Hotel Petit Palace Marqués Santa Ana - إشبيلية

We stayed at the hotel for the Semana Santa celebrations. The service at the hotel was excellent. They staff went out of their way to help out. The rooms were a little small and the beds were a little hard, but overall they were nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it for others.

Good location, generally a very clean hotel but it tries too hard to be modern in the rooms. We had booked the romantic package but on arrival had to ask for the gift that should have been placed in the room. 22 Euros for the car park was excessive we left the car in a local underground car park for 13 euros. Great Tapas around the corner.

The hotel was friendly and nice. The Walls were very damaged throughout the hotel. Also the hallways were dirty.

Exceptional hotel.. Rates are fair. Employees are well trained and friendly. Inma was funn and informative.

Good location, Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean but the qualitiy of materials in the decor of the rooms are deteriorating - the glass basins in the bathrooms are chipped and some of the panelling near the shower cubicles are lifting. Otherwise it was good value for what you get. We did not have breakfast as it was too expensive but there are loads of cafes nearby alternatively

Really liked the family room with bunk beds for the kids. Noisy pipes. Heard every flush from my upstairs neighbors. Didn't refill the bacon & eggs at the breakfast buffet despite requests to do so. Quick to get your room number & charge you a good sum though.The complimentary drinks in the lobby seemed to be only a water cooler whenever I passed through during the listed hours. Tight streets and the hotel parking was full when I was there. Reserve ahead. Had to pay for a public garage 10 minutes away.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Literally several hundred yards from cathedral and Alcazar and Plaza. Hotel is modern with all amenities including Wi-Fi. Very clean. Front desk was efficient if not attentive. Did not do breakfast. Although it looked great, we thought overpriced. Price would be considered a value.

The hotel is a contemporary design with great internet access in the rooms. My only negative comment is that the pillow of awful. Even using two pillows did not help. They are flat which looks good with the design but is not good to sleep with.

There isn't actually anything wrong with the hotel, it is just not right.Decor which looks clean and attractive in the photos is tired and marked, design details very poor and look cheap up close. Benches in breakfast room too low, sinks in rooms not user friendly, glass atrium panels chipped and cracked etc.Overall it looks like a design which was originally good but was executed by the owners daughter in law one weekend, and on the cheap at that. Staff efficient but perfunctory.Also don't believe you are booking a room with air-con. Only if the majority of the hotel want it. "It is a democracy" they said on reception .Location super, quiet but in the centre of things. Basically just overpriced and therefore disappointing.

The hotel is very close to everything in Seville and in a quiet little street. The rooftop terrace had amazing views but could be used better. The bedroom was very comfortable but the air-conditioning wasn't working because they still had the heating on despite temperatures in the 20's so the room was always hot. The bathroom was laid out in the strangest arrangement with a fixed shower screen on half of the bath and the toilet right in front of the other half making access to the shower very difficult and a bit dangerous.

We stayed in this hotel as a family. We were assigned Room 3 and Room 7. Room 7 is good value for money, high ceilings give it a feeling of luxury, spacious bathroom. Room 3 is not good value, the two twin beds were cramped into a small space, so walking around the room was d ifficult and the air conditioning did not work. My top tip is, if you chose to stay here, make sure you pick your room wisely. It's marketed as a high tech hotel - this claim is debatable. The claim that the broadband is very fast is true, the internet worked well in both rooms we stayed in, but the power shower didn't quite deliver, as the water pressure was not strong enough to ensure that all jet streams could be switched on at the same time. The service was hit and miss. A receptionist called Juan was efficient and matter of fact. However, a female receptionist with a long face the day after was abrupt and impatient, so would recommend more uniform staff training. The breakfast was simple but good. Fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, selection of cold cuts, fruit, sweet breakfast foods (chocolate donuts etc), small sausages, cereal. Nothing was lacking, but the food in Seville is amazing and cheap, so really you're paying for the convenience rather than an amazing spread.

A bit tricky to locate if you are driving, but a convenient garage and the key sites are very close. Breakfast is nothing special, but the room was nice and staff very helpful.

Staff, Location, Rooms and Hotel all excellent!! Highly recommended!

Stayed here last week for a city break. Hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful, location excellent for exploring Seville.

Perfectly placed for cathederal, Alcazar and E Morales - best tapas in town! Only grumble is glass door in bathroom - why? and slightly antiseptic feel to the whole place. Staff couldn't have been nicer however.

This hotel is on the edge of a small town. It is nice and quiet with nice views. There is a 1/4 mile walk to the old section of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was comfortable. Room was good for a family of 4 (bunk bed plus king). Good central location.

Hotel is in a great location for exploring Seville. It was very clean. Receptionists were very friendly and pleasant. We didn't have the breakfasts as they were expensive (can't put exact rate as per hotels.com regulations). However, there are nearby cafes and a Starbucks so breakfast wasn't a problem. The only difficulty I had was that on the last day my nightdress got swept up with the bedlinen (!) Unfortunately, the laundry isn't done in the hotel, so they are sending the nightdress onto me. I have been back in England for less than a week, so obviously have not received it yet. Wish I was a tidier person!!! Despite this, I was impressed with this very clean, modern hotel which was in a good location for exploring the lovely Seville. The air conditioning in the hotel worked very well, which I felt was important for July.

The hotel is tucked away, but as it turns out in a great location within walking distance of everything we wanted. We arrived very early and therefore the room was not ready, but the staff were very helpful. The room was perfect for the two of us...the bed was so comfortable and big! Free wifi and laptop in room very handy. Very happy with it all.

This is a short walk 1 block walk with two turns to the Plaza Nueva (local train and taxis), and also a few steps to the Cathedral. Excellent location, though we would have had trouble finding it the first time. Taxi cost was 10 E from the Renfe, which was well worth it. The front desk was wonderful. She is pleasant, helpful, and speaks fluent English. Restaurants we liked: bakery on a corner across from Cathedral (cafe con leche!), Really good tapas rest. go right from the hotel, then first left. It is on your right hand side.

The hotel is small and modern but has the facilities and service that you would expect in a larger chain hotel. It is very clean. The staff are welcoming and speak very good English. The rooms are adequate and the bathrooms well equipped. Water always very hot! The location is excellent for exploring the city. We were able to walk to all attractions and wander along the lanes to take in the atmosphere without the need for transport. Some very nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast, offered at a reduced cost if taken on three mornings, was excellent and worth the money.

Excellent location within wlaking distance of the major locations of interest.Dont bring a car as hotel is on a very narrow street with little parking..Staff tended to be young and very helpful

Best hotel i've stayed in Sevilla.

This was an outstanding place to stay. The two biggest advantages were its location (very close to many dining areas and the Cathedral), and the staff. Our Spanish is not very good, but the front desk staff were extraordinarily helpful in getting us to different locations (e.g., a trip to Gibraltar) and tickets for events. They could not have been more helpful The room was fine; very good for a family.

Accueil moyen. Petit déjeuner cher. Salle de petit déjeuner pas très accueillante pour un 4 étoiles

Un hotel regular. De toda mi estadía en España este ha sido el regular hotel. Las habitaciones falta renovar las. Muy viejas. Alfombras camas etc. Yo solo le daría tres estrellas siendo ya generosa. Esta bien situado y su personal muy atento pero al hotel le falta mucha renovación.

Fin service og god morgenbuffet. Et ekstra plus var, at hotellet stillede gratis cykler til rådighed. Det gav nogle dejlige ture rundt i Sevilla.

L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter le cathédral et le Real Alcazar, et il y a des dizaines de restaurants et bars à tapas dans les alentours. Le personnel (esp. Alicia Sanchez à l'accueil) nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre visite. Le petit déjeuner, bien qu'un peu cher, était copieux et plutôt bon. Les chambres et locaux communs étaient propres et modernes, mais les matelas étaient assez dur. Seul bémol du séjour: pour un "High Tech Hotel", le wifi était en panne relativement souvent.

Super fint hotel med skøn beliggenhed. Lidt lydt men tilgengæld moderne, rent og super tjekket. Fint familyroom med køjeseng til ungerne.

Todo impecable y muy bien ubicado

Het hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie midden in het centrum en is met GPS prima te vinden. De parkeergarage van het hotel zit snel vol, maar in Sevilla is geen gebrek aan parkeergarages. Houd er wel rekening mee dat Sevilla geen autovriendelijke stad is, veel nauwe en onoverzichtelijke straatjes! Het hotelpersoneel is zeer vriendelijk. De kamer en massagedouche zijn prima, maar ontbijten kun je beter buiten de deur doen.

Anbefalelsesværdigt. Ligger fantastisk i en af de smalle gader i centrum af den gamle bydel i Sevillas centrum. Det er tæt på 'alt', og selve hotellet er glimrende. Lidt lydt, men det er også det eneste negative, der er at sige .. Rent, fin service, engelsktalende personale, udmærket tagterrasse. Ingen restaurant, men hvad gør det, når der ligger restauranter overalt rundt om hotellet.

mi estancia en este hotel fue muy sataisfactoria en cuanto la ubicacion, limpieza del cuarto, matenimiento del mismo! no tengo nada que decir de este hotel por cierto que si regreso a Sevilla seguro regreso a este hotel!

10月中旬に宿泊しました。カテドラルに近いこぎれいなホテルでした。全体的に清潔で、スタッフの対応もよかったです。唯一難点をいえば、トイレが少し下水臭かったです。カテドラルに近いですし、値段を考えればなかなかよいホテルだったと思います。
