I stayed two nights recently. The maid service on this trip, while usually very good, was somewhat sloppy. The ice bucket did not get emptied, the bed was hastily made and the bathroom was not wiped down throughly. Some improvement in these areas are needed.

Booked last minute, read the previous reviews and choose this one based on those reviews. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Great Breakfast!

My stay was very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! My family had a great time. Great continental breakfast! Our experience was awesome.

The breakfast was out of this world. Great variety and kept fresh and available. The same breakfast anywhere else would have really cost us. The hotel is really hard to get in and out of. It only has one road in and the same road out, no other access. The rooms are on the small side and our air conditioner was struggling. The staff worked on it and offered us another room. The staff was very accommadating and friendly. We were there 3 days and other than picking up our towels and giving us new ones, they never cleaned our room. We ran out of soap and the trash cans were overflowing by the time we left.

It was hard to adjust the temperature on the A/C and the unit was rather loud. The room kept getting too cold and the noise was too loud. Since the weather outside was in the 60's we just shut the A/C off and slept comfortably.

We had a ball at the Hampton Inn in Victoria, TX last weekend. We were even allowed to play MahJongg in the dining area. The staff was exceptional. Thank you!

We were given one of the last available rooms on a busy Valentine Day weekend. Despite it all, the room was quiet, clean and hotel personnel courteous. Looking forward to next visit. thanks

This hotel was close to all the attractions and shopping area of Victoria, TX. The parking lot was convenient to our room and made hauling in our suitcases and packages easy. The sitting area in the room was wonderful to lounge around and watch TV without having to just lay on the bed. The bathroom was excellent with great lighting and enough towels for the evening and morning routines! We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Victoria.

The service was excellent. The only negative was that the TV needed to be updated to a HD TV.

If you can make it through the poor customer service at the front desk and asst. manager, or dont care if dogs are allowed in a Hotel that states no pets allowed then this place is ok. Please be aware that they will charge you again for the room even if you prepaid through Hotels.com. When question about it the Asst Manager said oops, and then said your bank account won't be charge. They charge my debit card so it will not drop off for 5 business days. So if you are short on cash you might be in trouble. Also since Im allergic to pet dander i was happy that they did not allow pets, but when I got onto the elevator there was people already on and they had two dogs with them. When front desk was notified they said it was ok.

I found this hotel slightly overpriced when booking however, it turned out to be a nice stay. The continental breakfast was great and the staff was very nice.
