Could not have asked for a cleaner, quieter hotel with personable, friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was clean and as expected. We got the suite with a jacuzzi and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly. I don't know what time they cleaned our room but they did not knock early in the morning. It was done after we had left for the day. Air conditioner worked well and they brought up extra pillows when we arrived upon request. There is a computer in the lobby to use if you're looking for local places to eat. The location is easy to find and there are plenty of local and chain restaurants in the area for dining, and it is maybe 5 to 10 minutes from downtown. We stayed when a motorcycle rally was going on in town and you could barely hear the loudest start in the morning. I would recommend this hotel and we will probably be returning next year sometime!

The room was clean and in good repair. The motel is located just off of a loop around town and the main north/south hwy. Getting into the parking lot was a challenge at times turning left across the street out front. For smokers there is a covered patio area not far from the front doors with table and chairs. The hot breakfast was good one day and just eatable another.

Spent several nights at the Country Inn and it was an enjoyable stay. It was located close to many different restaurants and on a main road that leads out to the lake or up to the historic section of town. Very convenient. The room was roomy and comfortable. My only complaint is that my bed (we had two queens) was worn out. At first I thought my back was acting up due to the long trip but after 2-3 days I realized the mattres was sagging in spots and causing discomfort. I chose not to report the problem until leaving because we did not want to bother with a mattress replacement or move to another room.

Clean, good location, comfortable. Nice restaurant/ bar walking distance from hotel. small weight room (one treadmill, one weightlifting machine)

The front desk clerk was very nice & helpful. Let me know guests get a 10% discount if they eat at Blu Monkey! Close to a lot of different things. The bed was comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. My overall rating was 4 stars because we could hear stomping above us. But I still got my rest because I sleep with earplugs in, anyway. I am not sure if every room on the bottom floor has that issue. I hope not. Otherwise, I was very pleased and would come back.

We've had the same quality for a lot less

This hotel is great! Great location! Very clean! Awesome breakfast! EXCELLENT staff!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional, the room, the service, the pool, the hot tub(very warm water), the wonderful cookies waiting on your arrival and you talk about a breakfast! The best breakfast you could have anywhere! I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone. We will be back again. Thank you for such a great hotel. : - )

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was good. Access to Coffee at all times and Chocolate chip cookies were a treat in the evening. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great hotel! Nice rooms, nice indoor pool and hot tub, good check out time(12pm), and pretty good breakfast! But there wasn't much in the vending machines at all and room service NEVER knocked and busted right into the rooms, which was very unpleasant! I would stay again though! Other than a couple things that could be improved, we had a great stay!!!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a couple of days for our anniversary. Very nice hotel! The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed it and will book this hotel again. There were lots of shopping and food choices close by also.

We stayed three nights. Nice place. nice hot breakfast. The bed coverings and hard pillows were only slight complaint. Yes we would still stay there again!

Stayed 4 nights at Country Inn and stay was pleasant and very friendly. Ms. Ragina was excellent at sharing the attractions. Located next door to a great restaurant The Bleu Monkey. It was great

Please, please clean the side walls of the jacuzzi. They are white but are stained black! Please extend the hours that the pool and jacuzzi are available. Open earlier, close later. The carpet in our room was a little work and there were some stains on the bathroom wall (or tears in the wallpaper - I didn't explore too closely). Otherwise, it was ok. Staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Coffee in the room was awful - maybe a different brank would be good or give extra creamer.

The rooms here are quiite comfortable and well appointed. The hotel employees are quite friendly and helpful. The enhanced continental breakfast was very good with something for everyone and variation each day. The breakfast would have been better if someone had not thrown the batter dispenser away for the waffle maker. The indoor wet area with pool and spa was nice and definitely a plus. We liked the entire package at this hotel and will stay here again.

Everything was great except the water in the pool was cold and that was the reason I had booked the room so my grandkids could swim in an indoor pool. The room was very nice and everyone was very helpful.

Pros - quiet, very clean and nice, indoor pool and hot tub was a lot of fun, Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room especially with kids. Staff was very friendly. Cons- A/C would not get cool enough for me, the breakfast was big in way of choices but lacked in quality of taste, But I'm from Louisiana and my tastebuds are spoiled.

We stayed one night here and were so glad we paid the extra $10 or so to get a nicer hotel. Past hotel experiences in Hot Springs have been NOT so nice. Super clean EVERYTHING, awesome mattress, nice big room, friendly staff, great indoor pool, they even gave us a portable crib for my daughter. They also had the best continental breakfast I've ever seen anywhere! This will be the only place I stay when I go back!

Please do not book this hotel for your stay. The front desk receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. I booked two rooms for two nights. After one night the cleaning crew packed up all of our friends belongings and moved them out of their room. The hotels response was, "Oh so sorry, it must have been a computer error." My friends felt so violated and was never offered any compensation for the major mistake made by THEM! They could of at least called and verified our stay which was for clearly two nights, before packing them up and moving them out. Really who just leaves and doesn't take their belongings? They should have known it was a mistake & they should have never touched others personal belongings.

It was good. Blanket on bed was too heavy. The room ac made too much noise. Wallpaper was falling off the wall in the bathroom. All in all it was ok. I expected better for what we paid. The breakfast was great and the location was good.

Country Inn and Suites Review This was our second stay at The Country Inn & Suites; Norfolk Airport South has been a pleasant stay for a week long vacation to visit our son and daughter in the Navy. Every staff member has been friendly and very willing to meet our needs. The hotel also has a true hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and bacon. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of power outlets for computers and cell phones. The Wi-Fi signal was very strong in our room on the third floor. Once again, it was a very nice stay and we will be our choice in the future.

Nice place. Had to change rooms due to air conditioning,but I had read previous reviews and that was a problem before, but they were courteous and took care of it immediately. Breakfast was good, had lots of different items. All would have been Good if I hadn't left something in the room hanging in the closet and when I called back a day later they couldn't find it and said nothing had been turned in.

Great value. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and excellent! I will certainly return!

Only complaint was no hot water and low water pressure in shower

A very pleasent stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Room was warm, front deak folks were terrible. They were very confused by our Hotels.com reservation. The location is great; but this property has definitely gone down since our last stay...in fact we will not stay at this property again as there are several other choices close by.

First room had WiFi problems and was moved right away. No problems with second room. Very convenient for my convention.

our room was clean, kids really enjoyed pool. only place that could accomadate five people. we got the king suite which we really enjoyed. have stayed here in the past still clean and friendly service. would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was central to all the great sights and the hotel staff went out of their way to make us happy. The hotel was nice and clean and the whole family enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

It was not clean it need new bedding look like blood was on the bed. The room was out dated only thing new about the room was an up to date tv Yall gave it the right name country. The pool was not clean all they were doin was pouring bleach in it as tho it was clean I send to much money on a room that was not worth it will never stay again. The hole place need bleach not just the pool mabe a remodel of the place breakfast was ok

We were there for a wedding on a Sat. night, so was tired when we got back, was ready for the bed, The beds were very comfortable and clean! It was quite. We would stay again for sure!
