Great! very impressive, enjoyed my stay.

When I checked in I was advised that my confirmed reservation had to be given to someone else and the hotel was full. After a lenghtly unpleasant converasation with the Manager on duty, I was given the room.

Wonderful A-1 Staff. Excellent customer service

The room I booked online is not what I got upon arrival. Buyer beware.

The hotel was nice and clean. the staff was great.

We stayed here for one night and when we arrived the management staff was awesome ..The rooms were clean and very nice...worth the stay...the beds are comfortable...night clerk was rude...

I had a wonderful, safe, and comfortable stay. I stayed there one night and would do it again. I always take my special pillow with me that helps me get a good night sleep..(of course they have great pillows as well). I checked out and forgot to get my pillow. When I got home and unpacked, I realized that I did not have my pillow!!!. I called back and described it. They mailed it to me. I received it that week. "THANKS HILTON! ( A complimentary breakfast would be a + to the guests. Of course they have meals that you can buy.........Again I had a wonderful stay!!!!

I really enjoyed the stay. The only complaint is that the night before I left, I was awakened by guest arguing outside of my room. I did not notify the front desk, but otherwise enjoyed my stay.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasing. The rooms, especially the bathrooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and wanted to attend to any needs expressed. I would stay here again and tell others to do so.

Enjoyed the room first night was wonderful second night bed was made but the room didn't get cleansed no fresh towels or restock cafe third night same issue down to one towel for family of three also no restock on coffee!!! Other than that room was great!!

Was given a room for smokers, room smelled bad, asked to switch out room and was told no other rooms available. They did send someone to deorderize room that didnt really help. My reservation was for a non smoking room. People at front desk didnt even try to help just said that the way it was reserved even after showing them my reciept showing non smoking room.

This hotel's service rocked! Always does. This was my fouth or fifth stay here and the service never fails to make me smile! Rooms are clean, comfortable and not over priced. From the General Manager Kevin down the staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime i am in the area - I will stay there!

The hotel was great. However there was a wedding that evening and althougth I was on the third floor there was a lot of noise from those passing by either in the hallway or at the elevator. This made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The Sirens could be heard from the interstate/Hwy which made the night more difficult in conercens to a good nights sleep.

The hotel is conviently located off of I-20 with easy access and departure. The breakfast is outstanding and the employees were very friendly.

We were there with daughters volleyball team & it was convenient to site. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Could use more restaurants around it

I reserved a room with a whirlpool tub but when i arrived i was not given that room. I asked to switch to one if it was available and all they had was smoking and i would also have to switch rooms on the last day that i was there. The beds have a comfort adjustment but neither bed I slept on seemed to work. The pillows were nice, and i loved having the fridge and microwave in the room. The large room with the whirlpool isn't a good choice. The bath and shower are nice but the privacy is lost because the seperation between the bath and bed/living room is by shutters. So you can hear whatever the person in the bath is doing and the toilet doesn't have it's own seperate room. It also never got cool in that room. The smaller room was much better on cooling and privacy.

I loved it and everyone was so nice

The people are very nice and it was so clean and the beds are very nice

My stay was for business and the hotel was ideal location, room, facilities. The breakfasts were excellent value. One morning I had an early meeting and the staff prepared my breakfast order to go. I am also grateful to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to assist me as I happened to fall sick while I was on my business trip.

The hotel was very clean and in a convenient location. Pros: Microwave and fridge in room Friendly and knowledgeable staff Cons: Uncomfortable (softness controlled) beds No free breakfast Housekeeping came trying to clean our room 3 times before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning.

Made reservations for a Jr Suite at the Hilton Garden Inn - Duncanville Texas. This isn't the first time this has happened at this hotel. We arrived a little early and was told that our suite was being cleaned and to come back in a couple of hours. We went to the outlet mall and returned 15 minutes of when we were asked to come back. The clerk checked us in and when we went into our room it was a standard room. I called the clerk and told them they had put me in the wrong room. I had reserved a Jr Suite. She gave me to another person who informed me that all the Suites had been given away and this was the only room I could have. Needless to say I was very upset because like I said this happened to my husband and grandson when they had reserved a Suite at this same hotel. I will never stay at another Hilton and I am going to turn them in to the BBB. My advise is when you stay at a Hilton and they tell you that your room is not ready stay camped out at their counter until the room is ready!!!

The room was nice and very clean and would stay there again. I didn't realize we were not guaranteed a non smoking room when I used a certain website but the front desk lady was nice enough to let us check out the smoking room they were going to put us in and a non smoking handicap room and she let us choose which room. She also gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The breakfast was wonderful.

the hotel is nice but the beds are uncomfortable ,and the breakfast should be included for the price you pay ,most hotels do have a breakfast included in the hotel rate.

My family and I loved this hotel!!!! We alway visit the Dallas area for the Ennis drag race and the state fair. This was the first time we stayed here, rooms were clean the hotel was very clean. We will stay here each time we come to any event.Checking in and out was a breeze. We will stay here whenever we come to this area

The beds at this Hotel were extremely hard, no give what so ever. I'm a handicap person and this was unacceptable. I'll never stay again. Much to expensive for what we recieved.

At this hotel my room was not ready on the day i was to check in. Person that checked in before me had same problem. Offered them a complimentary night stay but offered me NOTHING. Beds were hard and room smelled of smoke. Did not appreciate being placed in another room when i paid for a suite. Service needs to be evaluated by executives.

This was a good hotel and the staff was very friendly.....The only thing I didnt like about the hotel was the latch on our door didnt work, and the bathroom vent didnt work either.....I must say the breakfast was wonderful

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Hotel for the 4th of July and although the hotel was very nice, the beds were so hard. You could select the comfort of the bed by adjusting a knob on each side of the mattress. I adjusted each side to soft and each night, it felt like I was laying on bricks. Apparently, the comfort adjuster did not work on either mattress or either side. Other guests were complaining as well. The overall hotels was nice and close to expressway, but the beds are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I got there early like 3 hours before check in time they allow me to do early check in the people were great i would recommend this hotela to anyone great stay..
