Very relaxing, the Hotel staff are accommodating at all times, very convenient for the new Puerto Madero development. We stayed at the Hotel for five nights and found it to be very competitive, especially when considering that there are at least another two very large, 5 star Hotels very nearby. The bar prices are not bad compared to similar bars in Europe or UK. The roof terrace and pool are also convenient, clean and well equipped as is the fitness suite. I will definitely be staying there again!

Excellent in all areas. Clean, efficient, beautiful, well located. Includes breakfast and moderated price. Certainly it will be MY hotel in BA from now on.

Everything except the breakfast was superb, but old bread and cold coffe is not a good start of the day

This is by far the best Hotel in Buenos Aires. We had a wonderful time and if we ever come back we will stay here without a doubt. Great location, surounded by very fine restaurantes.

Hotel Maderno is somewhat similar to the W Hotels. It is located in the new development called Puerto Madero. The neighborhood is brand new, quiet and clean. It consists of residential, glass midrises along the river front, slightly sterile, but safe and well located. The area is considered to be very affluent although the locals describe it as "new money" vs. the "old money" of the Recolleta. The hotel is not located on the subway line, but the historic San Telmo neighborhood is a ten minute walk, and taxi's are inexpensive and available. The staff and security was attentive and the breakfast buffet featured an extensive array of hot and cold items. The rooftop pool and deck are small, but the views are great and it was not crowded. I liked having a sense of safety, plus the quiet.

Beautifully designed hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is a great value for the luxury that it provides. It's location may be a problem for some people because it is not in the center of town. However, Puerto Madero is the newest area of the city and offers safety, space and several interesting shops and restaurants! I highly recommend Hotel Madero and would defintely stay there any time I return to Buenos Aires!!

I arrived on a red eye from Latin America and was treated with kindness from the first moment! Although check in isn't until 2pm they were able to find me a room in the early morning so that I can take a shower and get ready for my business meetings later that afternoon. Everyone here excelled in customer service and I must single out Laura, since she really helped me the most. The room itself was wonderful and the bed was super comfy. It is wonderfully located in the Puerto Madero section surrounded by lots of great food choices. I hope to return not only to Buenos Aires, but to Hotel Madero!

The laundry service was not up to a 5 star quality. specially the collars on the shirts were not well ironed. The laundry had too much chemical smell. The bed was very uncomfortable - perhaps old mattress???

Everything about this hotel was great - facilities, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, who all spoke very good english. Nice little touches around the place show the staff care. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is in Puerto Madero, which is around a 20 minute walk away from some of the main points of Buenos Aires. The area is a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires. If I ever go back to Buenos Aires, I'll be staying here. Highly recommended.

This lovely hotel is located in the Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires, making it a safe and quiet location from which to come and go. The included breakfast was everything you could ever dream of eating, and stayed available until a very reasonable 10am during the week, 11am weekends. The room that we stayed in was clean, uncluttered, and very comfortable. Should you happen to fall ill from eating some delicious street food, the hotel has an emergency doctor service that is NO extra charge. That's right - they call you a doctor, the doctor visits you in your room, and you pay nothing, except very cheap medicine at the pharmacy around the corner. This service alone was more than worth the hotel stay. The location of the hotel is a short walk from San Telmo and other great neighborhoods. You can also walk to a subte stop in about 10-15 minutes if you need to get further than your legs will carry you. Taxi's are also extremely cheap and the most expensive cab ride in the city cost us $9 (USD) to return to the hotel. Summary: great hotel, great location, wonderful staff and customer service, really all you could ask for in a temporary home-away-from-home. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

This hotel would be like one you would find in NYC - the staff especially at the front desk, they are terrific. They were all so helpful! If you could include breakfast in your rate - do it! It was SO worth it.

Beautiful trendy hotel, big rooms with balconies. Great food including breakfast. And great location. Can't ask for anything more. I just regret not having more time there. Try the loin of lamb in the Red restaurant. Yum.

My husband and I travel frequently to BA and always stay at the Hilton in Puerto Madero. This time we decided to try something new at the Hotel Madero. The hotel was clean, hip, had good service (except for one time when we tried to get some tea around 5pm and it took a long time to get someone to wait on us), a fabulous spacious room with a beautiful view, and a really great breakfast. The rate we got on Hotels.com was a third of the price of the Hilton! We will always go back! While the location was on the other side of Puerto Madero, it was nice to discover new places. I would definitely recommend this hotel as another option in the Puerto Madero neighborhood. Hidden gem!

Excellent hotel, unbelievable value for the rate. Hotel staff is extremely competent and courteous. Rooms are modern/contemporary design, very comfortable. Centrally located in the rejuvinated Puerto Madero area, the location is safe and great for walking along the port waterways. Amazing restaurants nearby, including La Brigada Parilla (steak house). Don't miss a shopping day on La Florida. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit BA.

The Hotel Madero is a very modern hotel in the heart of puerto madero. The service is excellent and the employees are very nice and helpful. They have gained a new customer. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Madero is located in a great location, relatively quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was excellent- the chef was a perfectionist. I stayed 7 days and enjoyed each day at Madero. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Very quiet at night, couldn't hear traffic or anything. Bathroom was huge.

A sophisticated and beautiful hotel, service very good, a little away from the business circuit, but excellent for a good walk by the wonderful restaurants of Puerto Madero, recommend.

Caríssimos viajantes, A experiência com o Madero Hotel foi fantástica. O hotel é maravilhoso, tem um excelente café da manhã, com bastante diversidade e o atendimento dos funcionários é raro de se vê, simplesmente incrível. A localização também é excepcional, não só por está em Puerto Madero onde tem bons restaurantes (apesar de não ser os melhores, na minha opinião), mas por ter ao seu lado supermercados e farmácias, mas por se localizar há uma quadra do Hotel Faena e três do Hilton Hotel, o que nos garante ser uma ótima localização. A satisfação com o Hotel foi geral. Não há um único elemento que não nos deixou completamente satisfeito. Recomendado. Garanto ser um pessoa crítica e bem exigente. Podem ir sem titubear.

Es un en area muy linda de Buenos Aires, en genral con un excelente trato salvo alguna excepción, el restaurante de muy buena calidad, el desayuno muy rico y la alberca techada climatizada super disfrutable si viajas con niños.

O hotel é muito bom, com uma ótima localização. Contudo, não gostei do café da manhã. As mesas estavam sujas e os funcionários não estavam servindo bem. A qualidade do café da manhã deixou muito a desejar para um hotel neste nível.

TUDO ESTAVA PERFEITO, APENAS UM DETALHE TINHAMOS VARIAS ROUPAS PARA PASSAR, E NÃO TINHA FERRO DE PASSAR. TIVEMOS QUE COMPRAR UM FERRO, JÁ FICAMOS EM VÁRIOS HOTEIS EM BUENOS AIRES E A MAIORIA TINHA. ACHO QUE PODERIA TER MAIS ESTE SERVIÇO, NO MAIS ESTAVA TUDO MUITO BOM.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Madero,continua excelente,desta vez a localização do quarto que pegamos foi meio ruim...proxima a um depósito então tinha uns ruidos as x....porém os funcionários são extremamente educados,as acomodaçoes são limpas e confortáveis,o café da manhã é maravilhoso,classe A,e os arredores do Hotel tem os melhores restaurantes e atrações...enfim,recomendo e voltaria com certeza...

Eu e meu noivo fomos no Natal, foi o hotel mais lindo que já fui! Limpo, uma vista magnifica, um ótimo ponto, quarto muito lindo e confortável sem falar no spa! Amamos messsmo e voltaremos! Sem falar no café da manhã que é um LUXO. Sem comentários. Aposto que não irá se arrepender nem um pouco!

aimons beaucoup cet hotel ou nous avons sejourné plusieurs fois. Accueil chaleureux, personnel tres competent, a l' ecoute des clients. Chambres spacieuses, decoration minimaliste, bar tres sympathique, petit dejeuner delicieux, piscine e terrasse avec vue panoramique.. Situation de l' hotel dans un lieu tres ""IN"" comme Puerto Madero. A bientot, on espere.

La verdad es que despues de haber estado alojada en muchos hoteles de Argentina, por precio el hotel cumple con excelencia en todo el sentido de la palabra. muy recomendable.

Excelente localização e instalações

Perfectamente situado en Puerto Madero, este moderno hotel ofrece una estadia muy comoda en este nuevo sector de Buenos Aires. Cerca de muchos restaurantes internacionales, con habitaciones muy comodas y un desayuno variado y agradable. El personal de recepcion, room service y restaurante amable y simpatico.Queda un poco retirado del Centro, Recoleta y Palermo. Nosotros caminabamos 30 minutos hasta la Plaza de Mayo y ahi tomabamos el metro.... o tomabamos taxis.
