We loved the breakfast and breakfast area was very nice! Our room smelled bad and also in the hall to our room bad musty mildew smell.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness of it was superb. The location is great as well. The breakfast is the best we have every had at a hotel. The staff were all very friendly. We felt like we were staying at a five star hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was very good in general and the front desk clerk was very helpful. However I had booked a room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa and ended up in a room that only had the two queens. The hotel brought in a rollaway bed at no extra charge at my request, but it was still annoying not to get the room that I had booked.

I was not able to watch my favorite tv network.

Rooms were excellent but the breakfast can be improved with fresh fruits

very close to our event, front desk very helpful, room clean and neat. Only negative on a weekend was the lounge was closed and only open on weekdays for the business crowd. .what is up are the weekenders just chopped liver, that is how we felt and probably paid more for our room.

As always the Hampton was great but I was surprised at the cost for Fresno.

Staff was indifferent and only greeted us upon check-in. We were given an extra water as concession to them not giving us Hilton honors points for our stay. The beds were not that comfortable.Though my 8 year-old slept fine, my Husband and I were very tired from the lumpy bed and noisy heating/AC system that jolts you awake every time it comes on. The included breakfast was lackluster in that they didn't even have fresh fruit. Location is the best thing about this hotel. It's an easy on and off of hwy 41 and close to shopping and restaurants.

I stayed here with my husband and our two boys - ages 4 and 2. Overall our stay was fine, it was short, it was only for 1 night while we were in town visiting family. The only complaint I have is that the beds were really uncomfortable. I don't want to be completely unfair so I should mention that I'm pregnant - so it can be difficult for a pregnant lady to get comfortable at all, but I can sleep just fine in my bed at home. The beds were just too firm and really could have used some plushness to them. We did not eat the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I had some hot chocolate on my way out in the morning, and that was good. Water was hot and good water pressure in the shower. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay again, but might check out something else first to see if they have a more comfy bed. :-)

The beds were nice and firm, pool stayed open very late because wasn't too crowded. Draw back - even though the pool was at 83 the jacuzzi was the same temp. Complimentary breakfast was out of this world!!! The selections were varied. Hot foods were hot and the staff was right there filling the trays as they became empty. A convenient and comfortable place to stay, aside from some late night noise in the hallway.

We walked into the lobby completely under construction. There wasn't even a counter top for the front desk. It was over 100 degrees outside, all doors were open. The Lobby/breakfast area had plastic over all the furniture. The second floor had "Caution tape" as the construction workers had high wattage lights on to redo the flooring - there was no ac on the 2nd floor elevator area either. It was hot and smelled of chemicals. The "manager's reception ran out of beer and food for it and breakfast wasn't so good. I cannot believe Hotels.com didn't know the hotel was under construction. I had several properties to chose from and chose this for its high ratings. If we weren't so tired, we would have called and moved. While the staff was friendly, the overall stay was less than satisfactory.

Nice clean place! Got the studio king room. Very nice with mini kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet (free) was very nicely done) as was the Managers evening service with wine and appetizers. Wine was from Fresno State, and was awful, but praises to the hotel for having it for the guests.Overall a nice clean place to stay

Everything was GREAT !! The staff, cleaniness, room, and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was wonderful and easy to get around. Lots of shopping in the area.

The hotel was very beautiful. Actually a bit more than I expected. The rooms were clean and the staff was more than accommodating. I loved all the amenities and I felt like a princess. The only drawback for lack of a better word was some of the breakfast foods. The sausages has a weird taste and the eggs were way overdone. Other than that...the stay was perfect!!!!!

The hotel staff was super friendly and eager to make sure all of my needs were met. I was very disappointed to find that they did not have pay per view movies. I have stayed many times at other Hampton Inns and actually was a main reason for choosing this location. For me this feature is a principal reason for choosing a hotel.

The Hampton Inn chain, in general, is consistently very good, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, rooms are more than adequately sized, included breakfast is always ample and varied. The staff are always friendly. This property met my expectations, very satisfied.

i am pregnant and stayed at this hotel because they had a outdoor spa. once checked in, we went down to the spa and it was freezing. i talked to them at the front desk and they told me that it was having problems and that it didn't heat up. that was the only reason i stayed there and i was pretty upset. We got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub but it was made for only one person. it was super small. the room was decent, but overall, it wasn't what i expected for the money. i have stayed at other hotels for cheaper and that were nicer

All was great. Capet in rooms look unclean

Service was more than outstanding, room, food etc.

Everything met expectations...however, breakfast table seating somewhat limited...USA Today at doorstep in the AM

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The only complaints were of a very noisy air conditioner which kept us awake and the obvious attempt to mask the smell of cigarette smoke with a perfumy spray which made the smell even worse. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff was wonderful.

we enjoyed our stay in Fresno. Hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants. It was a real treat to get the free chicken wings and potatoes along with beer and wine! What a nice surpirse that was after driving all day.

The Hampton is a very nice hotel. It is close to many resturantes as well as a movie theater. They have a very nice workout room as well. Whenever AI am in Fresno on business that is where I choose to stay.

I checked in about 11.00 am quickly and was out until 9:30 pm. I was exhausted from travelling and when I went to bed there were black hairs on the sheets and two pillows. I was exhausted other wise I would have complained right away. I did mention it to the girls as I checked out. Very disappointed!! The eggs at breakfast where too salty and like rubber. The girl on the counter was not that helpful at directions to the airport she just told me to use the computer and I told her that I did not know the address of the airport. She then found a print out under the counter. Why would she not just give me that in the first place. Other than that everything was fine. Extremely disappointed. Janice

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and recevied a room with 2 double beds. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the queen beds.

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Eingangsbereich renoviert. Daher war alles etwas umständlicher, auch das Frühstücken. Wie in allen Hamptons war das Frühstück für europäische Gaumen geeignet. Im River Park, das ist kein Einkaufszentrum sondern eine Einkaufsmeile, fanden wir auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ein tolles Steakhaus. Vorsicht beim Überqueren der Straße! Diese Stadt ist für Fußgänger nicht geeignet.
