Vivaldi Hotel - بوتو

I stayed here for a number of nights for a business trip. The staff were really very nice and helpful, the hotel offered great service at a reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again when I'm going to Paris/La Defense area again.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the service and kindness of the staff of this quaint hotel. Everyone is just willing to answer questions, show directions and they all speak good English! Our room was ready when we arrived and they allowed us to use it though its only 930 am when we reached the hotel. The room is just as it was in the picture on the website. Breakfast is good though the variety can be improved especially if the hotel guests will stay longer than 3 days. Overall, i like the neighborhood, quiet and safe. There is a nearby metro station and the walkways leading to the hotel are wider than the roads.. safe for walking during the day and night. We definitely recommend this hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of old Paris but accessible. The surrounding area is quiet hence, we had restful evenings even as our room is on the 2nd level of the hotel. This hotel made our Paris Trip a very pleasant experience... none of the bad service we have heard from Travellers in Europe.

The room was very small but well furnished. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel's location is about a 15 minutes walk from the station La Defense, from where it takes about 10 minutes by train to the Louvre. Highly recommended.

THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL THAT I HAVE STAYED IN PARIS, AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. I LOVE TO STAY THERE AGAIN FOR NEXT TRIP.

Great hotel, Breakfast is simple, but very nice I't is a small room, but very very clean and modern. the internet is very fast and the staff is friendly. The have a nice terras to smoke or just to have a sit. Every day clean towels and. only the mattras of the bed is very hard. I would recomend this hotel to you all!

We had a fantastic stay at Vivaldi. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. English spoken by almost all staff and Oliver, the night clerk, is fantastic. A great help with ideas of things to see and places to go. The location is very convenient if you don't being just a little further by metro from the sites. The benefit to this is a quiet, clean neighborhood and good sleep. Walk 10 minutes to the metro and go anywhere. Highly recommend this hotel.

We only stayed for 2 nights at hotel Vivaldi, but in that time we found the place to be wonderful with extremely friendly and helpful staff who provided us with great information (like helping us understand the metro and the rer!) So thank you and maybe we will come back soon. James and Claire

Although the hotel was away from the tourist attractions, they were easily accessible by the metro line which was a close ten minute walk. The neighborhood is a busy business district by day, and a sleepy residential area at night. The bed was very comfortable, the free breakfast was great, and the staff was quite helpful. Expect to pay a 5 Euro tax upon departure that wasn't included in the Hotels.com price.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They were very friendly, resourceful, spoke fluent english, and just pleasant to get to know. The staff was simply exceptional and made my first trip to Paris just perfect. There is a great authentic french diner right next door to the hotel and a nearby local supermarket where I bought water and snacks. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast and wifi were free, including free long distance---very unique compared to other hotels. The metro is 10/15 minute walk, which is challenging with luggage because you have to go up and down several steps, but is fine after that. The metro stop is about 7 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel was in good decorative condition. Our room was spotlessly clean but was the smallest we have been in, although it contained all the expected facilities. The room was only 2 metres wide, therefore the double bed was narrower than normal size and was pushed up to the wall. The shower room was also tiny.

Great staff, extremely helpful- special Kudos to Ann Sophie, Aureli and Oliver. all speak english. good rich breakfasts with nice outdoor terrace- great unlimited coffee- air conditioning works fine- free internet and telephone calls, very cool. 15 minutes to center of Paris after a pleasant 8 minute walk to Metro 1 line. comfortable beds though our room was small for 3 people. very very good all in all.

Our room was so small that if my wife needed to put on makeup, and I needed to use the bathroom, I had to climb over the bed to get to there. Parking was non-existant, had to use a parking structure 2 blocks away, got the wrong one but deciede to stay there anyway. Just about did not find the hotel after parking. The hotel is on a non-through street, had to get a trash truck to finally direct us to it, had to park in an alley while unloading bagage.

Very kind attentive staff in a delightful quiet, upscale neighborhood of Puteaux about a ten minute walk with a flight of stairs from the main metro stop five stops to the Arc de Triumph, six stops to the Champs Elysees. Clean, quiet, small but neat. Small elevator, one electrical outlet that I could find, but free wifi, offered free calls to US and a nice buffet breakfast. A great deal considering prices in France.

If you're after 5 star luxury and a gourmet breakfast, then this probably isn't the hotel for you. If you're after a decent, clean, friendly and in a good location hotel then this is a must. The Vivaldi is all these. Okay, so the room we stayed in (triple beds) wasn't the size of a football pitch, but it was clean, presentable and perfectly adequate. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Drink prices are reasonable, you don't feel as if you're being ripped off. It's on a side road which makes it quite but just around the corner are lots of shops, cafes and eating places. It's a 10 min walk to the metro (line 1). Also free phone calls to most of europe (no, I couldn't believe it either). I've stayed in 4 star hotels that weren't as good as this. If I go back to Paris, this is the hotel I'm going to book.

We spent 2 nights at the Vivaldi hotel and found it to be friendly, easy to find on the metro route and a pleasant walk from the Esplanade de Defense Line 1 metro station. Our room was quite quirky, quite small, which might not suit everyone but we thought it absolutely fine. We arrived quite early, about 11am but our room was ready for us and we checked in within 2 minutes with the lovely receptionist who was very helpful. We then were able to get the metro back into the centre of Paris very easily. We thought the hotel was in a nice quiet area but still very accessible to all the delights of Paris. We enjoyed breakfast, of which there was a very good choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and even hot food, such as scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. Very impressive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would have no reservations in recommending it. We hope to return as we missed out on the Musee D'Orsay which was closed on Monday!

Hotel Vivaldi is a gem! While it is outside of Paris, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the metro, which is very convenient once you get the hang of it. The room was cozy and well kept. The calls & internet were free, which is extremely convenient. There was no extra charge to have the breakfast brought up to your room, which is something I did not find in any other hotel. The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel's absolute best asset is the staff. They were all unbelievably sweet and helpful. For instance, one of our bags broke while packing the night before leaving, so we had no time to buy a new one. We asked the girls in the front desk if they had duct tape to hold it together until we could purchase new luggage in the next city. They did not, but looked everywhere, and finally secured the electrician's masking tape for us. They went out of their way, which they did not have to, and did so with a great attitude. We especially bonded well with Olivier, who would ask about our plans for the next day in order to help us with directions, reservations to avoid lines, and best days to visit places. The following evening he would remember where we had gone, and ask us about our experience and our day in general. He is very friendly, polite, and hospitable. For example, one day we had an incredibly great lunch across the street, and the portions were so large that we took the rest to go. We had no way to re-heat it, however, and when we told Olivier that night, he heated it for us in the hotel's kitchen microwave, and offered us plates and cutlery, so we wouldn't have to use the plastic ones. The morning we left around 5:00 am, while waiting for the taxi, Olivier prepared hot chocolate for my mother and I, even though it breakfast did not start until later. All these little actions demonstrate how they go the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Me and my friend went to Paris for a weekend and chose this hotel and we were absolutely happy with the choice! it is in a financial district of Paris so area is very quiet during weekend, but not dangerous at all. Room was lovely and clean, staff friendly, breakfast yummy!! will definitely recommend it to anyone!!

We really enjoyed Vivaldi! It was a little hard to find but we made it and it was a charming little hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, and helpful. (The shower was quite tiny!) It was nice that they let us keep our luggage there the day we were leaving until we were done sightseeing on our last day in Paris before our evening flight.

The Vivaldi Hotel was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. This was because of the staff. They want to make your stay in and out of the hotel your best. Oliver is an exception to even the best customer service you've ever experienced. Hotel Vivaldi is the best place to stay for your first or fifteenth visit to Paris. The room was well furnished, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The staff all speak English, and they have an unprecedented commitment to personal excellence. If and when you like, they will recommend and place your dinner reservations, schedule your tours of Paris, the Louvre, or Versailles. They will also guide you through the process of using any and all forms of transportation. Their free breakfast buffet is fresh and scrumptious; not cheap at all. You will love the retreat from the hustle and noise of the city, and yet how easy it is to get anywhere. The metro is a 10 minute walk. I loved my stay here and I hope to come back soon with my wife.

Enjoyed our short stay at the Hotel Vivaldi. ALL staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the option of continental breakfast in our room outside of the normal breakfast hours.

The staff - particularly M. Olivier and the lady (don't know her name, she said she'd worked earlier in Paris Disneyland) offered great service.The Disney tickets (part) bought here cost €6 less per adult (no discount for child). There's free calling to the US (on Google Talk). Breakfast was very good. Side note: Disney Paris is worse than any third-world amusement park.

I have chosen this hotel having read previous reviews, and I am happy that I have made this choice! Rocommend to everyone looking for quiet and comfortable stay next to impressive LaDefense.

Absolutely no problem with the hotel - good value and nice rooms. Neighbourhood is nice - lots of restaurants and shops, including a nearby mall. Quiet area. Only problem is finding the hotel. Get metro to Esplanade de la Defense then exit station and find exit 10 which should lead to a bridge over a highway. Go down steps and cross road and you should be at Rue Roque de Fillol. We got very lost. The hotel is near the station once you get the route sorted. It's then a 10 min metro trip to many of the big tourist sights.

in general, the hotel was comfrotable, the staff were very helpful and very friendly. you have to walk around 7 minutes to the metro, which wasv. easy and in five stops we were in th middle of champs de -lysse, it took around 0minutes all together from the hotel to reach the centre. room quiet comfratable, and clean.

Hotel is located very close to city centre, 5 minutes walk to the tube station, rooms are very clean, staff is very nice and they speak very good english, breakfasts are lovely. The only thing we didn't like was the food from hotel menu, we orderded a lunch once, very tiny portions and not very tasty, definately not worth the price. But I would recomend the hotel, good value for money.

Koselig lite hotell med utrolig hyggelig personale. God frokost som inntas i hotellvestibylen. Rommene er små, men nyoppussede. Små, men delikate bad. Litt stusselig område rundt hotellet med dårlig utvalg i restauranter, men en svær matbutikk og apotek like ved. Stille og rolig strøk. 5 min til metro. Anbefales hvis du vil ha en rolig base mellom sightseeing og shopping, og ikke er veldig ivrig på natteliv.

Partout le calme, la propreté, la sobriété associée au bon goût. L'agréable confort qui fait oublier les petites dimensions de la chambre. Et surtout le sourire, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de TOUT le personnel qui redonne à l'hôte ses anciennes et véritables lettres de noblesse (bien trop souvent oubliées aujourd'hui, surtout à Paris). On serait tenté de vivement recommander... mais on prend alors le risque d'avoir moins de possibilités d'y retourner soi-même facilement.

Très accueil, pas déçu après un second séjour.

het hotel werd verbouwd, niets van gemerkt verder. vlak bij trein naar versailles en vlak bij grote mall 4 temps in de buurt van grande arch.

Lite og sjarmerende hotell beliggende i bydelen La Defense, som er forretningsstrøket i Paris. Neste siste stopp (Esplanade) på Linje 1 med metro, og kun 5-6 stopp ifra Champs Élysee og Triumfbuen. Fra hotellet til metroen er det et lite 10 min å gå. Hotellet for øvrig ligger i et rolig strøk med veldig lite trafikk. Prisene på rommene er vennlige, men standarden på hotellet er bra. Rommene er ganske små (spesielt badet), men ikke noe man tanker nevneverdig på. Frokost er inkludert. Hotellet er for øvrig stengt i november 2011 da det skal renoveres. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Läge 10 minuters promenad från metro. En bit ut från centrala delen av paris, men de flesta största sevärdheter ligger längs samma linje så det stör inte så mycket. Hotellet är av det mindre formatet, både med antal rum och storleken på dessa. Rent och fräscht. Gratis Wifi, platt-tv. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enkel men god frukost ingår.

Das Vivaldi Hotel hat zwar kleine Zimmer und auch das "Restaurant" (der Eingangsbereich) zum Frühstücken ist nicht das größte, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar nicht ganz zentral, aber die Metro ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Umgebung des Hotels in der Nähe von La Défense ist sehr modern.

Wij hebben het hotel voor een paar dagen geboekt, prima hotel! Het ontbijt was alleen wel erg vroeg. Het is ongeveer 20min. lopen naar het metrostation. De mensen waren er erg vriendelijk. het hotel is een echte aanrader!

Sehr freundliches Personal saubere Zimmer sehr gutes Frühstück ein bißchen abgelegen, aber zu Fuss ist die Metro erreichbar (10min)

Das Hotel ist ziemlich klein und eng... Aber um Paris zu besichtigen reicht es vollkommen aus!!! Morgens ein kleines Buffet... die Zimmer sauber... Bad sauber und klein... Also für den Preis OK!!!

Vi havde 4 overnatninger på Vivaldi Hotel. Er lille hotel beliggende i et hyggeligt nabolag lidt uden for Paris centrum. Værelserne var ret små, men yderst hyggelige og rene med alt det man kan forvente. Personalet var særdeles venlige og servicemindede. Helt klart et hotel der kan anbefales.

Hotellet är bra, men rummen är mycket små liksom toaletten med dusch. Frukosten är bra och riklig och personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Rent och snyggt.

10 Minuten Fußweg zur Metrostation "La Defense". Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr im Städtischen Parkhaus. ca. 100m vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr saubere, schöne Zimmer. Nettes Personal.
