This is an apartment. It is not an Apart-hotel. There is no service like a hotel here at all. They do not clean at any time of your stay even if you ask. You must then buy all cleaning supplies to clean it yourself. It's not posted, but extra towels, toilette paper and soap are extra charges if you need them. They tried to charge 9 euro per towel (27 euro) for three clean towels we needed after 2 days of no one coming to the room to clean or change towels. Hair is on the bed sheets and pillows, dirt behind the doors and no dishwashing liquid or cleaning brushes to wash your dishes. The pools are not maintained well and I wouldn't put my kids in there. So although the pictures are nice, the people staying there who play music loud, yell and scream on their balconies at night, unclean pool as well as unclean cafe, are all so below standard that you end up taking the bus or taxi to go somewhere else nicer or more decent in the centre.

Maeva appartments are only just satisfactory. Sheets given on arrival. Make your own beds, clean your own room. Limited reception hours. Building will soon need a face lift. Our balcony was deteriorating from neglect. Noise! Noise Noise. from neighbours above and passing in corridor. Train passing frequently in front. Pool nice but not non-swimmer/beginner friendly. Step outside and avoid the dog muck and cigarette ends. Sandy beach short walk only but not much width. Cigarette ends litter the little sand there is. Evening Cannes la boca is sleazy so take care! Economy Supermarkets ie. Intermarche and carrefour a bus ride away. Any problems, common answer 'it has nothing to do with us!'

The hotel is ever a 3 star hotel, as the pool was dirty (I have a pool at home and this one in the hotel was scary dirty...filthy I would say), no A/C, the trains are driving through your room 50 times a day and the room made so small that no space for suitcages at all! We checked out 2 days early....

Struttura comoda ai servizi e molto vicina alla passeggiata sul lungomare.Nelle camere gli elettrodomestici e le stoviglie sono nuovissime. La pulizia generale è buona. Le camere sono piccoline ma molto ben organizzate.Qualche pecca solo alla reception (praticamente impossibile farsi capire in italiano) e poca disponibilità. Nel camplesso giudizio buono!

Das Schlafzimmer glich einer Zelle die Auslegung der Größe der Appartemts für die angegebene Personenzahl unmöglich. Ausstattung von Geschirr genug. Für Spülmaschine sollten Spültabs vorhanden sein. Toilettenpapier wurde nur eine Rolle ausgehängigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher mußte man sich organisieren und selbst ins Zimmer tragen ebenso die drecke Wäsche wieder abgeben, also von einem Hotel hat dies nichts. Ansonsten war die Anlage sehr sauber und Ordnung war auch da. Pool perfekt. Sicher war die Anlage ebenfalls. Mit Kindern angenehmen Aufenthalt.

This is a good choice for a family that want to spend a week or two in Cannes. The hotel is located close to sea, and close to a bus stop where there is leaving a bus each 10 minute to city centre. The railway close to the hotel was not a problem for us. Trains almost total stop in the evening, and not start up again before in early morning.

vieillit tres mal, bruyant et trop petit pour un 2 pieces? on ne peut meme pas faire le tour du lit aucun service à l'accueil heureusement gardien de nuit tres serviable tarif tres abordable pour l'emplacement

여기, 너무 다들 욕을 많이해서 걱정했었는데 물 깨끗하고 시설 예쁘고 다 좋았어요. 걱정하지말고 가셔도 되는 곳이네요.

Au secous, si vous voulez rater vos vacances, allez-y. Cet hotel est sale , vieux et mal entretenu...Il y avait du sang dans le hall d'entrée, ascenseur...berck. Mal fréquenté mais effectivement proche de la mer.
