Room was quite spacious and nice. A bit more furniture would make it even better since the rooms are so large and the ceilings to high that they appeared a bit empty. We were very appreciative of the service and food provided for our breakfasts. The room was a bit further from the Duomo than expected based on the description on the website, but still quite convenient. We partciularly like the fact that it was on a piazza that was not very tourist focused.

For this being my first trip to Italy, this hotel was nice. The rooms were more like apartments and very roomy. This hotel is not like a regular hotel with service/amentities and restaurants. I think the hotel is also used by students visiting the nearby university for extended stay. The rooms had full kitchens. The hotel is located w/i walking distance to several piazzas and musuems/shops. The only thing that was not convenient was finding the hotel parking, which was very limited. Overall, I had a nice stay and enjoyed Florence.

The apartment was very large, but I wouldn't call it comfortable. We had a couch, table and chairs with open backs. With four adults, two on the couch.... Not a lot of seating. Depending on who you talked to the staff could be helpful. We had both very good and not so good interactions. The one BIG negative that really impacted my rating was the noise. We were on the first floor and above the bar. They partied until 4:00am! LOUD, LOUD, LOUD and not just from the bar... Because they have driving restrictions, it's a main walking path due to the plaza right outside the building. The party spread from the bar to the street and ear plugs only helped so much with yelling drunk people. They did provide a nice amount of food (bread, jam, milk, juice, crackers, croissants etc.). Noise aside, if you can get a room higher up and towards the back.... It would have been a good place to stay.

Had two rooms....one on top floor was great....one on 2nd floor did have a noise problem. There was a bar just below it and noise went on till 3AM. Hotel AC is shut off at 7PM and with noise from the bar, it made the room very warm. The hotel needs to keep the AC available all the time.

The Front Apartments have too much noise from the Plaza below where they have entertainment at night, great location......but you will not sleep well......... until 4:00 am sleeping pills mandatory !!

It was so fun to be near everything....a less expensive stay for a family of 5 because eateries were reasonable and a grocery store nearby. One condition, however, the bar downstairs played nightly music. We had earplugs which helped, and I actually enjoyed the atmosphere, but if nighttime noise is a concern, you may want to be in a quieter neighborhood. Friendly staff, too!!

Overall, for a group of 4/ 3 being college students, it was a good, safe spot and easy walking to Duomo. A beautiful painting on ceiling and up dated kitchen for cooking. Enough space to move around in for the week and not feel cramped. Love the lively social happenings outside our window each night. It was very loud but we did not mind. Great view of hills, clanging church bells, and people walking, talking and enjoying a cafe. Not having access to front desk for Sunday morning check out was a real problem, as we counted on leaving our luggage and touring comfortably. Instead, we had to change our plans completely. I was sure I reserved 2 big beds, only to find a pull out sofa, and one bed, so be clear with your needs prior to arriving. It promised A/C but there was no working it, or finding support to do so. Overall, I would stay again, and be more prepared with what we needed from the office.

I would recommend this hotel, because of the cost for what you get. The value was very good. The location was not bad, a few blocks from the Duomo. The room was a mini apt. with a kitchenette, living room, large bathroom and large bedroom. There are no amenities, but you don't really need any in Florence, as you are only in the hotel to sleep. One extraordinary thing, was that when you checked in, your room had ham and cheese, milk, bread, juice, jam, croissants and cereal supplied! That was really something.

The apartment was well located n close to Florence's main attractions.It was very spacious but needs to have more kitchen utensils.The lady at reception could have been more welcoming n smile a bit.Being tourist in a city we've never been before,it would have been nice if she made the effort of making us welcome.I get the feeling that she was just doing the job because that was the only one she could get.

The room we stayed in was not any of the ones for which there are photos. It was very nice and clean, albeit not what we expected. Very good location!

Mixed feelings about this place but I think it is a decent value if you know what you are getting. The pros: good location, perhaps 7-8 minutes from the Duomo, we walked all around Florence and had no need for taxis or buses. This is basically an apartment, so it was quite roomy, there were 6 of us. Cons: Be aware there is NO SERVICE at this hotel, other than check in and check out. We checked in on Sunday and had to wait for 2 hours for someone to show up, there were no signs indicating a later check in time on Sunday and no way to get a hold of anyone. We had no ‘maid’ service the 3 days we were there, but we did take what we needed from a linen closet. And our reservation called for 2 king size beds, which we did not get; we got one large bed, 2 twins and a pull out sofa. The breakfast provided was a joke, not fresh just pre-fab items and delivered to the room. However, there is a market about 100 feet away, we made good use of that and that was our real source of breakfast, drinks, snacks. The wireless did not work, and the front desk was unable to help us. Not high on this place if you want comfort and service, but a decent value if you have a large party and are aware it is really apartment living vs. hotel living.

Suite was very basic. The air conditioning was inadequate.

This suite was absolutely beautiful. The painted frescoes on the ceiling is a really nice touch. Also, the kitchen and the supermarket right down the street made it easy to enjoy a homecooked meal. There were some issues with the hotel, however. First, there is no central air conditioning and the individual wall units do a poor job of cooling the rooms (which have 15' ceilings). There are also no fans, so the rooms get a little stuffy. Because of this, my wife and I were awakened every morning being attacked by mosquitoes....not a comfortable way to wake up. Also the street below tends to be a bit noisy very early in the morning. This is not a place to enjoy late mornings. There is no maid service that cleans your room or takes out your trash, so be prepared to do your own cleaning, washing dishes, etc. (There was no dish soap for the dishwasher, so I guess you are supposed to provide your own.) All in all it was a positive experience, but I would suggest avoiding this hotel in warm weather.

I will most certainly stay here on my next trip to Florence. This was an ideal location as it was close to all of the main attractions yet in a wonderful section of town. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away which made it great to pick up lunch items to have in between visits to museums. We've stayed in Florence many times and never had this great of a room or experience. We had a huge private rooftop terrace in our room which was ideal to have a lunch in the sun or a glass of wine under the stars. The bathroom was HUGE by European or American standards; however, the small shower was dwarfed in the corner which was rather funny. The suite was beautifully furnished and maintained. I have only good things to say about this hotel and I'm a very seasoned traveler.

Tout d'abort, l'hôtel se trouve juste à côté d'un restaurant, ce qui signifie du *bruit* jusqu'à tard le soir ainsi que tôt le matin (se faire réveiller à 7 heures pétantes le matin après n'avoir pu dormir moins de 6 heures est extrêmement déplaisant). L'appartement est vraiment très grand, mais équipé avec des meubles vieux, de mauvaise qualité et en mauvais état. On ne peut même pas se voir dans certains mirroirs. La plupart des prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas. Les draps / serviettes / couvertures fournies sont minimales, il est fortement conseillé d'amener les siens ---- First of all, the hotel is located just right to a restaurant, which means a lot of noise until late at night, as well as in the morning (being woken up at 7am after not being able to sleep until at least 1am is not funny). Very large appartment but with very old and cheap furniture in bad state, can't see yourself in the mirror, most electric plugs do not work. Very minimalist bed sheets / towels provided. Thanks god we only stayed for a night.

Appartamenti molto grandi in palazzo d'epoca in zona pedonale e centralissima. Le cucine degli appartamenti sono abbastanza fornite di attrezzatura varia. La pulizia iniziale lascia a desiderare ma la cosa più grave è l'assoluta mancanza di insonorizzazione. Sotto l'Hotel c'è un bar che durante tutta la notte e sino alle prime luci dell'alba è meta di gruppi molto chiassosi. DIFFICILISSIMO DORMIRE. Munirivi di tappi per le orecchie oppure se si è fortunati richiedere telefonicamente o all'arrivo le stanze interne!

Hotel appartement magnifique. Difficulté à se rendre en voiture car en plein coeur du centre historique. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pres de tout. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

家族4人で宿泊しました。たまたま宿泊する日に、宿のご主人？が病気になられたようで、代わりに来られていた女の人がチェックインの手続きをしてくれました。この代わりの人は、ベビーカー(乳児が眠っている)と3歳くらいの娘を連れてきており、3歳くらいの娘の相手をしながらのお仕事でした。3歳くらいの娘も可愛いし、まあいいかと思っていました。ですが、部屋のセキュリティBOXを使おうとしたところ、扉が閉まってて使用できなかったので、その女の人に申し出たところ、自分は代わりにきている人間なのでわからないこと、明日も主人は来ないこと、わかる人はいないこと、を堂々と説明され、呆れて、何も言い返さず部屋に戻りました。また、朝食付きとなっていましたが、実際には、朝食の材料が揃えてあり自分で作るというものでした。チェックイン前の荷物預かりについて、受付は時間外のため扉が閉まっており、その女性が、「荷物は、扉の外におくように。ここはセキュリティは万全だから、大丈夫。」というようなことをおっしゃいました・・・が、指示された場所は、その時間、誰でも入れる場所で、本当に大丈夫なのか、不安でした。部屋はものすごく広かったのですが、広すぎて子供たちは怖がっていました。ご主人が病気でないときは、今回のようなことがないのかもしれないですが、それでも、万一の場合の、きちんと対応できる人をおくべきだと思いました。4つ星ホテルだったのに、残念です。

nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel et nous avons été loger ailleurs en ville. Nul ne nous a prévenu du changement. La réceptionniste nous a indiqué sur plan l'autre hôtel 1.5 kilomètre plus loin. Nous avons dû insister pour qu'elle paye un taxi ce qui a été fait sans le sourire bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. J'avais payer pour le petit déjeuner mais l'autre hôtel ne faisait pas les petits déjeuner et voilà comment ont se fait avoir en Italie.

Das Hotel ist nicht ein eigentliches Hotel - man bezieht ein (grosses) Appartement. Kein Hotelservice verfügbar. Die Lage ist der grösste Pluspunkt, sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch der überwachte und abschliessbare Parkplatz beim Hotel ist angenehm. Im Parterre hat es eine Musikbar - die Musik hört man auch im zweiten Stock noch bis spät in den Morgen (03.00 Uhr) deutlich!

- point négatif : l'appartement loué ( pour 2 personnes ) ne comportait aucune fenêtre (sauf cuisine , donnant sur un puit de lumière sombre et malodorant) ce qui était inadmissible et ne figurait pas sur le descriptif. si ça avait été le cas nous n'aurions pas retenu. -point très positif : compte tenu des disponibilités, le staff a accepté sans difficulté un changement pour un"grand"appartement très confortable sans supplément de prix. Notre séjour, au départ tres compromis, a donc été particulièrement agréable. Mais il y a eu malgré tout un sérieux problème d'information initiale. Cela étant, le personnel local a été charmant et très disponible compte tenu des difficultés initialement rencontrées.

Hotellet her er for dem der ønsker en ferielejlighed. Beliggenheden er i top, og værelserne er store og godt indrettede. MEN vær opmærksom på følgende: Ved sen tjek ind skal I melde det inden ankomst. Det havde vi gjort, og alligevel var der ingen til at tage imod os da vi kom frem kl.21.30, og det tog 25 min. før der kom nogen og lukkede os ind. Bilparkering skal også bookes i forvejen, men min anbefaling vil være at undlade bilen hvis man kan, da Firenze er meget besværlig at køre rundt i pga. mange lukked eog ensrettede veje, samt at an ikke må køre ind i bymidten før efter 19.30. Værelserne er flotte MEN vi fik først et værelse på 1.sal mod gaden, og den nat sov vi nærmest ikke, da soveværelset lå oven over en bar med natservering og MEGET høj musik. Da vi kl.2.30 flyttede ind i stuen havde vi istedet fornøjelsen af en meget larmende gade. Dagen efter bad vi om at blive flyttet til et andet væresle, hvilket slet ikke var noget problem. Man kan så undre sig over, hvorfor vi ikke fik et mere stille væresle til at begynde med. Køkkenet var fint med rigeligt udstyr og opvaskemaskine (!!!) og morgenmaden på stedet var fin, omend man selv kan peppe den op med mad fra det lokale supermarkede et stenkast nede af gaden. Vores ophold var i Oktober, og det var MEGET koldt morgen og aften, og da varmen ikke åbens før November var fer ikke meget andet at gøre end at tage ekstra tøj på.... ALTSÅ: Husk at bede om et værelse væk fra gaden og forvent ikke hotel-service, da det primæt er ferielejligheder.

a parte l'ottima posizione dell'hotel e gli spaziosi appartamenti abbiamo trovato: personale assente, asciugacapelli non funzionante, acqua calda non sempre presente (per fortuna abbiamo soggiornato in estate), cucina presente ma senza gas (anche dopo aver attivato tutte le leve possibili), bollitori incrostati, zanzare, cassetta del wc con una perdita e dulcis in fundo .... pulizia da fare di persona (ci hanno fornito di scopa e paletta, ma se vuoi pulire i bagni.... niente detersivi). Peccato la presentazione sembrava migliore!

2+2 som fikk oppleve et flott leilighetshotell. Frokosten de leverte var bra og vi likte området som hotellet ligger i. Mye spennende og kort vei til alt. Prøv dette, men husk å bestille parkering...

Family of four with two boys at 16 and 13.Fantastic appartment for our stay in Florence. The apparatment had three large rooms + kitchen and two bathrooms. One double bed and two thin beds, sofa group, two tables. The hotel is close to everything! We recommend it!

Hotel très bien situé. Appartement vaste, propre et calme, avec cuisine toute équipée. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Tous les sites touristiques dans un rayon de 5OOm, accessibles à pied. Commerces à proximité immédiate. Bon accueil. En arrivant assez tôt, possibilité de se garer dans la cour de l'hôtel (sécurisé, mais payant) .

Espaço amplo, acomodações simples mas completas, atendimento não invasivo, conveniências. Muito gostoso ficar no palazzo !

Bel immeuble du plein centre ville, suite confortable et spacieuse avec une terrasse côté cour (calme), trés appréciable pour dîner aprés les visites (la cuisine est fonctionnelle). Prestations de qualité en adequation avec la promesse publicitaire. Sitiation géographique idéale permettant de laisser la voiture au parking pendant tout le séjour (3 jours) et de découvrir les principales curiosités de la ville.

Das "Studio" für 2 Personen, das wir gebucht hatten, hatte nur ein "Fenster" zu einem engen dunklen Schacht, der nack Kloake roch! Nach unserem Protest wurde uns ein anderes, großes (4-6 Personen) Appartment angeboten, das in Ordnung war. Da am Ende kein Aufpreis dafür berechnet wurde, war der Aufenthalt schließlich i.O..

Hôtel propre et confortable, bien situé. L'accueil n'est pas permanent et ne respecte pas obligatoirement les horaires affichés. Pour le reste les chambres sont spacieuses et relativement bien aménagées.

Vi fikk en leilighet i 4.etg. med FANTASTISK utsikt. Den var veldig stor. Vi merket ikke noe fra støy fra gaten eller andre på hotellet. Utrolig sentralt beliggenhet. Fint å kunne lage mat i leiligheten. Gulvene var litt skitne. Men total opplevelsen var veldig bra!!! Vi var to voksne og 2 barn på 12 år.

Vi var en familie på 4 - to voksne og to børn hhv. 16 og 11 år. Vi havde 3 overnatninger. God plads og højt til loftet. Næsten herskabeligt. Godt køkken. God beliggenhed i gåafstand til centrum (ca 10 min. ad en dejlig gade med hyggelige butikker). Fin service mht. oplysninger om gode restauranter.

Lite problem innan vi fick vår lägenhet. Tjejen i reseptionen påstod att vi bara skulle vara två personer. Men vi hade med papper på att vi bokat för två vuxna och ett barn på 6 år. Hon ville ge oss ett rum med en säng till alla tre. Jag sa då att vi skulle ringa Hotel.com vilket snabbt fick henne att ändra sig och vi fick en helt underbar lägenhet. Vi stannade 3 nätter och allt var toppen.
