Hotel is very close to the airport - perfect for quick transfers. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint would be about the lack of shade by the swimming pools especially if you have little children with you. Our little one enjoyed the kids club very much.

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms and bathrooms could use some updating.

Older hotel (formerly Club Med), but in good remodeled condition. Beautilful pools with palm tree islands. Food was good and bed comfortable. Only thing missing was a refrigerator in the bedroom. Had outdoor barbeque dinner one night with country music. Was nice to have entertainment while eating. It is on the east side and southeast end of the island, whereas most of the development is at the northwest end of the island. Nothing else really close. My only problem was that being on the east side it faces the Atlantic Ocean (which was quite calm due to off sure reef or something), but quite cold. Because of the constant trade winds, the pool was also pretty cold. Other than that I loved the place. If you fly into the airport at the western side, it is an hour and 15 minutes or so to this location. If you fly into the southern airport, it is only 3 minutes away.

Great, friendly and very helpful staff. Not too noisy, like many big hotels can be. The food was O.K., but I would have liked to have more choices at the buffet. Very conveniently located. I'd go back.

My wife & I and our friend have visited all inclusive resorts at different islands for the last 7 years. This club was the best. Top shelf food, drinks and staff. The resort is only 1 mile from the airport, so no time is wasted on the bus. The only minor negative, is that although the ocean water was warm, it is blue in color, not turquoise, as the resort is on the Atlantic Ocean side, not the Caribbean side of the island. A fantastic resort.

We stayed at the Coconut Bay Resort & Spa in May 2011. It was a pleasant experience. The staff were all friendly. The nightly entertainment was fun. Plenty of chairs to lay out. The room was not spectacular, but it was clean and comfortable. That was all we needed. Best thing: How close it is to the airport! You are in the sunshine sipping a tropical drink in no time. My only complaint: The swim-up bar was not staffed sufficiently. There was always a decent wait. Tips: The beach is nice, but in no way the selling point of this hotel. Keep that in mind. Aside from the hotel, my tips are to go check out the Pitons and to bring bug spray. Over-all a nice resort, but not a 5 star, but it also doesn't claim to be. Enjoy!

This resort was fantastic. The accommodations were great, the food was great... and the service was excellent. We hope to be returning soon.

As 3* all inclusives go this place isn't bad. Food is reasonable and the drinks free flowing. If all you want to do is eat, drink and lie by the beach and relax this place is perfect and it's 5 minutes from the airport so you don't have to do the 1hr30min trek to the north where most resorts are. If you want activities there is not much to unless you're a windsurfer or kitesurfer. However for kitesurfing it's a good spot, consistent wind in season and a great school, 2elements, attached to the hotel. What I would say though if it rains there is nothing to do and unfortunately for us it rained 4 of the 5 days we were there but the weather isn't their fault! If you're going in season it's a decent spot, towards the end of the season you might want to think about a hotel with more actvities in case of rain.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. This all inclusive hotel got everything and then I mean everything. If you are a family with small children (to 15) I would not hesitate to book this hotel. I stayed in two other hotels during my 2 weeks on St.Lucia and this hotel has the best support service and are by far closest to the airport. The others tend to be on the other side of the island which is a 2 hour taxi drive or with helicopter... It has a big water playground, tennis and basket ball courts, pools, restaurants, close to the sea, bars, activities within the hotel, outside of the hotel, ... The negative I can say is that its large and therefore slightly in personal even though the personal make an excellent job so I would be surprised if you notice this. Also that there are a lot of families with choldren so if you are a honeymoon couple requirements for being alone I would suggest to go more north on St Lucia. I should end by saying that the Spa was also excellent. And that the best about the hotel is that the people working there are really supporting you!

This was a great hotel. The food was delicious and generously displayed. The rooms comfortable and nightly they had entertainment which was great. The pools were nice and the view very nice, the only thing if you like to swim in the sea and sit by the beach, the beach was on the atlantic ocean and not the Carabbeian side of the Island so it was rough to swim and there were seaweeds which was disappointing. We expected to have the clear blue waters of the Carabbein . But overall we had a great experience and the staff was wonderful and very attentive to our every need.

Staying within 5 minutes of the airport meant we started our vacation right away! Clean rooms, good food, wonderful (and varied) entertainment and friendly staff. The constant breeze off the Atlantic kept the temperature at a very comforable level. We'd definitely go back.

This was our first stay at an all-inclusive. Above all, the people at the resort were overly friendly and accomodating. This was also our first visit to St. Lucia and the people at the resort gave a a great first impression. The buffet food was good. However, having 2 additional restaurants was an unexpected pleasure and the food at both was quite good while the service was even better. There isn't much else on this end of the island, so I'd recommend some day trips, especially to see the Pitons.

The hotel was great, but the food--was mediocre at best. It is a nice concept the all-inclusive package. However, the food needs improvement. Great service, good ambiance, and fantastic location.

Trop loin de tout, mais idéal pour une pose, un moment de détente!

Excellent hôtel situé en bord de plage avec vue très agréable sur la mer. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant (attention la langue est l'anglais sur l'île, conduite à gauche!), les prestations sont de bonne qualité. Piscines propres, un jacuzzi en bord de plage avec vue sur la mer-superbe, nourriture à la fois internationale et locale, club pour les enfants avec des activités assez variées....... Le seul bémol peut être le vent, même si nous n'avons eu que 2 jours de vent sur 11 jours de vacances. Plaisir et détente en famille assuré!

Hotel agréable, trés bien situé. Infrastructure confortable et acceuillante surtout pour les enfants avec les tobogganc et les jeux d'eau. Grosse déception sur le personnel qui ne semble pas apprécier la clientéle francaise(antillaise) par rapport à leur attitude plus chaleureuse avec la clientéle américaine. Les chambres semble propres et agréable mais les fauteuils en osiers sont couverts de poussiére . J'aimais aussi un doute sur la propreté de la climatisation (difficile à régler d'ailleurs) car à notre départ mon fils asthmatique à débuter une crise d'atshme. L'attitude désagréable de certains personnels n'est cependant pas une généralité, certains se sont montrés trés acceuillant.

Très bel hôtel. Confortable et bien entretenu. Lieu de séjour idéal pour familles avec enfants et adolescents.

très bon hôtel, idéal pour les enfants, plein d'activités, restauration correcte.

Très bon hôtel, nous avons séjourner au Coconut pour la pratique du kitesurf. L'hôtel est directement sur le spot. Nous recommandons cet hôtel aussi bien pour un couple que pour une famille avec enfants. Le seul petit bémol est la présence de musique en continue en tout endroit de restauration et parfois un peu trop forte à notre goût. Cela empêche une certaine tranquilité à certains moments de la journée.

prijs / kwaliteit = zeer goed vriendelijk personeel , propere kamers , goed eten. Dit is een paradijs op het paradijselijke St Lucia Als je wil is er een ganse dag animatie voor jong en oud , doch door de grootte van de resort is dit niet storend voor diegene die van rust en stilte houdt. 4 zwembaden een aanlokkelijke oceaan , palmbomen , voldoende bars met cocktails en frisdranken wat wil je nog meer om eens goed te relaxen.Let wel het is geen 5ster maar wel een volwaardige 3ster en daarvoor geef ik 5/5 .

bien sauf la plage car océan atlantique. mer souvent agitée. Réserver vos séances de spa à l'avance car souvent saturée.

hotel agreable , tres bien entretenu qualite du service excellent rien a dire animations toute la journee le soir aussi salle de jeux pour adulte et enfant rien a dire cette hotel est super !!
