Hotel dei Cavalieri Caserta - كازيرتا

I picked this hotel based on what I could see on the internet. I also asked my relatives who live in the area if they thought this would be a nice place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. I didn't know we were getting breakfast in the morning which was such a plus! This hotel was modern, with wifi which was big for my family of five. They put us in rooms next door to one another. If we needed something, someone was there to answer our question immediately. The biggest thing was it was CLEAN! We had daily maid service and she does her job very well. I will definitely return to this hotel. I hope to go back in September!

Very a ttentive staff. Breakfast ok, parking a little inconvenient

I spent a week in Caserta this month and really enjoyed Hotel dei Cavallieri. The location was excellent. Unlike a few of the other surrounding hotels, you can step out of Hotel dei Cavallieri and the Vanvitelli Piazza is 10 feet away, followed by several streets to shop. The palace and train station are walking distance. Staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to accomodate. Breakfast was very good, wait staff was very professional. Room was spotless and consistenly clean, nice televison. Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable, but it was clean. Do be aware of the cab drivers and their fees. When I arrived at the Caserta station from Rome, I got a cab to the hotel because of the long journey and luggage. The driver charged 15 euro for the ride from the station to hotel! It's an 8 minute walk-maybe 2 kilometers away. Was also charged 30 euro for a cab ride to a town 7 kilometers away. Sometimes it's unavoidable, but maybe requesting the meter to be run instead of a flat rate is a better choice.

The hotel have the potential to be in the future a very good place to stay, at the present the only 5 stars are the employees, in special Mrs. Laura at the breakfast section for the magic hands in a very difficult kitchen( small and inoperative for the quantities of guest) and Mrs. Vanna and the night service for the friendly actitude. With all the experience I have in hotels I will suggest to the board of directors a more atention to the systems like TV, dinning area and lighting system and a more friendly actitud with the employees, just becouse are the best in your organization and dont let the passengers feel the abroupt and insane actitude with them!

Situated right in front of a nice piazza. Walking distance to the center of caserta and the train station. Hotel was clean and comfortable, but air conditionning did not seem to work well. Lucky for us, we had our first cool night, so I let the door a bit open the let the fresh cool air get in, but beware of mosquitoes that could come in the room if you don't close the blinds. Breakfast could have a bit more choices, but it is more less the same everywhere. Tips: If you don't want to stay in Napoli, but still want to visit it, Caserta is a good place to stay. By train, it takes 40 to 58 minutes.

Happy with the price, location, breakfast, room comfort, helpfulness of staff...disppointment that the day we were there on Tuesday, the royal palace was closed! Parkingwas extra at 10EUR and you had to drive round the corner but it was possible to unload luggage in front of the hotel. I did not understand why the shower was the way it was...tiny cubicle with a huge rain shower head!! Well, one can't have it all when it's a bargain breakfast included the most delicious cakes...hope you are lucky to enjoy them if you decide to stay there. Good caffe too!

High level service

Personale molto cortese, vicino alla Reggia ed in pieno centro, stanze confortevoli, qualche problema di manutenzione agli impianti dell'albergo negli ambienti comuni , probabilmente transitorio (qualche odore di fogne difettose ). Complessivamente da consigliare

Sono tornata molto volentieri all'Hotel dei Cavalieri, ho suggerito il soggiorno anche ai miei amici che sono rimasti davvero contenti. Ottimo e davvero confortevole, lo consiglio!!!!

Es un Hotel muy cercano a la estación de tren aproximadamente unos 15 minutos a pie. El Palacio de la Reggia está a 10 minutos andando y cerca a muchos lugares para comer. El Hotel es muy cómodo , tranquilo , moderno y limpio. Los recepcionistas muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte. El desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Totalmente satisfechos .

Confortable et tranquille, très bien situé sur une place agréable, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel jeune et serviable.

Siamo partiti per la nostra vacanza con qualche dubbio . Abbiamo prenotato l'albergo tramite internet e speso secondo noi molto poco per notte e prima colazione in un albergo 4stelle in centro a Caserta che dista 600metri dalla Reggia. L'albergo è pulitissimo,il personale è cortese e disponibile, la colazione a scelta è varia. Lo consiglio a tutti e soprattutto a chi come me soffre di allergie. Unico neo il parcheggio convenzionato un pò strettino ma anche se in fase di restauro video sorvegliato e con personale cortese.

Vivamente consigliato. Bella posizione, staff gentilissimo e di una disponibilità fuori dal comune, stanze pulite e arredate modernamente, buona colazione.

Servizio accurato, efficiente e cortese La mancanza di una cassaforte in camera si è fatta sentire

Très beau, très propre, très bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner buffet. Seul bémol : difficile de circuler dans Caserta en travaux et hôtel mal indiqué. Pas de parking c'est dommage. Très bien placé proche du chateau. Trop cher finalement à cause des difficultés de circulation.
