International Garden Hotel Narita - ناريتا

We used this hotel just for one night before flying home. The hotel staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable and, a good free breakfast was included. Also, the airport shuttle service was right on time. Would stay here again.

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Room was very comfortable and had a great view of rice fields. Free Internet was a bonus. Only downside for me was that there is no outside space to sit and read in.

The free shuttle to and from hotel is what made it convenient to go places in Narita. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area. The mini store in the ground floor is so convenient to get drinks and snacks.The only thing that disappoint me is the carpeting in the room, it is old , with lots of stains and dirt.

Really good place to have overnight stay. Close to shops and the ancient temple. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was great only being 25minutes from the airport with an 8pm arrival and not having to get to a hotel in Tokyo at that time. Had time next morning following the buffet breakfast to walk 20 minutes to the temple and gardens that were worth a visit. Free shuttle both ways is very handy.

A disappointing stay with no wifi available to connect with the Internet for our 3 day stay. It had been out for a week and was still not fixed when we left. There was no English Channel on tv and with no Internet we were cut off for our stay. The solution offered by the staff was to try next door but that was not a solution and luckily JR Rail had wifi access at their major stations..Beds were very firm with pillows to match. The location is the saving feature within walking distance of JR Rail and a subway next door.

Hotel is clean and spacious. It is generally bigger Than the hotels in Japan. There is shuttle service provided to bring u to the nearest train station and the airport. Staff is trained In English so it's easy to communicate. Wi fi is provided but only in the common area near the lobby. There's a gym free for usage as well as a jacuzzi pool. Many air stewardess so may get to see some pretty ones~

20 min ride from airport which is far compared to other hotels but not a bit issue since hotel shuttle bus is direct and free. Hotel a little out dated but spacious and clean room which is all you need from an overnight stay. Not much in surrounding area but excellent buffet breakfast.

Wanted a hotel near the airport for our last night in Japan, this one was excellent value for money, free airport shuttle, good buffet breakfast and very nice clean room. Would go back.

So I missed my flight and this is the last thing I wanted to do when I was planning to be home already. The hotel isn't exactly close if you leave from the local JR rail line. Would recommend getting a taxi or expect to walk about 30 minutes to hotel. Staff was nice and apon check out they even got the shuttle to wait for me that took me back to the airport *nice free feature* . Room service was quick and easy. Little convince store was a nice bonus since there isn't much close to the hotel minus the family mart outside the hotel

stayed there one night. airport shuttle good, room great. Buffet ok but would prefer non buffet too but prob easier. would recommend if get good price .

We were personally contented with the hotel and the service. Staff were really nice and helpful. It's worth the money and ofcourse I would recommend your hotel to my friends.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. This time the evening buffet was a disapointment as it lacked the variety that we had a year ago. After arriving from elsewhere from within Japan we did not want to travel out in eve of departure so we stayed in for the buffet. We think next time we will book elsewhere, However the good points are; effecient coach link to Narita airport; good size rooms; wi-fi availability; and a quiet hotel

I ordered a breakfast buffet but was not able to use it because their buffet opens at 6:30 am.

For the price, you get a big bed, tv with English drama and movie channels (they show dated stuff but I don't expect much), paytv (ahem) if you so desire. If you don't want to pay for 24hr wifi convenience in your room, you can enjoy free wifi in the lounge with plenty of seats and tables which are great for small group chats. There is a souvenir/food shop in the lobby and I believe the price of food (or at least the beer) is same as the 24hr minimart right outside the hotel. Room was spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable night. Shuttles runs to airport or narita station, more info is readily available on their website (such as direct to airport shuttle on first few morning buses, etc) Staff was experienced and helpful as he inquired about my purpose of stay (a night stay before my flight back home) and advised according. He advised me on shuttle timings according of my departure time, along with the breakfast timing of the hotel restaurant. Buffet breakfast was good, not much western variability but you can experience Japanese breakfast or fruits and salads. Worthwhile for it's price when you book it with your room. Would definitely stay again.

the restaurant in the hotel closed at 9:30 pm, better eat your dinner at the airport if you arrived in the late evening. The rooms are old, the chairs in both of our two rooms one is stained and one is burnt with a hole. wifi is at the lobby only. The only plus point I gave it was their breakfast, not many choices of food but at least is hot and tidily displaced.

The hotel is perfectly situated between Narita town & Airport. The free bus service to Narita town & Narita Airport works really well (Transfer time 15-30 minutes depending on traffic) The bus from Narita town departs outside Comfort hotel which is to be found on the east side of Keisei Narita station. (In Narita there are 2 stations: JR Narita and Keisei Narita). Keisei Narita is situated 5 min. walk from the east exit of JR Narita. Convenience store right next to hotel. I would stay here again.

This was a simple, no-frills hotel near the airport that was a good choice for my overnight stay. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. No complaints at all except the fitness room smelled like very stale sweat. The carpet needs either replacement or a major cleaning.

Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and of reasonable size by Tokyo standards. Hotel shuttles to/from Narita airport were convenient and right on time. Desk clerks all spoke very good english, which was helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good--well worth the $10 extra it cost to add to the hotels.com package. Free wi-fi lounge was great. Only negative was that the mattress wasn't super comfortable, but still fine for a short stay at this price.

We liked this hotel and would recommend it for your stay at Narita airport. The airport bus was convenient, but if you want to go into the town of Narita, take a bus or cab because it's a long walk. The town of Narita is worth the visit, especially the Shrine. The train station is a distance away from the hotel. It's almost easier going to the airport by bus and taking the train to Tokyo station to get to sights around Tokyo, like Disney Sea or Kamakura.

Convenient hotel to fly from narita airport. Don't stay here if you want to explore Tokyo as it is far away. However, I stayed the night before flying to London and was good. Buses are punctual. No wifi in the room but in the lobby. Inlcude breakfast as there is nothing around and also have dinner before aerie if you are planning to arrive after 10pm.

This place is fine for a night before flying and the transfer service was very efficient. I am not a picky traveller and generally stay in budget hotels and take what I get without complaint. I have to say that the carpet in the room was filthy with stains and grime all around the edge, there were marks up the wall and one of the lampshades had dents in it. This did not match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel. Sheets were spotless. I would not say dont stay it was fine but not perfect

The staff here is the best I've seen in 99% of places. They are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were coming through during halloween and could not have made it to Tokyo without their help. I will stay here every time I transit through Narita. The location is convenient and the free shuttle to the city is such a blessing.

One of the best rates for a very decent hotel room. Good size room for Japan. Convenient bus schedules to the airport and to the local mall and in to town (train station). It does take a while for the bus ride from the airport to the hotel but please bare in mind that if you are picked up from terminal 1, the bus will also stop at terminal 2 so it already takes about 15 min to get out of the airport. Has free wifi in lounge next to lobby.

ideal for a short stay close to narita airport with a convenient shuttle service.Narita town close by with Buddhist Temple and park very interesting.Saw some lovely young girls in their traditional costumes and monks performing their services,wonderful. Make sure you hop on the train to Sakura just 5 stops, easy to do and see the lovely towns old Samurai houses,Nat.Mus. of Japanese History etc.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful.The courtesy coach provides a 'taxi service' from the airport and the railway station at Narita. It also took guests to an out-of-town shopping mall, and provided regular links to the nearby town of Narita. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from a great temple and park, and is within walking distance (just) to a botanical garden. There is also a roof-top spa. The hotel is definitely good value for money, and I have no doubt that I would use it again.

Power system to room a little different. Takes some time to figure out how to keep the lights on. If you remove the key card from the power pocket, you can't do anything in the room. The room was very clean and had many of the amenities that we find in American hotels

This hotel is relatively close to the Narita airport, and has a free shuttle service to transport you to and from the airport. Rooms are large by Japanese standards (though not by American standards). No free wifi in rooms, but there is a nice lounge area near the elevators where you can access free wifi.

This was my 5 stay at this hotel in as many years. Each time in a standard configured room bed for two. On this stay I paid for two adults but was given a room for singles, one side of the bed flushed against the wall; had to slide off the bottom of the bed to exit, The carpet had several stains, The TV table fixed at opposite side of the bed. Finally, check out is 11:00 AM sharp or you will be charged per hour plus room internet use only to learn at check out that free wifi is available in the lobby levels. KB

We missed our 7pm flight and quickly found this hotel. The free shuttle was great, easy to find and on time. We settled in to our room easily and slept well. The breakfast buffet was good -- when you book, choose 'breakfast included' if possible. It's more economical. The hotel offers a free shuttle into town. Highly recommended! We had time for a lovely walk through old town Narita and the wonderful temple Naritasan and Naritasan Park. A great layover experience.

We will never come back to this hotel. Other hotel close to the vicinity are more than worth the money than this hotel. No wifi in the room, no free coffee, no fresh slippers, no good customer service. Expensive for the price.

Free shuttle for airport, lots of air crew in and out so busy day and night! Helpful staff, but unable to get into room early. Western style resturant a short walk away. OK for a short stay.

One of the best rooms we had in Japan. Good wifi in lobby. Great breakfast. Excellent value for price, location was 25 mins by bus from airport.

I have tried several hotels in Narita, and considering the price this is the best choice. Compared to other hotels near the Narita station, this hotel offers larger rooms. Nicer lobby, you feel Like a hotel. It is surrounded by nice nature. There is shuttle for downtown as well as airport. The breakfast is not so high quality. Also the lunch and dinner is not so high quality. You can find number of restaurants by 10 mins walking. Staff are very helpful and nice. The laundry is free. The gym is good and 24h open. I will stay there again.

What a great hotel! And a great breakfast for foreigners! I am VERY happy with my stay there!

I stayed in a number of hotels in Japan and this hotel was the best, the staff were very helpful. The room was out standing, bigger than all the others and the hotel was always busy with things to do. I loved my last few days in Japan and can't thank the International garden hotel staff enough for making it fantastic. I left Japan very happy. thanks again.

Hotel had many amenities, including free WiFi. The shuttle service to/from the airport and to local attractions was great. The staff was very helpful and made my 1 1/2 day stay in Narita very memorable.
