our second home...and will be again in the very near future! Exquisite rooms, exceptional staff, and breakfasts, a picture to behold - not to forget the desserts and tea at 3:00!!!

We chose this Bed&Breakfast for the proximity to the historic downtown district and for it's nature (we'd never been to a B&B and wanted to try one!). We were very, VERY, pleased with it! The Plaza, and the historic Chapels are within a mile or two of this B&B. Do note that during Spring and Summer the check-in time ends at 7pm (afterward, there are after-hours instructions). The breakfast was AMAZING and there is tea with dessert served every afternoon. The rooms seem larger in pictures, but it's cozy without being crowded. It also dropped cooler than expected while we were there, so the in-room fireplace was great (they even stack the kindling for you!).

There is a lot of terrific history to this B&B. Each room is different - there are 2 where the bathrooms are across the hall. Be sure to inquire if this is an issue for you. There are no tv's in the rooms! This keeps the atmosphere quiet and lovely. This is an adult spot - kids would be a problem! The breakfast is gourmet and to their order - not yours! (They can accomodate special diets if you warn them in advance). Terrific location downtown and the staff is absolutely superior in friendliness and helpfulness!

If we return to Santa Fe, we will absolutely stay in the El Paradero B & B again. Comfortable, convenient and a great staff. The breakfast was fabulous and the facility was convenient to everything.
