Great room for the money. Carpet in the room needed updating.

Really nice rooms, buffet is really expensive, but good food.

firealarm kept going off every few min starting at 5 am for over 2 hour and they wouldn't comp the night

Watch out for the money grabs of paying for internet and other misc. services that you might think are standard. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Room was fine, but walls were a little thin, so it was noisy.

Non-smoking, non-pet room not available. Room smelled like cat urine.

We had excellent customer service at check in. Room was very clean, decent shower but awful mattress.

Evn if you don't like to sleep in, you will their beds are rediculously comfortable!!!! Me and my girl friend set the alarm and had a wake up call so that we could enjoy the breakfast buffet..... We slept thru both and enjoyed lunch instead! LOL! Great spot!

It was very nice. I would love to receive a free stay.

this is the worst experiance ever i paid for things i did not get for example pet stay the hotel didnt even know what i was talking about and when i asked for my pet stay products pet food and water bowl pet roomservice pet treats they laughed and said are you serious we dont have that stuff why would you expect that and i replied because i paid for it. So i had to go buy the stuff since i didnt bring it. When i went to get directions to the plaza they couldnt give it to me and so when we went to dinner we got lost and were late. The hotel check in lady was so ugly to us we were not comfy asking for things like roomservice and clean sheats cause we didnt want to get kicked out that was how bad it was i will never stay here again this should have been a 5 * hotel but i would have had a better time staying at a motel

Wish they had free internet. Needed for business & if you paid, it only worked in certain areas without changing your computer.

Nice hotel; easy to get to with plenty of parking. Staff was polite but had trouble printing a boarding pass and desk clerk couldn't solve problem with printer but it was no big deal. Overall the stay was very pleasant and I would return. Ate at the buffet for dinner and breakfast - very good. Complex includes a decent coffee shop and sports bar.

Overall not bad, food and drinks in the restaurants were decent at best. Still would go back, got a great deal on a suite.

The walls are way to thin. No sleep because you could hear everything above you and beside you. We had plumbing issues. All the staff were very polite.

It was very convenient to where we were going and it was wonderful to have a restaurant on the property so we did nothave to leave.

First I want to say that most of the staff we met were friendly. The breakfast bar had a wide variety and our waiter at one of the restaurants was helpful as we had someone in our party that had to worry about a food allergy. We came for an all day meeting at downtown K.C., so we booked the night ahead and stayed 2 nights...then because of possible snowstorm we stayed an extra night. We were able to easily take a taxi to our meeting, which was reasonable (didn't have to worry about parking or driving at night in the rain). My big disappointment was after the first night, we put a do not disturb on our door while we ate breakfast so we could come back to the room before leaving for our meeting. We left before 10 a.m., but when we came back around 10 p.m. We found our room had not been cleaned! They did bring up clean towels and supplies after we called, but the maids were gone for the day. I was given many excuses, no one from maid service ever called and apologized. In fact when telling the desk the day after, her excuse was if we had a sign on the door that sometimes meant don't clean it today. Well...that's a new one! We've stayed at other hotels before and I was under the impression that it meant, please come back later. Plus we left before checkout time, so they should've came back to the room later or at least after checkout time. The hotel was ok,except for that experience, we might stay again, but it will not be my first choice.

Very nice hotel only complaint is that I didn't get a coffee pot in my room

Nice hotel room was clean and comfortable staff was very helpful. Casino is ok.Great food options on site. Hotel is far from downtown so tough to get in for business.

Over all it was a great hotel and the staff was very friendly. Went for a girl's weekend, we all had a great time. The only complainant would be the sinks in both rooms drained very, very slowly. Otherwise everything else was fine.

price was good, lots of food chooses

This is a really nice hotel outside of the downtown KC area but less than 15 minutes away. Watched the Super Bowl and ate some nice food in the sports bar. The only drawback was the cigarette smoke drifting all the way over from the casino into the hotel lobby/elevator area. Fortunately it doesn't follow you up to your room.

Our first room was still dirty, but they moved us quickly. After that little hiccup everyone we found was very friendly!

I was very disappointed in the Room Service. The food was awful, they forgot parts of my order. For the price of the food you would think the quality would be a lot better.

I will never again stay here,the room was too noisy,the bathroom was nasty,the shower had so much crud in it the water barley came out. There was no guide for the tv no welcome of any kind,only some kind of thing for the restaurants,sad.

The staff was very friendly. Wifi is NOT free. We ate at the 810 Sports Zone and the food was excellent along with the service. Ordered room service as well and needless to say the food tasted like hospital food but the staff was very nice. They don't offer microwaves so if you get a meal in the casino area and can't eat it all and would like to take it back to your room to eat later well there isn't any way to heat it back up. This was another let down. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. The walls must be made out of good material because I couldn't hear any noise from others other than when they were in the hall being loud. It is a casino so that was expected and no big deal for us. Also, it would have been nice to have a book in the room with a list of TV channels, local resturants and things to do. When your not from the area you don't know and that would have been helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel and needless to say we won't be staying again but will come for the casino & 810 Sports Zone.

The hotel accomodations and staff were great. The casino was great fun but it sure was smokey. I would have thought the Harrah's casino would have been a non-smoking venue like Hollywood Casinos. Still fun to say the least. Paying for wi-fi access in the room is absolutely ridiculous. The only other complaint was the bathroom noise. To my surprise you could hear toilet flushes and shower noise in your room and all adjacent rooms including above on the next floor...disappointing.

it was ok.. pillows was awful. but for the price it was nice. the staff was very very helpful and polite, and hey i must admit i cared more about my room being soo clean than the lumpy pillows. i love that it is attached to the casino and a coffee bar, and many many restaraunts.
