Beach Motel - سان فرانسيسكو

Wouldn"t suggest that anyone stay here. It was dirty and in very poor condition.

The motel was 2 blocks from the beach, great BUT the motel was awfully dirty, pillowcases with blood stains on them,carpet had not seen a vacume cleaner in a long time, tiles and fan in bathroom missing, so NO I will not recommend this Motel

The hotel and room were clean. The neighborhood was okay but a bar next door did not look like a place you would want to enter. The real problem is that every half hour to an hour buses came down the street and you could hear it every time it passed (24/7). In fact about half a block away was the end of the route and the buses turned around and came back within about 15 minutes. It made for a very noisy night.

I needed a place to stay over thanksgiving, i was visiting relatives and was planning trip to downtown SF in the evening. Location is great as the beach is only 2 blocks away. Plus it is in the Sunset residential area of SF allowing me to visit my relatives then jump on the N Judah train to my destination. Nearby you have shops and eateries, and there is a bar attached to the location, but the clientele are of an unsavoury type!!! Although it is basic and needs updating, it does the job, u get fridge and microwave in your room and the staff dont bother you. For the price, u cant really complain.

I mistakenly booked a room here thinking it was another hotel in the same area. I was tired and it was paid for already, so I stayed. The front desk is friendly enough (not rude), but it doesn't seem they clean or pay any attention to the rooms. The wallpaper was peeling and covered with cobwebs (I was bitten overnight by whatever lives in that room fulltime). The bathroom had a bar of soap, two plastic covered cups, and one bottle of what I think was shampoo - which looked like they were thrown on the countertop (seriously). They were scattered about. At least there were towels in there. There wasn't a coffee maker (just a nice, standard touch in my opinion). They mentioned they had free hbo but I couldn't find it on my television. It did, however, HAVE a television, which is the only thing that took my attention off the lacking room. All in all, I would never go back but it was a place to rest my head for the night. I cannot fathom how this place ranks over a 1 star... I would look into other options if you're considering a place to stay near ocean beach, san francisco. Best of luck!

I was not at all happy for the price paid.
