The view and staff was wonderful resturant recommend was to notch. Pick up and drop to port u could not ask for more

We absolutely loved this place! The service was great and the morning breakfast was more than we expected. The room was clean and roomy. The outdoor area was beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and we felt safe. We were within walking distance of the bus stop to take us to Capri. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room was small,dark and a little dirty. Seems as though they have a couple of nice rooms as pictured on their page and the others don't measure up. Glad we only spent one night.

Very good hotel. Conveniently located near a major bus stop that connects to anywhere in Capri. But still in a very quiet location. On the downside, shower drain was very slow, and there were some small bugs iun the room in the morning

Whe we first arrived in Capri at the Marina I was a little speptical about the island and it's throngs of tourists. We boarded a cab and headed to Anacapri to our hotel. The cab driver then dropped us off on the street and told us the hotel was up the narrow passage. Cars cannot enter into the some of the surrounding streets on the island. We walked up to the hotel about one block and found a hidden gem on the island. The hotel is clean with sweeping views of the sea from every inch of the property. The room was small with a good shower and bath area. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff very helpful. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and the hotel is a transformed villa. There are family villas surrounding the propoerty. The piazza in Anacapri at night is full of activity and far away from the tourists. If you want a place that is a little off the beaten path and want to see Capri as a local, then this hotel is a great choice. It also has a bus stop right at the end of the street for easy access to transportation all over the island. Ask Mimo or Sandra for restaurant recommendations. There are delicious family owned trattorias all over Anacapri. A delightful place where I would return again and again.

An adorable small hotel on the more peaceful, quiet and rural side of the island. A great location both in terms of buses to Capri, Faro, Blue Grotto, and Anacapri, and in terms of the situation of natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Small and family owned, has limited amenities but great quality and comfort.

Great hotel and staff. The staff was very helpful with booking dinner reservations and helping you navigate the island. The center of Anacapri is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Great views from the pool and outside the rooms. Make sure you take the bus to Farro beach. That was a personal favorite on the island.

The bedrooms of this hotel are in a bungalow style stretched along a west facing walkway. There are patio areas with lots of seats to sit and enjoy the sea views. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. You can arrange to be picked up from the harbour which makes finding the hotel easy, thought there are also signs from the last bus stop in Anacapri. Anacapri is a more peaceful than Capri though easily (and cheaply) reached bus the regular bus service. There is plenty of choice to eat in Anacapri within a short walk. Il Girasole would be an ideal base for visits to Naples and Pompeii, being a beautiful and peaceful resting place after a day of sight seeing.

We were not sure what to expect when arriving at Hotel Girasole, but any concerns faded after a friendly welcome and we were escorted to our room. Girasole is located high above Anacapri, is very private and featured great views from just about everywhere. The hotel is is comprised of a series of rooms, each with direct access to large decks overlooking the sea. The setting is scenic, quiet and peaceful.The patio outside our rooms (we traveled with another couple) was quite large, comfortable and a great place to enjoy cocktails at sunset. The rooms are immaculate and nicely furnished. The fact we did not rent a car was no problem. The hotel sent a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the port. We could walk to town or catch a nearby bus. Our stay at Hotel Girasole was the perfect end to a two week trip to Greece and Italy. If you are contemplating a trip to Capri, we would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was a GREAT place to stay at. It's in anacapri instead of capri, but the bus station is right at the end of the road and you can take it anywhere. The hotel staff was VERY nice and helped us with anything we needed help with. The pool was lovely and was refreshing. The hotel is more or less secluded from other things, but we didn't mind the walk. Beautiful views from the hotel.

While it was a bit of a trek to get to Hotel Girasole, it's definitely worth it. Away from the hot crowds, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool and deck is wonderful and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Arriving at the Marina Grande is a bit overwhelming - it's hot and crowded, and negotiating the way around with a case is challenging. If staying at the Hotel, have their number handy and call for transport. Save the terrifying trip in the local bus for another day, and look foreward to hurtling around hairpin bends overlooking sheer drops in the orange demons. I have a new respect for bus drivers, once I could think again. Hotel Girasole - fantastic. A bit out of the way but worth it.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Cadre magnifique, dans la nature, vue superbe sur mer, personnel très gentil. Un seul bémol : l eau de la piscine, glacée et non entretenue. Mais peut être n était ce pas encore la saison (début mai)

uitstekende locatie als men rust zoekt op een druk Capri. geweldig uitzicht. biezonder vriendelijke service. Zeer goede en frequente busverbindingen met de rest van het eiland. Anacapri is een zeer vriendelijke plek met zeer vriendelijke mensen.

Отель расположен в тихом, уютном месте. Персонал доброжелательный, завтрак хороший. номер убирается ежедневно. От порта до гостиницы и обратно отель осуществляет доставку, хотя проблем с транспортом нет, остановка автобуса метров триста от гостиницы. Чистый бассейн, большие террассы с видом на море.

Vi spenderade en vecka på Hotel Il Girasole och hade det väldigt bra där. Det ligger några minuters promenad ifrån Anacapri centrum, men promenaden dit är vacker och känns bara trevlig. Rummet var väldigt rent och städningen fungerade mycket bra. Den allmänna terrassen hade fin utsikt över havet och en bra plats att se solnedgången ifrån. Hotellets poolavdelning var avkopplande och ren. Det absolut enda vi kan klaga på var att det var lyhört från andra hotellgäster, men det var inte särskilt frekvent, stämningen var väldigt lugn och skön på hela hotellet. Kan absolut rekommendera hotellet och skulle definitivt bo där igen!

La posizione dell'hotel è bellissima, si possono ammirare splendidi tramonti sul mare in assoluta tranquillità. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

l hotel è molto carino, bellissima la vista che si vede dal terrazzo, personale molto socievole e gentile, posizione è ottima e anche i prezzi sono buoni, ottima la colazione, ci ritorneremo sicuramente , grazie di tutto

Este hotel possui um custo beneficio bem satisfatório, o atendimento excelente, vale a pena usufruir.

Avant de partir j'avais lu du bon et du moins bon sur cet hôtel, pour ma part, j'ai eu du bon !! Comme indiqué dans le descriptif il y a une navette gratuite, il faut appeler une fois sur le bateau, on est venu nous chercher à l'embarcadère (il faut arriver avant 17h). Cela permet pendant le voyage et grâce aux explications du chauffeur de s'orienter un peu. Situation ok : Du terminus du bus à Anacapri,il est très facile de rejoindre l'hôtel (environ 150m en suivant une ruelle qui part au dessus du terminus). On est assez proche du centre historique d'Anacapri (300m) et des bus pour Capri, le port et le phare (150m). La vue sur la mer est superbe depuis les chambres de devant (vu sur l'île d'Ischia). Accueil : le personnel est sympathique La chambre : était grande, très décorée, lit spacieux, un peu d'humidité sur le mur du fond (car le fond est en sous sol) mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. La SdB aussi était grande et sentait un peu l'humide, en laissant ouverte la fenêtre cela n'a pas été gênant pour nous. Je recommande l'apéro (du Proseco pour les connaisseurs) sur la terrasse en regardant le soleil disparaître derrière la mer. avis : nous sommes revenus enchantés du séjour (2 nuits), Pour nous, le Girasole a été un très bon rapport qualité prix (mais les prix fluctuent donc certains peuvent être d'un avis différent .....) ps: comme plusieurs personnes avaient signalé un défaut de la qualité de l'eau de la piscine, je suis allé voir l'eau, elle était limpide (c'était début oct).

Este hotel es lo peor, la atencion es pesima, queda alejado de todo y para llegar al hotel despues de cenar, habia que caminar bastante por una calle larga y oscura, la vista al mar, no era tal, porque ahi ponian a secar al sol las toallas y sabanas del hotel, NO TIENE 3 ESTRELLAS, NI 1 SOLA. Las habiataciones eran horribles, unos amigos que se quedaron en este hotel se fueron antes de tiempo, aunque lo tenian pagado, por suerte nosotros solo teniamos una noche

Ett trevligt familjehotell med bra service och fantastisk utsikt över havet. Alla rum har dessutom en egen liten uteplats vilket var mysigt. Rummen verkade variera en del i storlek och vi fick ett stort rum men en pyttelitet badrum. Helt ok förutom att det var iskallt i badrummet. Hotellet ligger också nära en busshållplats vilket var mycket smidigt. Dessutom står hotellet till tjänst med transfer till och från hamnen.

Tolle lage/Alles OK ausser: Extrem hellhörig daher mitbringen von entspr. Utensilien mehr als wichtig

Very charming hotel, room quality is nothing in particular but the general atmosphere is very good and tranquil. Hotel has adequate facilities, a nice outdoor relaxing area, pool area with a wonderful view over the sea towards mainland (Naples) and extremely nice personell. Located in friendly neighbourhood out of town but with short walking distance from Anacapri shops and restaurants and from the bus stop (dest. Capri). not nearly as luxurious as other hotels on the island seem to be, but ok for the price.

Das Hotel Girasole in Anacapri hat einen schönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang ("wenn bei Capri die rote Sonne..."), leider aber auch auf den hoteleigenen Schuttplatz, von dem es nicht sehr angenehm nach Müll roch. Das Zimmer war recht muffig, die Bettwäsche klamm, das Bad bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Aus der "Dusche" kam nur ein unkontrollierbares Rinnsal. Die Matratzen sind - wie wohl überall in Italien - ziemlich hart. Am schlimmsten aber war die Hellhörigkeit: die Aktivitäten aus dem Nebenzimmer waren bis ins kleinste Detail zu vernehmen... Dies alles zu sagen bedaure ich umsomehr, als die Inhaber bzw. Angestellten wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit waren und blieben - trotz unseres Wunsches, das Hotel nach einer Nacht (statt nach einer Woche) wieder zu verlassen. Ich hoffe, dass es ihnen gelingt, die baulichen Mängel irgendwie in den Griff zu kriegen und das Hotel dem hohen Niveau ihrer eigenen Gastfreundlichkeit anzupassen!
