The room was comfortable and clean. We did think the room had at one time been a smoking room and we had requested a non-smoking room. However, it was not unsatisfactory due to that. Location is great - convenient to New Orleans and to Biloxi (beach). Jamie (at the front desk) is a true asset and she is friendly and helpful.

it was good enough for what we needed. good breakfast but too early. very slow internet connection. good thing i had no work or homework to do

I will not stay here again. I booked 2double bed rooms only to get 1room with a double and 1room with a king bed. I was told thry would switch my room the next day but thry never did. I went to them daily only to get no results. The manager offered me $10 n hotel points. Are you serious, I spent over $900 with that hotell and that's my results. ..NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE!

Accommodations were nice. However, the room was described as an "executive suite". In my vast travel experience, a suite typically consist of a sitting area and a sleep area. My room had two beds, albeit, nice i expected a "suite". Other than that disappointment.....accommodations were nice.

After driving more then 20 hours from Ontario to have a family vaccation in New Orleans, we arrive at our hotel to have them give us the wrong room and do nothing about it. We booked with a 3rd party, so they were very quick to blame them and not deal with it. We booked a executive suite and we got a standrad room. We booked a bigger room because we have a 3 year old who needs room to run around and play as well as space with a table to eat his meals. We spent half the day after driving this far on the phone dealing with this. In the end nothing was done we had to spend 6 nights in a closet. The front staff was rude and kept saying it wasn't their fault and didn't do anything. The manger was very quick to pass the balme. The 6 days we were there everytime we were passing in and out of the lobby there was someone there dealing with a problem. One guy had booked 3 rooms and only 2 were free that day and had to wiat until the next day for his other room, the other one was a group of people who booked a couple rooms and again had problems checking in. I also had problems with housekeeping 2 time they cleaned the rooma nd left our hotel room door open. I called the front desk and they said they would let them know and agian nothing was done. I wouldn't reccomand this hotel to anyone. Our trip was amazing but everytime we turned around we were having a problem with the hotel.

I booked my room during a very busy trade show. The staff was great and seemed to want to my stay to be a good one. Problem is I ordered a non-smoking room and got stuck wtih a smoking room. There is not much worse than this.

This hotel is really more like a 3 or 4 star hotel. It is newly remodeled and staff was friendly and very helpful. The only downside of this hotel is that is about 11 miles from Bourbon Street and the cabs do not want to pick you up or drop you off in that location. I went during Mardi Gras so this might only happen during this time. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit New Orleans.

Very accommodating staff. Hot

Staff was very helpful and friendly, Room was cleanest I've seen at any hotel in ten years. Room did not have a shower wand, this should be a standard feature in all hotel rooms. The air conditioner had a noisy fan upon start-up. The Breakfast Area was clean and the food was acceptable, but the tables did not have salt & pepper shakers, and there were not packets of salt & pepper. The attendant did provide some upon request, but only in bulk form. Buy salt & pepper shakers, they are cheap!!

Garbage

We felt the staff was very friendly and helpful will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was very average. Both of our cars got broken into on the final night/morning of our stay. Hotel didn't really seem at all sympathetic.... AND we find out that the same thing had happened the previous day. You'd think hotel management would put a sign out warning their guests to not leave valuables in their car or something. Will definitely never stay in that hotel again and will try hard not to have to come back to New Orleans for business.

The hotel was good enough for what I need. The location was further away from downtown/the quarter than I wanted but I'd stay here again.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice recomendation. Just 15 minutes from downtown.

Nice place but a bit far from downtown if you are driving in to work with traffic.

Nice Place to stay with a nice staff, a bit of a drive in traffic if you are heading downtown every day, and the surrounding neighborhood is not that great.

Staff is very accommodating and courteous. Great early morning free breakfast selections including fresh fruit. It was easy to find. Just right off I-10, yet not noisy. Staff responds promptly to any concerns. Only downside, computers did not work, but staff assisted me.

I was attending a concert at the Lakefront Arena and didn't want to stay downtown. This hotel was in a nice enough area for me to feel safe, It was convenient to the venue, and it was overall a good, clean hotel.

Requested a non-smoking room (didn't happen) and stepped off the elevator to an entire floor that was smoky. Shower curtain was too short & water ran on the bathroom floor. No pillowcases on pillows. Front desk didn't have any more washcloths. But breakfast was geat.

Very clean, quiet and the staff was great!

Our stay was brief but the staff was very helpful and the hotel was more than adequate especially for the price. The cleaning staff seemed a littled overwhelmed and delayed check-in but that is my only complaint. Room was clean and useable as designed. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel in this area.

Excellent hotel, I love the breakfast, and it is located in a very quite place so you can get a very good rest. The rooms r very clean so I didn't worry about for my kids running all over the place. I will come back to this hotel if I go to New Orleans again

Overall the 4 night stay was great. I suspect that they are short on some staff for busy weekends. On Saturday, the room did not get cleaned. The beds were made but no cleaning was done and the in room coffee and soap was not replenished. The hotel is newly remodeled and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything works and no leaky faucets or toilets etc. The ice machine has not yet been installed on the 4th floor.

Hotel seemed fairly new...about a 15 minute ride into New Orleans. Priced high, but everything in new orleans is high. Continental breakfast was actually very good. Hopefully, management will keep the hotel nice as it ages.

The agent I used told me this hotel was located 3 miles from NO aquarium. try 40 miles back towards ms. We got checked in at 3:30 and by the time we made it to the pull at 4:00, we were approached and were told it was being closed for the day. Receptionist was no help at all, she pretended to be death or didnt understand english. other than that it was worth our money and would stay again

WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ROOM ....15 min drive to down town took us 1 1/2 hours to find parking but it was spring break better to take a cab.

Hotel was very nice and clean . Will tell friends to try it out. A plus !
