Hotel 10 - مونتريال

I stayed here with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up. The location was also great, only a 15 minute walk to old montreal, and less than that to the shopping on Rue St. Catherine.

We were there for a stag. The hotel was very accommodative. Great service and location. Nice staff too! I have stayed at the best hotels W , SLS, Loews, this hotel is up there with the best!

Just loved it!!!

Our stay in Montreal was very pleasant, and made even more so by our stay at Hotel 10. It's a small boutique hotel (only 5 floors), and despite having a room that was right next to one set of our loud friends and right below another set of even louder friends, we never heard a peep out of their rooms. The beds are very comfy, and I loved the nice big shower. There's a complementary breakfast if you prepay your room, and it was way more than your standard continental fare (hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon in addition to yogurt, pastries, fresh fruit & juices, etc). Best of all was the neighborhood it was in. So easy to walk to all of the best shopping in Montreal and a quick cab ride to the restaurants we wanted to visit.

The hotel interior looks good. with careful, modern design and a chic environment. The two issues though are very poor lighting in the bedrooms: so dark impossible to read a book comfortably even when an extra light unit requested and installed. Even difficult to find objects in the room it is so gloomy. The restaurant/ breakfast area is very cold and needs better heating. otherwise a very pleasant hotel with great staff.

Hotel was under construction, but still excellent. Staff was very helpful, room was immaculate. Neighborhood was vibrant.

The hotel is about 2 blocks north of the St. Laurent metro station and we picked it because it was close to our friends. We had another couple staying at a nearby hotel that was envious when they came by one evening.

Great, close to downtown, good services, close to many hot spots.

Very nice hotel! Staff was courteous and extremely accommodating. There is a restaurant/club on the grouhd floor and I was concerned that the noise would be a problem. I requested a room that would minimize this and the room given was perfect. I could not hear anything but my husband's snoring! Only drawback - the signage for the hotel is not very visable. Made it difficult to find especially as it is in a busy high-traffic area.

We would definitely stay there again. The room was fabulous and the service was great.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CHEKIN TO CHECK OUT. WERE NOT MADE AWARE THAT THERE WAS A NIGHTCLUB IN THE HOTEL THAT STAYED OPEN UNTIL 3 WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF THE WINDOWS HAD ANY SORT OF SOUNDPROOFING. ENDED UP CHECKING OUT AT 5:30AM ONLY TO HAVE THE VALET BACK MY CAR UP ABOUT 10FT FROM THE CURB AND THEN DIDN'T EVEN HELP ME PUT MY LUGGAGE INTO THE TRUNK. NOT TO MENTION THE HUGE SCRATCH ON MY CAR THAT WAS FOUND WHEN I FINALLY GOT HOME THREE HOURS LATER. DO NOT STAY HERE. UNLESS SLEEP OR COMFORT DOESN'T MATTER TO YOU.

The hotel's night club was very loud and kept us awake until 3am. In fact, we were warned by the hotel staff when we checked in and they were correct!

Very impressed with the staff. This hotel is a party place but is well located and handy to have a drink and dance at 3 in the morning! What are you in Montreal for anyway. Sabrina was very helpful and Devall at Concierge service was fantastic - this young man wouldn't take a further tip after I had already tipped him . He provided extra services and I felt he deserved an extra tip and he refused. As I said good staff. Loud place!

It was wonderful! The staff was so helpful and accomodating. The hotel is so close to all the sights we really wanted to see and then some! Perfect location for walking everywhere! And of course, Koko Restaurant in the hotel was INCREDIBLE!!! The food was some of the best I've had...and the staff again were so polite and just a joy.

Amazing staff, great location , great hotel and location. We found club koko much nicer than others and the room was noisy but we didnt care we were out our selvea. If your looking for a party and goo location this is your hotel !

I have to say... I agree 100% with the other several reviews... The service was fantastic. We loved the courtesy car (at no charge) to take you from your hotel to anywhere you wanted to go - subject to availability). Very knowledgeable staff, excellent recommendations on places to see, eat, relax. The Room maintenance was a little lacking... A frozen up AC unit and a broken shower head in the second room the moved us to. Both problems were immediately looked after however. The club was very busy and very loud on both Friday and Saturday night... I recommend anything above the 3rd floor... we had no noise issues on the 4th. Overall... Very satisfied, great stay! Thank You Opus!

Upon arrival the lobby gives a good first impression... the staff not so much. When checking in, the guy working the night shift asked if I would be valeting my car, I said no I am here for the weekend and would prefer to park it in a nearby garage. His reaction was BEYOND nasty, full blown snob face and attitude while stating "Well I don't know where you're gonna find a garage..." Well let me tell you where you can find a garage... 2 blocks away that cost me $20 for THREE days and nights... So... I'm sorry you couldn't sell me your overpriced valet service at $35 a day... I'm not afraid to spend $$ but I'm not stupid about it... As for the room... my first smell when exiting the elevator on the second floor was mold/mildew... My room was OK. The bed was extremely comfortable. But the entire room was covered in dust. The desk, the walls, the nightstands... everything. The walls were filthy with marks too, especially in the bathroom. Previous reviews about the housekeeping entering your room without knocking are completely true. It happened twice during my stay. In conclusion... Location was great. Bed was great. Service was not. Overall room was not. Wouldn't stay here again when there are so many other wonderful hotels in the surrounding area...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawback was that our room was a little dark, due to a defective lamp.

I loved my stay at the Opus, great room, everyone was super nice, location is great, I've already told people that they should stay at the Opus when they go to Montreal!

The servers at breakfast were charming. The manager was really great and moved us into a junior suite when we were concerned that their nightclub was too close to our room.

Checked into a first floor room on a Friday night - NOT recommended if you actually intend to sleep. Music in the club downstairs raged until 3 a.m. The room was generally run down (stains in carpet/on furniture, seal on shower breaking, one of the blinds actually fell off the window while trying to close it). I expect more from a 4-star downtown. Can't argue with convenience of the location though and the concierge was wonderfully courteous and helpful. A shame he's working in such a dump! This place clearly lives off its proximity to Montreal's infamous St. Laurent.

Hotel was fantastic, it was my 4th stay there. My only gripe is that it is too dark in the rooms as the ceilings are made of concrete and there is no overhead lighting. Aside from that, there was a minor issue with half of the bed being messed up, but they fixed that quickly. Great staff, very accommodating, gorgeous and also quick and free entrance into Koko, the trendy nightclub on the ground floor of the hotel. The night we were there Snoop Dogg (Lion) was there as well as George St. Pierre & Channing Tatum. This was because of the Oshego music so dont expect celebs all the time, but nonetheless a very fun scene.

I love the location of the hotel. Staying here on a weeknight was better since it was more quiet than usual in the streets. The decor is great, and the bed is so comfortable.

When we arrived the second room in our reservation was not found until about 2 hours later. We did not sleep because of noisy guets waking us up all night. We had to call hotel security at 3am

The room was a little run down, but comfortable. Not what I would have expected for a four star hotel. The staff were fabulous though and very helpful.

Great boutique hotel close to many of Montreal's attractions and nightlife. Can get a little noisy at night due to all the close by nightclubs, but they do provide you with earplugs for just such an occassion. Overall I would still comeback!

Excellant service and friendly staff, we were greeted with a glass of wine and bottled water. The rooms are comfortable and modern with L'Occitane supplies. Room service breakfast is very good and large portions. Quick walk to McGill University for parents visiting.

I went there cause there was a party for the New Year and I didn't want to drive. While I was there security knocked on my door cause I was listening to music (very low) and they said no music after 11pm. Then after being at the lounge of the hotel I was in my room with my friends joking and stuff and they knocked on my door AGAIN to tell me that we were talking too lound. I mean for the price that I payed I think their rules are ridiculous and the parking was very expensive as well for one night and since its down town there are no where to park overnight without the restrictions and stuff. The room was nice, but I think it was not worthed the price I payed I've been to better Hotels and the receptionnist and manager had bad attitude at the checkin in plus room was not ready at 3pm as it was suppose to. People had been waiting for 3hours... Very disapointed

Room is comfortable and clean but the room service food is horrible. There is no spa and there and nothing is close to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious modern and CLEAN rooms. Customer Service beyond helpful. Recommend staying here for sure.
