Great Service and Amenities. Close to all attractions.

we have stayed sveral times at hotel over past 5 or so years, past two visit very dissapointing, will not be returning,. location is great. and there are other hotels in same area.

Two things top my list when staying in a hotel, quiet and clean. Quality Inn had both. Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable. The bath tubs were noisy due to improper installation of the tubs. Also they are now Quality Inn and not Americinn Hotel.

Business travel obviously requires things not generally needed. The room and bed were wonderfully comfortable but my kingdom for an office chair that fits the work table. As well, it would be helpful to be able to turn the television to allow for work at the table (which I always move) and still be able to see the screen.

Very loud called grimy desk @11 to ask them to quite down the people above us the didn't they told were booked there's mo place to move them to when ee checked out front desk rude didn't even ask how are stay was will not stay again or recommend to anyone

When our room was cleaned, the bedspread was just pulled up over our messy sheets and blanket. It really gave an "icky" feeling to the whole stay.

This was an excellent hotel to say at for the Missoula Marathon.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is on a main road and close to just about anything you need (stores, food, etc). The staff was friendly and the free breakfast wasn't that bad either. The pool was a little small for me personally and only went to about 4 feet, but overall the stay/hotel was very pleasant!

This motel has too many smokers using it. We got a non-smoking room but it stilled smelled of smoke from the adjacent rooms. We asked for a different room right away and were given one at the opposite end of the motel which was definitely better. The staff was prompt and courteous. The gal at the desk said they were likely to prohibit smoking by the Fall of 2012, so things may improve.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a good experience in a long trip of motel stays. This was one of the best.

All was fine except the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke.

Comfy bed. Located across from a casino. Convenient location.

EMPLOYEES WERE ALL VERY NICE AND ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

Clean, Good Amenities, Excellent Hotel

It was a good place to stop for the night, good restaurant next door and a Costco just down the street for gas and any thing I might have needed.Breakfast was ok the coffee was good and I was happy about that.The desk person was good at what he did and was able to give me good advise about food and place to get gas for the truck. Would I stay there again yes.

Hotel was just off the main drag of reserve street. The hotel was very affordable and a nice small breakfast. Pool was nice and clean to swim in.

No elevator for second floor was a problem for us, just had knee surgery and climbing stairs was difficult with luggage. Pool area had way too much chlorine, burned your eyes just to open the door. Rooms were quiet even though we heard a barking dog early in the evening. Close to good restaraunt and good food. We got a good deal and would stay there again.

I appreciated all of the workers...They were very attentative and the hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable..Breakfast is a very nice variety.. Could use some Hot Chocolate there...

We stayed on second floor and boy it stink soo bad of smoke. We will never stay there again.. We were disappointed that they allowed smoking in some rooms even thought we had non-smoking room. Every time went in hallway terrible smell of smoke.. Dont stay here if dont like smoke...

Very comfortable bed, quiet, close to restaurants. My only complaint was this was a non smoking room, but someone had smoked in this room before.

I was impressed both times I stayed there. Great value and the way more hotels should be... All the perks at a reasonable and affordable rate!!!

My first time booking here on line! Everything workied out great and all my paper work was waiting on the desk when I arrived. Good place to stay when picking up supplies. My room was suprisingly quiet after 9pm. Good price and still had all the ammenities of higher priced motels. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

The issues I had were that it took 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk because they were on a break, there were children running up and down the halls slamming doors at 3 am., and they also double charged me for the room - once from hotel.com and once from Americinn itself. I had to call, but they did correct it and refunded my money after 2 days.

I enjoyed the stay. It was simple but very clean and this is what it takes some times for me. I will be back.

Hotel staff very nice and seemed to work well together. This is a newer hotel, nice condition, good buy for the price.

The employees were very friendly and the room was quiet and clean. I would recommend this place to others needing an inexpensive hotel in or around Missoula. I will be staying here again!

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The hotel staff is always friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. We know we will always have a nice clean room and the location is close to freeway and restaurants. Will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we are in the Missoula area.

Nice clean motel at a reasonable price.

Not Bad... the cleanliness "seemed" alright until I saw little black hairs all over the bed and pillows. I just hoped it was dog hair, even though I'm not sure if dogs were allowed. Everything else was good. Very fast and convenient service.
