Watch out for hidden service and security fee. We thought this was a great hotel deal in Orlando but they charged us ridiculous fees that were not original included. And the location where you need to pick the keys is 20 Min in each direction away from the room. You need need to bring every thing you need from your house. They did not provide us with paper towels, dishwasher soap or any garbage bags. Just be aware that you will be responsible for all of those items. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The villa was in a great location near Disney and 15 minutes from universal, some oportunities like poor overall mainteinance, including Hair driers,TV's controls and kitchen sink and garbage disposer not working, when we arrived it was full of dust everywhere(need to improve very hard). The service was ok, but we ask about a BBQ that never came.The queen bed of the secondary room was not comfortable beacuse was not in a good condition.

I tend to stay in hotels such as Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites so my expectations may be a little high. We were placed on the 3rd floor with no elevator access with 2 kids. Moving in and out was a challenge and although we arrived at approv. 8:00pm, our neighbors were testy because we kept opening and closing the door - REALLY?!? After spending full days at the park, the stairs were challenging for kids. Once we got in, any footsteps were heard below. The first part of the week, the neighbors below were not there but after a few days my kids couldn't even crawl without the floor rumbling. I just didn't care for the facility. I love hotels.com and will continue to use.

Affordable, comfortable and close to all.

Arrived at the condo to find carpets had just been cleaned and the place was immaculate. Exceptionally clean, all towels, linen, pots and pans as needed and was extremely spacious. Condo's are a little out of the way but then again everything has to be driven to in Orlando so a few more miles didn't make much difference. The only way this could have been improved is if the blocks of condo's had a bar/shop that you could walk to otherwise a perfect and cheap way to stay.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and hotels over the years, but this was our favorite place so far!

While we very much liked the unit we stayed in, we were disapointed in a couple of things. When I booked the unit, I spoke to a person on the phone that represented himself as IPG HOMES. He did answer my questions, telling me that it was a single family home as shown in the pictures. It was not. It was a beautiful unit however they were all attached units for an entire block. I was told that there was a barbecue with the unit and there was not. I had to call maintenance and was told it was another $65.00 for the barbecue. I was told by the rep that there was a pool at each unit and there was not. It was a community pool across the street. It was nice but it closed at dark. Our plans included having friends over for a barbecue at the pool which all had to be canceled. As a matter of fact, there was no place to have people sit in the rear of the unit. That was embarrasing for my wife and I to say the least. We were told by the property maintenance people that we booked through expedia and that was the problem. The fellow that answered the phone when I called the number on the web site to book answered the phone "IPG HOMES". I am confused? We will be making the same trip for the next two years so I guess I have to look further into the details and get things in writing as I feel people misrepresented themselves.

The condo was beautfiul -- far nicer than I could have imagined, and for a great price. Unfortunately both of the beds were terribly uncomfortable so I don't know if I would stay there again.

I have stayed in a condo provided by IPG three or four times. I have been thoroughly pleased with the check in and check out process, as well as the units in which I have been housed. Thumbs up for IPG.

Was very very nice i would stay agin and would recommended to everybody

the "hotel" was great.....i meant the apt.....we found everything in there even kids games....Disney parks were close by...the kids loved it.

Como esperávamos: bom, limpo e barato. O único inconveniente é que não tínhamos wi-fi, mas apenas rede por cabo (com um cabo, na sala...)

Dette er et feriehus og ikke et hotell, dvs all matlaging må du gjøre selv eller spise ute. Rengjøring skjer også kun før ankomst. Det var litt vanskelig å finne informasjon om huset, men fant en nettside hvor jeg til slutt fant infoen jeg lette etter. Det er visst ikke lov til å publisere nettadresser her, så dere får finne den selv. Søk på IPG Florida Vacation Homes. Fikk ikke svar på min første forespørsel til feriehuset, men andre gang svarte de på alt bortsett ifra ett sprøsmål som jeg fant svar på på hjemmesiden. Man er helt avhengig av bil i Orlando og en god GPS. Obs nøkkelen til huset må hentes på velkomstsenteret som stenger ni på kvelden mener jeg å huske. Dette lå 30 min kjøring fra selve huset. Nøkkelen må også leveres samme sted. Under oppholdet legges nøkkelen i en nøkkelsafe som er festet med kodelås på døren dette er praktisk. Ryddig og fint hus hvor de har pyntet med håndklærne. Dobbelt sett med håndklær + at det er vaskemaskin og tørketrommel slik at man kan vaske selv (husk å kjøpe vaskepulver). Her er fullt utstyrt kjøkken, men ikke av beste kvalitet på knivene. Kjøleskap, fryser, komfyr, mikro, vannkoker,kaffetrakter og oppvaskmaskin (husk å kjøpe såpe). Det er toalettpapir på alle bad, men dersom man trenger mer må dette kjøpes. Bassengområdet var greit og bassenget ble kontrollert mens vi var der. Rolig område med fastboende? naboer. Vi var alt i alt veldig fornøyde med huset som var billig og bra i forhold til et hotell.

Generelt tilfreds, men irritation over basis ting der manglede/ikke fungerede optimalt, en del slitage og larm.

ha sido realmente penoso que ipg que hasta este viaje siempre habia sido impecable; esta vez se equivoco, alquile por 14 dias una casa de luxuri y me dieron una con una habitacion mas (que no necesitaba) por una standard sucia y en mala ubicacion con malos y extraños vecinos con televisores de la epoca de mi abuela, aspiradora que no funcionaba sin secador de pelo y hasta con peines y fotos de los anteriores inquilinos, a los dos dias cambiaro la clave de ingreso y demoraron 3 dias en darmela. tenoa que esperar que alguien ingresara para poder ingresar con mi familia y IPG me tomo el pelo durante 3 dias... terrible, mejoren sino, perderan lo que tanto les costaron conseguir, calidad y buena atencion sobre todo cuando la misma IPG dice que cuando alquilas directo te dan mejores casas.

Es una villa, totalmente equipada, al precio de un cuarto de hotel, con tres televisores, cocina equipada, sala amplia, acceso a un gimnacio, cerca de Disney, para el que viaja en familia es lo mejor, posterior a esta estadia, fui a un cuarto de hotel y no hay comparacion.

hola somos una flia. de panama, estuvimos hace una semana, mi esposo, hijo, suegra y yo, definitivamente se los recomiendo, todo muy limpio, super comodo, muy equipado, el lugar muy agradable, era como estar en casa, cerca de todos los parques de disney,wallmart, publix, florida mall,primium outlett,ross,marsall, definitivamente regresaremos! saludos flia desde panama!

Kjempefornøyd, men dette er ikke et hotell. det er en utleie leilighet. Ligger så godt som i Kissamee, ca 15- 20 min kjøring til de fleste tema parker. leiligheten har supre fasiliteter, rent og pent, med felles gym, svømmebasseng, volly og tennisbaner, utegrill område ++. alt meget velholdt. super service fra personalet. Har en 11 år gammel gutt, og han var rett og slett i himmelen her. Leiligheten hadde to soverom, stue , full utstyrt kjøkken og vaskerom. to bad og balkong. Tre Flatskjerm TV'r (50" i stuen) samt stasjonær PC og WI Fi. Sikkerheten er også å ergne som utmerket. Har ingen klager på dette oppholdet.

Une véritable maison très bien entretenu. Prix vraiment raisonnable mais frais suppémentaires peu habituels tels nettoyage et assurance.

Las instalaciones del departamento son excelentes, el espacio es bastante adecuado para las cuatro personas que fuimos, cubriamos todas las necesidades con lo que el lugar nos ofrecia. Esta cerca de un wallmart y una estación de servicio. Un poco lejos de las atracciones pero suple con todo lo que ofrece
