It was an ideal place for the whole family to relax and enjoy with the sun, clear beaches, warm waters and tasty foods. Very beautiful hotel/island, with very helpful staff. They were all very well trained. Highly recommended for families.

Visited Kurumba for 8 nightsduring easter 2012, and had the best vacation and hotel experience so far in my life. It is obvious that this hotel has a long experience in taking exceptionally care of its customers. For the first time, I can not put my finger on anything...everything is just perfect; the service, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast buffet, the restaurants, the island location, the housereef ,the coffee mugs...

More information could have been provided for making reservations in the diving center.

The title says it all. It was a little slice of paradise. Sunrise and sunset just go to a different side of the island. The staff was wonderfully attentive. the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The food was a good as well.

We took Deluxe Room for our stay which was beach facing and I must say we had a fantastic honeymoon. Resort arranges nice activities everyday like sunset, city tour etc. Resort have multiple restaurants including Indian restaurant. We are pure vegetarian but we didn't had any problem. Resort provide excellent complementary breakfast and one candle light dinner, decorated room for honeymooners. Staff is very friendly. Beach are very nice and clean.

How do I start to describe this beautiful resort, from the moment you get picked up from the airport to when they drop you off was absolute bliss. Went for honeymoon and was not disappointed, the staff were very friendly and courteous, secluded enough for privacy but also there when you need. The reefs were amazing around the island and with wave breakers to allow snorkelling in the shallow lagoons even more fun, only 10 mins boat ride from airport and 10/15 mins from Male. Perfect place and would reccomend to anyone, 10 out of 10, very very hapy :-)

Had a splendid 2-nights stay in Kurumba Resort. Excellent service - good food - splendid surroundings. A very happy couple ! :-)

We love our stay in Kurumba. The hotel exceeded my expectations and they really made our vacation worth while. My only problem was that since the island is near the airport, you will hear the aircrafts flying in & out of Male. Apart from that, we highly recommend everything in Kurumba, from the boat transfer, to the hotel staff, the restaurants, the beach, the room and most especially the serenity of the place.

The staff was amazing, so attentive and accomodating. The spa was great, the diving was awesome and the food was great! I would definitely go back

We booked a delux bungalow in kurumba this last October We decided after an Internet search . We are a young couple who just got married and we wanted to enjoy all the great things the Maldives have to offer but still in a logical budget for our honey moon It was the best choice we could have done They treated us like kings.... We received a free dinner as a honey moon gift and wine with fruits the moment we arrived to our room It couldn't been better than that The food was great, the beach and swimming pool as well, we played tennis and worked out at the gym free of charge and really ..... It was unbelievably great!!!

This is a fantastic little resort in Maldives. The service is superb, the beaches and pools are awesome. The house reef is great for viewing. Snorkeling is great. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Kurumba is a wonderful secluded resort, and I do mean secluded. First of all you can not leave the island once you get there without paying a pricey surcharge. Do expect many surcharges, I don't know if that is a Kurumba thing or a Maldivian thing. Also, no need to convert your currency to their Rufiya. They really only accept US dollar which is odd. Expect that on the island of Male as well. Since you are "stuck" on the island, you are forced to eat at their restaurants, which are pricey. Expect to be paying a lot for everything in the Maldives. Chances are if you came this far you can afford it anyway. Mostly European and Asian tourists. If you book your stay at an expedia site, expect to pay an expensive transfer fee back to the airport. Enough negatives. The resort is pristine and gorgeous. You really do feel relaxed and happy here. The resort staff are very friendly. Beaches are marvelous. The house reefs are the best I have ever seen (my second home is in Hawaii). Resort manager upgraded my stay to a private villa for no extra charge ( because we were on ou honey moon). Breakfast buffet is included and good. Accommodations are very comfortable and clean. Restaurants are very good but pricey. All in all I loved my stay at Kurumba and would definetly recommend it to anyone, especially on your honey moon.

Fantastic hotel, amazing hospitality and great rooms! We were on our honeymoon and got a free upgrade to a presidential villa, it was simply awesome. They even decorated the bed with flowers one night. Very courteous staff, know you by name :). Highly recommend this resort to everyone!

This was the best holiday we had. The resort is very beautiful, close to the international airport. Clean, the reef is awesome. The staff was really courteous. All in all this place is awesome.

Super hotel det bliver ikke meget bedre vi kunne godt finde på at tag der hen en anden gang det kan varmt anbefales.

Veldig bra hotel og hyggelige ansatte,men jeg setter et spørsmålstegn ved prisnivået. Jeg reiser til en øy og et hotel, men jeg regner jo med at jeg kan kjøpe meg en pølse/hamburger og en brus/øl midt på dagen uten å måtte sette meg ned på en resturant og betale i dyre dommer, det var ikke mulig. Var du lokket til øya så måtte du versegod betale. 1 flaske vann 2,5 dollar. Kjøpte 4 flasker vann på Male, betalte med 1 dollar og fikk penger igjen! 10 ganger over lokal pris synes jeg er litt i overkant. PS vi fikk så mye vann på rommet som vi hadde behov for så det var jo meget bra. Jeg storkoste meg på øya men men samtidig så iriterte jeg meg på grådigheten, når en vet va de annsatte får betalt.

離馬列機場非常近,搭船約十分鐘就到了.工作人員熱情,飯店環境還不錯.食物的品質還OK,不過馬爾地夫的物價就是貴.小蚊子不少,記得要帶防蚊液!!

交通方便，离机场近。浮潜非常漂亮，价格公道，非常推荐，可惜没有水上屋

Leider waren sehr viele Chinesen auf der Insel und die unterschiedliche Kultur war nicht immer angenehm. Fuer diesen preis wuerde ich etwas mehr erwarten.

I will highly recommend Hotel Kurumba in the Maldives. Very nice service, excellent food, and beautiful island. Great value for money. We stayed in a beach bungalow with a great location (bungalow 139-144 has the best locations). Only negative is the noise from airplanes due to proximity to airport, but is is not a busy airport.

Siamo appena tornati dal Kurumba Hotel (Maldive) e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. lascio qui di seguito alcune indicazioni : posizione = molto comoda (vicino all'aereoporto - meno di 10 minuti di barca veloce) - il rumore degli aerei non dava eccessiva noia. Panorama= sinceramente per noi non è stato idilliaco.. nel senso che dalla nostra camerea vedevamo in lontanaza la città di Malè e l'aereoporto.. tuttavia dipende molto dalla posizione della camera.. mare = bellissimo.. abbiamo fatto snorkeling ed io mi sono dilettato non poco con il windsurf.. cibo = abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione - buffet molto curato e di ottima qualità. L'hotel comunque è dotato di 5 ristoranti. Piscine= belle anche se un po piccole.. comunque non si va alle maldive per andare in piscina... Camere= arredamento un po datato ma nel complesso non male. Pulizia e Servizio = buono Prezzo = al prezzo della camera (molto buono) si devono per forza aggiungere tutti extra come cibo,bevande, escursioni e noleggio di windsurf e altre cose simili chiaramente il costo aumenta sensibilmente.. tuttavia ritengo che sia in linea o addirritura inferiore alle strutture di pari livello Maldiviane.
