After attending a charity auction, we had a wonderful and restul night.

Check in was smooth, a whole 2 minutes of my stay, I wish I could say the same about the rest... it went all down hill from there... Not wanting to pay more than twenty dollars to have them park my car for me I tried parking it myself only to be forced to park two blocks north of the hotel under the Hyatt.. I should have Just stayed at the Hyatt! Finally back to the hotel we waited in line for the elevator for 15 minutes.. to get on an elevator?!? Seriously?! Then we get to our room.. absolutely NOTHING special... a room for two adults had one.. yes only one bath robe... then the shower sprayed all over the place... The fridge Was locked and the view was disgusting.. then come checkout time we waited over 20 minutes for an elevator, but they were all packed.. every single one that stopped was full over capacity.. so we walked with our 3 suitcases down almost a dozen flights of stairs that were anything but clean and I'm glad I didn't slip in What looked liked vomit splatter across the stairs... so I could walk 2 more blocks, in the rain, to my car. 7 words... we should have stayed at the Hyatt!!!

For one night this was good. Right in the heart of downtown Bellevue. From this location we went to Daniel's Broiler for dinner, shopping at the mall, and went the Lincoln Center comedy club (which was horrible). Hotel was clean and quiet for us. It was on a quiet Friday night for the most part. Price was OK. We didn't do any activities in the hotel at all so cannot comment.

This was my second time at this hotel. Extra soft bedding linens and a heaven shower head. Nice clean indoor pool and close late at 11pm and indoor self parking. Swimming pool was not too deep. Cons: For my last 2 times staying, the housekeeper only prepared one bath robe in my room even though we were checked in for 3 adults. Although the shampoo and conditioner were making our hair tangled, the bottles of shampoo/conditioner were way too small for 2 person. I had to call the house keeper to prepare me for another set after we came back from the swimming pool. The fridge and snack bar were locked in our room and we did not receive any key to open the snack bar/fridge while me check in. But it is still a family friendly hotel.

Wonder if they also has skyline bridge to the shopping mall! I was soaked when it was raining when all the courtesy umbrellas were gone at the Bellevue Square!

I like Westin Bellevue Hotel's location. It is very convenient to Shops and Restaurants. The service is very good too.

When I booked the hotel, the description of the room noted there is free wi-fi in the room which is not the true in reality, I need to pay if I want to use wifi in my room. And the staff of the hotel told us we booked the room thru expedia. not hotel.ca, which is odd too.

Really enjoyed on site SPA, very convenient and good service.

On my next visit to Seattle, we will go back to the Westin for sure :) Nice staff, good breakfast (buffet), comfy beds and nice bedrooms. My daughter loved it and they have a nice warm pool.

Just came back from a deployment, and being from the Seattle area, this was a great hotel to bring the wife for a stay-cation. Though the hotel is pricey, the service from the staff, modern decor of the hotel and room, and location of the hotel in relation to seattle was great. The Bellevue Collection is a great to go shopping, eating and experience the night life. Would recommend this hotel!

Pros - extremely convenient location. Hotel was very comfortable Cons - check-in staff needs to inform guests about where to park (non-numbered stalls) for self-parking. I was not told this information and as a result my car was towed to a side/non-numbered parking spot. The parkade staff (not associated with Westin) was helpful in locating my car though and said this was a common problem with Westin not telling guests about where to/not to park.

Great location, great room, great service. Not so great parking if you self park very limited on number of spaces. One of the three elevators was out and made for long wait times to go up or down. I would stay there again but would set aside some $ for valet parking

Will go back again!

This was a great location ext to the mall for a girls weekend. the only complaint we had were the small beds, They were doubles instead of queens and for 4 gals...we needed 2 rooms.

Nice room. Clean hotel. Excellent service. Room was noise due to kids and dogs in adjacent rooms. Also huge noise from automatic steel doors closing in the morning. Was very difficult to sleep past 6:30 AM.

Super nice. Loves it. Will come back 100% and stay there.

We had a great stay over two nights. Staff was friendly, the bed fantastic and double headed shower delightful. Only drawback is that wifi is not complimentary and neither parking except on holidays and weekends.

Great location. Got a good deal that included parking at hotels.com

Excellent hotel with a great nightly rate from Hotels.com. Top marks to the concierge who checked us in in record time and greeted us by name each time we passed through the lobby. Location could not have been better - across the street from the Mall with many good restuarants nearby.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms (comfy beds and nice bed linens, double shower heads etc.) and excellent service. The hotel is next to three major shopping centers and eateries. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly, clean and fresh. Fabulous location although on the water would make it perfect.

Very friendly and attentive staff in all departments. Good customer service. Very comfortable beds. Common areas simple more applicable to a 3 star. Gym and work out area good and clean. Overall, the friendliness of the staff is what would make me want to return.

I stayed in this hotel while attending a sorority conference. The facility is very welcoming. I love the sense of fragrance throughout the property. The room had a great view.

Pros: - Friendly Staff - Good room service food - Nice sized indoor pool - Access to great shopping, theaters, arcade, restaurants Cons: - My specific room could not see the wi-fi network (really, in Bellevue?!?) - Staff was allowing friends/family (5+ kids) utilize the pool - it felt crowded. - The carpet w/n our room and in hallways looked as though it could use attention.

How nice to shop right next to Bell Square and then go swimming with the kids in a very long but not deep pool. Beds were comfy but the only negative is no free wi-fi. What? This is strange for the area.

This hotel was fairly nice, and in a great area. My only problem was they charge $12.95 per day for internet use, and an outrages $20 for a basic hotel breakfast. For these reasons, I would avoid Westins in the future.
