Overall very good, the breakfast layout is better than many otehr similar program at competing hotels, I will stay there again when in the area.

The BEST Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. The staff was professional and friendly, the entire premises inside and outside was spotless.

I was very pleased with my stay. The customer service was awesome and the hotel was emasculate. It was in a perfect spot to where I could get great food as well as good shopping, plus close to the interstate. I was very pleased and will most definitely be staying there again when I come back.I stayed in Oxford, AL....great job team!!!

I have stayed a several Hampton Inns along I-20 in Ala. The beds are most uncomfortable. Too firm.

great room, great price!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. We appreciate that they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They served a very good varied breakfast and had a Manager's Reception with free pizza, bbq sandwiches, and sodas.

Was a very nice hotel and got a great deal on the room too. It was very clean. It was nice to actually have a hot continental breakfast for a change. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, oatmeal, potatoes, biscuits and a waffle maker to go along with the normal pastries, cereal, and yogurt. I didn't check out the pool or fitness center, so I can't comment on those. The Hampton Inn was directly across the street from Lone Star Steakhouse, so I didn't have to give up my great parking space to get something to eat.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Anniston, Alabama was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very hospitable to us and by the time I left I knew them all by name. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice room, quiet area even though it was busy--convenient to restaurants

Very clean and well maintained. My picky kids even approved.

very pleased with accomodations

A wonderful experience! The only problem that we had was a slightly noisy refrigerator due to uneven legs on the refrigerator, but we did not report the problem, as it was minor. Hotel staff extremely efficient and friendly. We would choose this hotel again whenever in that location.

It was an updated Hampton. Front desk very friendly as was the breakfast lady. Overall just a good experience.

Close to I-20, clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the quick check-in.

Excellent place to stay. I was well pleased with the hotel. If I am back over that way, I will be staying there. Friendly staff, super clean rooms, awesome establishment! I was made to feel right at home.

The hotel was very nice..but the most exceptional thing was the staff. They were by far the most helpful, friendly, accommodating, professional staff I have ever encountered. The room was lovely, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was well-presented and varied over the 4 days of my stay. There was even a mid-week evening light dinner. I would stay at this hotel any time!

Hotel staff were very friendly. The place was super clean and quiet, even though it was booked nearly full. Also, quite unexpectedly, the internet service was the best I've had in a hotel. Easy to login and use and nearly as quick as the service I have at home (I have a top tier speed package from my service provider). I was staying here overnight so I could make it to Talledega Gran Prix Racetrack early in the morning for a track day. I'll certainly be staying here again for that purpose. The only complaint that I had is that the pillows on the bed weren't the best for me.

Really enjoyed my stay. Rooms very comfortable, clean, nice. Location perfect for dining and shopping. The only thing I didn't like was the hot breakfast. Needed meat on the menu separate from eggs. Also I prefer an indoor pool and spa to outside. But we were allowed to go next door to the Hilton.

I was so impressed with our service and our room, I couldn't wait until I could write a review and rave about it. We requested a room with a sofa sleeper and when it wasn't to our liking, the staff quickly brought up a fold-a-way. I have a very tall son and he wasn't comfortable on the sofa sleeper. I can't say enough about our room and the everything that went with it. I will tell everyone that Hampton Inns and Suites are the place to stay.

A most excellent stay; made me wish I was there longer. Only complaint is ceiling/floor a bit thin so if you have noisy people above you, you will hear them. Too bad because really nice rooms, super -friendly and helpful staff. Also have security for parking lot at night.

Very well maintained and great service.

Very nice hotel.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels in the area. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms were very nice. This is my second time to stay here and I will be staying here on my return visit to Anniston. The breakfast is more than you could ask for. The selection is great. Best breakfast of any hotel chain around.

I really enjoyed my stay with a clean room and good breakfast food in the lobby. I only wish they had a movie selection on the TV to purchase. I don't know if they are all like that or just the one I stayed at. Overall, I had a really good experience and restful sleep.

The hotel staff were so accommodating and hospitable! I knew they had a breakfast, which was great but they also served chili and drinks (including beer) complimentary in the evening - that as a pleasant surprise! The fact that this hotel is pet friendly is amazing to me too. Finally, after they had closed the evening service for drinks, I wanted one more diet coke. When I requested it, they not only gave me one, they gave me 1/2 of a case they had! The only issue I have with Hampton Inn is the toll free reservation number, I called in to make a second reservation and was on hold 20 minutes until I finally hung up and had to look up the number to phone directly and got in immediately. Because I was driving, this created unnecessary stress. Not sure why any company would have a hold time of over 20 minutes to make a reservation, that's unconscionable.

The room was very clean and very spacious. The employees were all very courteous. Really enjoyed our stay.

Das Hampton Inn & Suites Oxford Anniston liegt nur wenige Kilometer vom Talladega National Forest, einem großartigen Wandergebiet, entfernt. Das Hotel liegt an der Interstate 20. Man hört jedoch kaum etwas vom Verkehr. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel liegen einige fantastische Restaurants. Ein Shopping-Center ist auf der anderen Seite der I-20. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gutes kalt-warmes Frühstück inklusive. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
