Marriott Louisville Downtown - لويسفيل

This was my first time staying in Louisville overnight and I was very pleased with my stay at the Marriott. This hotel was very clean, hotel staff was very friendly. I loved that the hotel was in the heart of downtown and was in walking distance of the Waterfront, which is where the concert was taking place and the reason for my stay. It had several restaurants in the hotel but many local eateries worth checking out in the area. I will definitely make the Marriott my hotel of choice when I am in the Louisville area!

Very poor attitude from several employees. I will never go back. Also i booked a room for 3 adults and they gave me a king size bed saying i wasn't guaranteed a 2 bed room. Give me a break. We went downstairs for our breakfast in the morning and was ignored for at least 10 minutes

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet despite the several weddings going on in the hotel. Staff was friendly, valet parking expensive ($26/day). Hotel breakfast was great and very extensive selection: homemade granola, french toast, eggs, muffins, fresh berries and fruit, smoothies, omelet station. Ordered room service for dessert at 1 a.m. and it was prompt and delicious. We were able to walk to 4th street live and several other places on Main and Market Streets. We will stay here again.

stay was great. Didnt like paying 26 dollars a day for parking, it should have been free for staying guest.

We had a nice stay at the Marriott. Room and everything was fine. Parking: the garage was hard to access, valet parking was $26.00, that was the only thing I wasn't crazy about. Staff was very helpful and our room was great.

the room was not as described but we were upgraded to a very nice room. The staff was wonderful and so nice and helpful. A young man Austin was fantastic and made my family feel so welcome thank you Austin!! We would be happy to stay again.

The valet, staff and rooms were great! Staff and valet were friendly, rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfy! I did have an issue with my valet charge. We had paid the valet cash and they also charged my card but I called and Brittany took care of it and apologized for any inconvenience. I would highly recommend!

Dissatisfied with booking. Booked room with 2 queen beds for 4 people and was given a room with 1 king bed for 4 people. Not exactly a comfortable accommodating stay. 1 person had to sleep in the floor.

The only negative was the "automatic" $15 fee for wireless access. The minute you get into the room, your phone will connect to the Marriott's wireless system and you incur the charge. You do not even have 30 seconds to turn off the wireless on your phone before that fee in added to your bill. PLEASE talk to the front desk prior to you entering your room to get this item rectified.

Close to many great locations. Staff was very polite and helpful

I asked for my efolio and called 3 times and they never sent it. I will not stay here again. I don't like being told people will do things and then they don't. I contacted the corporate office about it.

We enjoyed our stay, but would to see a small breakfast room for those who have children staying.

I am very liberal but was glad my daughter with 14 in could understand because across the street is a sec shop and there was construction on the third floor where the pool is located it did not present a family friendly or safe environment

Our stay was fine. We requested a one king bed and we were given two double beds. My wife was disappointed. The sports bar in the lobby was hopping but the service was just ok. Great night life about two blocks away. All in all I would rate this 4 out of 5.

Hotel and location was overall great, but as much as we spent on the room, you would think they would throw parking in there for free. However, if we would have stayed elsewhere, we probably would have spent more on cab fares than what it cost us to park in their garage. Great hotel if you're wanting to do the downtown thing (Yum Center, 4th Street, etc.).

Close to the Kentucky International Convention Center, first class customer service and a clean newly-decorated room...what more could I ask? I am very picky and the only flaw I could find in the entire room was a small area (less than 1") of peeled paint in one corner of the shower. I will return to the Marriott for future business in Louisville.

Excellent, friendly service, very nice accomdations. Food in restuarant was very good.

Wow! Excellent Service with many, many smiles and greetings from the entire staff. Great location to many things to do in downtown Louisville within walking distance to most. Hotel and room very clean and the Brunch was very tasty! We will be back again! We were upgraded to a hospitality room after the king bed rooms were gone and our hotel parking and breakfast comped.

Nice simple rooms, great tv, comfy beds. Restaurant food was poor. Service was good.

Had a wonderful stay. Will stay there again.

Excellent in every way! Those who complain about the parking fee, haven't parked in a major city before. Pass the Bourbon please.

Great King bed. Clean and and Starbucks in lobby which is a requirement for me.

This hotel is wonderful for the business traveller, well positioned, just a couple of blocks from the restaurants and bars. It is clean, comfortable and the staff were exemplary. I got it for a great price , and was extremely satisfied.
