the coffee shopr/lounge was not opened. We were not allowed to use the gym. The outdoor pool was cold. The cuisenart was broken. there was not enough storage in the second bedroom

We had to buy a swiffer to clean the place. We had to ask for an exterminator - and to their credit they sent one right away. There was smelly moldy water at the bottom of the dishwasher. The ceiling was crumbling in the very very very small living room. We kept cleaning up the ceiling pieces. There was water in the pan at the bottom of the hot water tank, which was rusty and ready to break. On the plus side, the view of the ocean was amazing and heavenly. Once I washed the chairs, I really loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. The location was good, but honestly, it was just too dirty and I would have rather paid more and stayed elsewhere. The jacuzzi indoors was also dirty, with stuff floating in the water, so much stuff that people saw it and did not want to get in. One last thing, if you stay on a higher floor, you will have to walk across an open walkway many floors up, and the walkway is pretty narrow, the railing seems too short, not good for anyone with kids or fear of heights.

This condo made me claustrophobic. We are all "normal sized" people.You had to leave the front door open and walk behind it before you could close it.You had to squeeze into the hallway bathroom in front of the toilet and close the door before you could get to the sink. The water pressure in the showers was practically non-existant. The rooms are not well insulated and we heard lots of noise from other units and from the street. But....the unit was very clean and well equipped.

Went for four day weekend. Very nice hotel - plenty of parking, hotel lobby staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean with great oceanview which is hard to get at these prices. Bedrooms are not on ocean side, but otherwise very nice with plenty of room. Master bed seemed hard. No hair dryers or irons - so didn't expect that so need to be sure that is listed in details. Parking lot narrow and you had to wind up several floors, but otherwise very nice. Best part was that it was in ideal location to everything,

Room was very clean and well supplied. Staff very pleasant. Pool and beach area great. Had no compaints and enjoyed my stay..would go back again.

Not the best stay we;ve ever had, but we're a family of 5 wanting clean, oceanfront accomodations at/near Myrtle Beach with kitchenette, 2 BRs, a pull-out sofabed, TVs and wifi. This was just fine. Nice location, convenient to MB and the Pier at Garden City. Overall, we felt that the room/property definitely needs updating and attention, but the room was neat (could've been cleaner...) and had the ameneties to meet our needs for a few days. Front desk staff answered questions, that was about as far as the friendliness factor went. Otherwise, for the price and location, I'd try it again.

Everything was ok,expect that I feel I was overcarged. My father stayed in a two bedroom(1515) and I stay in a one bedroom(1008) and the rates was the same.

Very nice room. Clean.

Needed a lazy river and jacuzzi outside, other that that, everything else was nice and convenient.

What a pleasant surprise! Coming on Memorial Day weekend - for the price we paid - we didn't expect much and were so happy with the accommodations here! The location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach and the room was outstanding! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

great location! quiet area within minuites of myrtle beach; but the beach is wonderful-small beach with big waves; it is a true family hotel; it reminded me of vacations when my husband and i were children-when going to the beach was just to play at the beach.
