I was placed in a handicapped accessible room, which I didnt mean, but thats okay someone had to be there. However, the shower flooded the entire bathroom overflowed onto the carpet. When I brought it to their attention, they knew right away what room I was in! Its happened before. The desk does not have an outlet nearby for your electronics including your computer, could not connect to the wireless offered, manager never present or available to talk to.

The only issue was the bed was very hard, although just my preference. Some like hard beds. Otherwise very nice place to stay.

I was in San Angelo to see a high school basketball tournament. Thought the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very pleasant with everything I needed. Free breakfast was ok but fine. Good value!

For a quick business trip or stay, a good location. Staff very friendly. Room simple, but comfortable.

Got to the hotel at 1:15 pm on a Saturday after a 5 hour drive, went to check in and was told by clerk "check in is at 3:00pm?? The property did not look like it was a full weekend, so wondered about that, and ask if I could check in early and was told "no". We left and came back after 3pm to check in, different clerk, told him what happened and he said he didn't understand why that happened as they were not even close to being full that night or night before. The room and everything else was fine, excep it started the stay off real bad, I will not stay at this hotel again!

I stay here every time we come to San Angelo.It is a very nice hotel. Service is good,its the same every time we come here. Breakfast is an excellent variety,Hot tub and pool are always very nice.

my stay in san angelo was great as 4 star hotel and convenience was good

Hotel itself was just fine and the beds were awesome. However, the cleanliness and upkeep on the pool area was not. The hot tub was filthy and we actually cleaned the pool with the net a little before we got in. There were only two towels at poolside and they weren't even big enough to cover a child. It was 107 degrees the day we were there and the pool was a necessity.

This looked like a brand new hotel. We stayed for three nights and our room stayed spotless the entire time. There were a lot of choices for breakfast and it was well stocked and tended. However, our favorite part was the bed. It was so comfortable and did not move when one of us got up. The room was nice and dark, the sheets clean, crisp and cool. I wish I had that set up back home.

Nice hotel and staff. Made sure we were taken care of. Can't say much about the booking agents

We only stayed one night but I could not see where anyone would have found any problems here. Everything was brightly decorated, very clean, beds were clean and comfortable (Thank you for not having a dirty bedspread but nice comfy covered duvets!). The breakfast hours were great, area was clean and well-stocked, and the variety of food plentiful and delicious! Kudos to the owner and staff!

The hotel looks pretty nice and the rooms were quite clean, but it's noisy. The air conditioning unit was noisy, you could hear people walking and running in the halls and rooms above. It was like living in an apartment with thin walls.

I travel extensively and stay over 100 nights per year in hotels. I rarely write a review, but felt that this property deserved some positive attention. Previous trips to San Angelo have forced some tough decisions. It's either been save money and stay in a substandard property, or pay (what I feel is) an exhorbitant amount to stay at a national chain. This property was reasonably priced and was very nice for the money. The room and breakfast were above average. I heartily recommend this hotel.
