Metropark Hotel Shenzhen - شينزين

Bed is hard and good. But the overall room doesn't look very clean. We booked the unit with 3 rooms expecting 3 beds but there were only 2 beds. This is a letdown because we had to get another bed at a charge. Porter service was good but housekeeping was not satisfactory. The housekeepers sent to bring in the bed was not very unwilling to adjust the furniture according to our requests to accommodate the roll-in bed.

This is my second time staying here. I returned for the location, convenience, and facilities. Service wise requires much more improvement. Trying to participate as a international hotel service industry, but the front desk does not speak any international language (english) frustrates guests like me.

While everything seem right, the free use of wifi was not available due to shortage of wireless router. Otherwise, seem ok.

Nice hotel, big room, and close to shopping malls, free Ethernet connection. Walking distance to Metro.Hotel arranged Taxi at 5 AM, Thanks a lot

Room need to be upgraded for maintenance.location is near MTR, but need to walk down many flights of stairs from A3 exit

Very spacious room with divided living quarter and a kitchenette. Map location of this hotel is wrong. It is located right outside the Shaibu subway station and lobby is around the back. Minor details can be better but overall great value compared to others in this price range.

The room was very clean and spacious. I requested for a wireless router and the housekeeping staff immediately brought one over. When I realised that someone had previously reset the router settings and thus rendered it unusable, a replacement request was also promptly met.

Right at the Shaibu Metro Exit A (do not use their map as it is quite far from People's Park as shown online). I got a huge 1 bedroom suite which was very clean but quite stark. Kitchen but no dishes or applicances except a small fridge and kettle, Worn sofa in living area but Big TV and lots of channels. Dongmen is shopping area for Chinese so don't expect much English but prices are cheap, shops endless, street food abundant, and lively street scene. Hotels.com special was very cheap.

Easy to get arround, MTR at the door, Supermarket accross the road, large rooms and Air Cond, dated rooms but still good. After a busy business week they arranged a Modern Hire Car to take 2 of us from the Hotel directly to Hong Kong Airport no customs waiting for just $800RMB - A$133 or US$ 140.

Big room, good location. With the $ u pay, it's value for money although room look a bit dated

stay for 2 nights, location is near to train station. Price is affordable. Near to many amenities. The staff are pretty helpful too

Large room with separate bedroom and living room. Hotel staff courteous and helpful. Great location- next to Shaibu Station and walking distance to Dongmen Commercial Area. Restaurants, fast-food outlets in surrounding areas , suppermarket opposite hotel. Hotel is great value for money. Best hotel I have stayed in Shenzhen. Will want to stay again for future business trips.

I book business suite with twin bed. I have 2 kids ages 6 & 8. The room is spacious with a living hall & small kitchen. Bathroom is spacious but without bathtub. The MTR is nearby & supermark is opposite. The only problem is the bed too hard. First night still ok but there after you need body massage.

The hotel was in excellent shape. It was close to subway stations and major shopping centers. It was a great value.

Good clean hotel at a bargain price. Friendly staff at check in and helpful during my stay. Everything you need nearby. Grocery Market right across the street.. Room was clean with a small kitchen. Internet very reliable . Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are great, they are more of an apartment, which we weren't expecting, so it was a nice surprise. There is a lounge and a large bedroom and a kitchenette. A great place to relax after all the shopping in very near by shopping malls. This hotel would have been magnificent when it was first built, it is a little tired here and there, but after staying in cramped little hotel rooms in other parts of China, this hotel gets the thumbs up. Across the road is a small supermarket where you can buy a few supplies. Would definitely stay again, excellent value for money.

it was a great stay, hotel staff was excellent. Jesse and Alice were amazing and could speak good english which was very helpful since i am from the USA. nice big room and very comfortable. very clean and soft bed. will stay here everytime i am in shenzhen.

Stay was good, but my spouse was distressed by the lingering cigarette smell as there were no rooms considered non-smoking or smoke free. You can open window for fresh air. Free wireless but need to call front desk to install.

I stayed in a business suit for three days and felt like in home. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was comfortable and clean!!!! But the receptionists at the front desk are cold!!!! Not greeting much!!!! Even not saying welcome to Hotel and thank you at the end!!!!moreover the hotel massage services are bad!!!! Me and my mother did 2 hrs body massages and we gave them tips but they didn't didn't appeciate and even ask us to give them more!!!!! Let me feel horrible!!!! Bad staffs!!!!

Hotel good but unnecessarily large room could have been much smaller and still been comfortable. Also quite noisy as on busy street which was close to shopping so can't have it all.

Downside: They did not have a room ready for the one I booked so I ended up with 2 double beds in the end and they said there was nothing they could do. We went for a massage in which the lady shouted at us at the end of it for not tipping a lot. We tipped nearly the amount of the massage! Not what I want when I go there, it was also run down and not a very nice place. Upside: Good location. Room was a good size.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff - English understanding and speaking sufficient to assist you. Very close to metro (just around the corner) which allows you to travel to all tourist attractions. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a business suite which made our stay feel like home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Shenzhen. Just a bit far from industrial area Buan District should you need to travel for business. Also across the road from Dongmen Pedestrian street.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great location and well worth the money

I usually do not bother with reviews; however, this is worth mentioning. I rented an executive suite at this hotel and found the room very nice, clean, roomy, and comfortable. On my last trip, I stayed at the Shangri-la in a deluxe room. I booked through Hotels.com and for the price, you cannot beat this hotel. This hotel was referred to me by a local resident. I stayed on the 10th floor and the only thing I did not care for is looking out the window at some of the old run down buildings in the area.

This hotel is at reasonably price and easily accessible. The room is very clean and comfortable. Indeed over the past three years, whenever I went to Shenzhen with my family, I did choose to stay at this hotel. So far we have been this hotel for almost 10 times. This is really recommended.

Well the pictures online looked great. Hotel was nice but not as nice as it was made out to be. There was mold in the bathroom and the bathmat was covered with it too. The kitchen comes with no utensils or dishes and is really only useful to boil water. Tehy advertised the room came with a washer/dryer but there wasn't one in the room. Very little of the staff spoke English making it difficult to ask for help or assistance. Take your translator. Nice on the outside but not so great in the room. I've stayed in three stars in China with nicer rooms but not as nice on the outside. Room was spacious tho but you may be able to find nicer rooms cheaper elsewhere

Excellent location to Dongmen - a shopping belt where you can find cheap stuffs. Not far to city Metro system too. Idea for first time visitors.

stayed there for 3 nights, check in was efficient tho i arrived after midnight. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff generally very polite and housekeeping helpful when i needed them.

Stayed for one night. Liked pics on website, price and location near HK border crossing. Room was great size for price and bed very comfortable. TV needs updating but didn't watch anyway. English was somewhat limited but what can one expect when travelling to another country. There is always a way to communicate and everyone at hotel made a good effort. Charged me for breakdfast but only 50 RMB for large buffet style including egg station. Neighborhood just so so but easy and cheap taxi rides to anywhere in Shenzhen. For those looking for a bargain, big and clean room/suite and 3 to 4 star "luxury" this is a good find..

I have a pleasant stay at Metropark Hotel. The room I got was nothing less that huge, but the bed was, as it is common in China, very hard. The hotel was big and nice but felt a bit old, but it is still a great value to stay here and the location is good with a 5 minute walk to the subway and a nearby food street there you can get excellent seafood.

What a dump. Even on a budget I would never stay here again. Old and dirty. Not just dirty, nasty!

cheap and nice, very close to shopping street. just 5 mins walk. Going to seafood street is also very close, 10 mins walk. very big room like family size. recommend to stay here if you want to relax and shopping around and eat seafood.

Three star price five star price for the room highly recommended to stay with Metropark Hotel chain .

The hotel is walking distance from more stores and restaurants than one could go through in weeks and cab is silly cheep. Large clean rooms. The only remark i can have is that the bed first had a piece of hair between the sheets, but they fixed it as soon as we pointed it out. Also, the whole floor was carpeted which some people find unclean, but i liked it. Also there is some red wine on one of the carpets after us. =)

The room is unbelievable big and equipped with everything (eg: kitchen, microwave oven, washing machine and so on). Price is so low that you cannot imagine with such a high quality room. Location is just nice, nearby Dongmen Shopping Area. Staff is helpful but did not provide information to us regarding free shuttle bus service to Luohu custom. Everything is fine other than that. Highly recommended!

The staffs there are so friendly, fast check in & check out. Conveniently located at Dongmen shopping area & MTR. Only bad is their bed is too hard.

仕事で３泊しました。地下鉄晒布駅から歩いて２分、大変便利な立地です。部屋やその他の設備には特に問題は感じませんでした。周辺に食事ができるところもたくさんありました。ただ、大きな展示会の開催期間と重なり通常の倍くらいの料金だったのが不満でしたが、ほかのホテルも同様に高くなっていたようですので、これは仕方ないのかもしれません。

旧市街に位置し、ディープな中国を楽しめます。近隣にはレストラン街もあり、また庶民的なマーケットも楽しめます。部屋はスイート(2種類？)で広くて快適でした。残念なのはスタッフが英語もほとんど駄目、日本語は全く通じません。地下鉄の駅は近いのですが、タクシーは最低1時間待たないと乗れないので注意が必要です。

起初在hotel.com看見其他人的評價, 其中一位朋友形容床太硬, 雖然坐上去真的硬了一點, 但睡覺時並沒有真的不舒服的感覺, 睡眠質素還可以, 房間超大, 好有家的感覺, 酒店地理位置不錯.

近地鐵站，交通也算方便。

심천 도심과 가깝고 주변에 중국해물식당이 있어서 좋았습니다.
