Most enjoyable stay. Staff was very hlepful and friendly. Amenities suited our needs very well--free internet/email access was particularly useful--would stay here again. available private tour guide was excellent--FGR,Toronto,Canada

This hotel is perfectly situated in Santiago convenient to great shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff is exceptional and they think of everything. We asked them to arrange for transfers from the airport and they provided an outstanding driver who managed to arrange a city tour for the period of time we stayed in Chile Great Boutique Hotel.

This hotel was an excellent value. The breakfast buffet was expansive and the view from the top floor idealic. We were pleased that they confirmed our early check-in and we only had to wait for 5 minutes for our room. Be careful of some restaurants in the area that are very expensive and not worth the money. Would recommend highly for business or tourism. Only drawback was WIFI could only be accessed from the lobby.

Stayed here for 3 nights on our vacation throughout Chile. The neighborhood this hotel is located in is very nice; however, it does require taking the metro (which is close by) or taxi to get to the center of Santiago, which is the tourism heart. Metro in Santiago is clean and nice so had no troubles there. Pool and terrace on 17th is great. Seems to cater mostly to business travelers with free breakfast included each morning with good food in 17th floor restaurant providing great views of the city from most angles (when you can see through the haze). Only issue we had was with trying to get an iron and ironing board delivered to the room. Took 2 attempts (different days) and multiple phone calls, but finally did get a small board and iron. For a business hotel, this should be in every room already. Wifi is free in the lobby and at the restaurant on the 17th floor, which was nice. Expensive if you want it in the room. I believe you could buy room wifi/internet access in 3 hour sessions...for the price, didn't seem worth it. My wife and I needed separate taxis on our checkout day and the concierge was excellent in assisting. They had a private car for one of us and called a trustworthy taxi for the other (quoted cost before trip). Great experience and loved Santiago.

We will be sure to stay here again, the complementry Breakfast at the penthouse level was delightfull, they also change some items daily, the appointments we well done. another guest we spoke with claimed that the Inter continental was booked, which was his usual hotel, he liked this one as well if not better.

This Hotel was a jewel in Santiago!! Nice staff, beautiful and right in the middle of things to do. We highly recommend a stay there!!

Enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed that we could not have an early check in when we arrived that morning.

As a first time visitor to Santiago, Chile, the Hotel Plaza El Bosque Park was the perfect resting place for me. Clean, above average comfort, and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff contributed to the pleasantness of the visit. The crowning jewel is the Hotel restaurant with a Chef proficient in Chilean food that was so exceptional I wanted to eat all my meals there. A 5-star visit on all fronts!

The rooms are everything they had promised! Comfortable, quiet and roomy. The staff are multilingual, very professional and at your disposal at any time. Our airline had lost our luggage and they followed up as they were genuinely concerned. They also arranged car rentals very efficiently. The complimentry breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful roof top restaurant. The hotel is in the ritzy part of Santiago. You are definively in a bubble as it is not the "real" Santiago but the hotel is an oasis as the end of the day when you get back. Mostly, the restaurants in the area are very expensive. But if you research your restaurants, you can find some affordable ones. Tiramisu is one of them. Just a short stroll away. The restaurant at the hotel is also good if you dont feel like going out. I travel alot and I strongly recommend this hotel.

I used to stay at the Radisson Plaza, which is a nice hotel, but they've been indiscriminately increasing their rates for no apparent reason, so I decided to try a different option this time. Their staff is extremely attentive and the location can't be beaten. It is one block away from all the restaurants on Isidora Av. The only thing that could have made this hotel better is if they had wifi in their rooms (they only have in the lobby and on the 17th floor restaurant, which by the way, has a really nice view). Internet access is via cable, but very inexpensive ($10/day) compared to other places I've stayed in. Breakfast is included and with lots of good choices. I will probably stay here from now on.

Plaza El Bosque Park is one of the best valued hotels I've stayed. Great location, great staff, great value. Would definitely stay again & recommend!!!

We loved this hotel, particularly the roof deck and pool. The staff was extremely helpful, following up with the airline on our much-delayed luggage over several days. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and an easy walk to the Metro.

Very comfortable suites for a family visit to Santiago. Good location, helpful staff and great rooftop, heated pool. The in-room safe did not work, but other than that, this hotel is highly recommendable.

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Big spacious suites with a sitting room and small kitchen.

Great Location, awesome staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a pool on the top deck! What more can you ask for. Great price and free parking!

Loacl excelente, staff discreto e prestativo, tarifa com bom custo beneficio. Falta internet gratuita em todos os quartos.

Muy buen nivel de Infraestructura, personal amable y muy buena ubicación. Desayuno espectacular en el piso 17, excelente experiencia. Se agradecería wi fi gratis en la habitación. A estas alturas ya debiese ser parte de los servicios

- Hotel bonito, novo, de primeirissima qualidade, limpeza, café da manhã excepcional, localização em bairro tranquilo sem barulho, um pouco distante do centro ,o que pode ser conveniente, mas com estrutura de restaurantes e do excelente metrô (Tobalaba) muito próximos, além dos serviços de taxi e tours (um pouco direcionados) oferecidos no hall do hotel. - Os funcionarios que servem o café são muito simpaticos e alegres a exemplo da camareira que nos atendeu .- Só não dou a nota máxima por 2 pequenos motivos futeis, mas fáceis de corrigir: Alguns funcionários da portaria (guichê)do hotel não são muito receptivos e às vezes nem lhe cumprimentam ; e pelo "despertar" provocado pela camareira quando bate à sua porta para perguntar se há roupas para lavar às 7 ou 8 da manhã."Corrigimos o problema pendurando o :"não perturbe" na porta. Os táxis na porta do hotel , apesar de ótimos e luxuosos, são também mais caros que os demais. Mas, nada disso é importante diante da excelente estadia que tivemos na bem cuidada Santiago e convivendo com a boa cultura e educação da maioria dos Chilenos de um modo geral. Recomendamos este hotel com toda a certeza a quem quiser ir ao Chile e ser bem servido além do otimo custo/beneficio. "Volveremos !"

El Hotel es muy acojedor y cuenta con todos los servicios de un 5 estrellas.Muy cerca de zonas hermosas para caminar, pasear y comprar, hermosas vistas a la cordillera, y una atencion y servicios muy buenos.Recomiendo este hotel sin dudas, calidad de la comida excelente.Una sola recomendacion, no usar transportes del hotel, son ,muy caros, a la esquine esta lleno de taxis.

Lindo hotel, en muy buena ubicación. La suite es bastante cómoda, la vista en los pisos bajos no es buena, ya que está rodeado de edificios, salvo las habitaciones del frente. La atención del personal no es buena. No nos ayudaron con el equipaje en ningún momento, y al hacer el check in la atención no fue cordial ni agradable. No obstante viajar en auto hacia Chile, usé el servicios de remís del hotel que sí es muy bueno.-

Personal muy amable, rico desayuno y muy bien ubicado. Recomendable

Bra hotell, ligger lite avsides i bankkvarteren, så på kvällarna är det rätt lugnt. Baren och bistron på högsta våningen är dock värd att besöka.

A comida do restaurante é muito boa!!!!! Sugestão: experimente a centolla gratinada. Só não tem wi fi nos quartos mas no hall é free.

Very good Hotel

Este sim é um hotel 4 estrelas. Excelente localização e excelentes acomodações

1. Necessário a instalação de ducha higiênica nos banheiros. 2. Incoveniente o acesso aos quartos da camareira (inicialmente com toque da campainha) perguntando se o hóspede quer usar serviços de lavanderia. 3. Necessidade de um melhor atendimento de alguns garçons no café da manhã. 4. Necessidade de se dimensionar para situações de alta demanda no café da manhã.

Tive um pequeno stress no check in, pois a recepção queria cobrar adicional por uma terceira pessoa no quarto, no caso minha filha de 25 anos. Ora, na minha reserva já estava prevista a terceira pessoa. A moca da recepção só se convenceu depois que eu mostrei as condições da compra no meu IPad. E se eu não estivesse com o IPad ? No café da manha tinha muito pouca gente para atender a demanda, o que gerou desconforto. Isso não pode acontecer com um hotel 4 estrelas ! No mais os funcionários se mostraram muito atenciosos.

Quando chegue ao Santiago, não esperava que o hotel fosse tão bom. para minha surpresa o Hotel é muito mais do que informaram. o Hotel é muito bom mesmo. Não deixa nada a desejar aos outros da redondeza que detêm as 5 estrelas. Agora com o Serviço de Taxi tenham muito cuidado. Não pegue taxi pirata, antes de sair da sala de desembarque já faça a reserva do taxi, somente assim vocês não pagaram o valor absudo que paguei. O valor correte do taxi a este hotel é de aproximadamente 19.000 pesos.

Otima localizacao ,exelente hospedagem de um nivel superior com bom cafe da manha.

Creo que se va a convertir en mi hotel de cabecera en Santiago. Tienen que poner acceso a internet gratis en las habitaciones, y con eso sería excelente.
