Staff very friendly,clean facilities, nice pool.

Very nice hotel, for it's price.

Cape Point was a very nice place, but I was disappointed they did not have a laundry for guest.

Loved the hotel. Two large pools, one outside, one inside and a large hot tub. Also has a 6 inch pool for little kids. Location in mid-cape was convenient. Loved the area. Loved Skipper's restaurant recommended to us by the hotel and the ocean beach across the street. Will definitely stay here again. Reasonable rate. Good Value. thank you.

Friendly staff, goog value for money, clean rooms altough hotle could do with a bit of an upgrade on the decor front. otherwise v happy and would reccommend

This hotel was great - would definately stay there again! The pool was fantastic and the water temperatures in the pools andhot tub were perfect! The food in the breakfast cafe was excellent. Great all-around hotel. Can't wait to go back!

The Cape Point was a disappointment, had a 3star rating, I would give 1 star at best The rug was gross, sticky. The slider patio door was rusty as well as the lock. Paint was peeling on the bottom of tub. The place smelled musty and was old. I paid twice as much then it was worth.

The Cape Point has a good location but, the rooms are very small, bathrooms are tiny and the maids are forgetful. The front desk is very helpful and polite, I was expecting a diningroom which the hotel does not offer. There is a small restaurant for breakfast only as good as it was it was a dissappointment not to have a restaurant as advertised.

The hotel was dated but a convenient sliding door to the outside (while opening to the parking lot) allowed us to keep our SUV and bikes close at hand. the room had everything we needed (price was great!) And there was NO trace of any bugs ANYWHERE - I woudl stay there again!

clean and very friendly. Full breakfast was fast and very good with lots of choices. Only down fall was the bathroom is small if you are a large person(300+) I had no problem but at 5'3'' and 180 and couldn't imagine a very large person in the shower.

I thought that the hotel was nicer due to the pictures they have posted online and I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel to find out it was an average joe motel rather then a hotel. The staff was pretty nice but not very helpful when your a tourist and never gone there before they have things advertised on there web site and then they couldn't give us directions or even round about of where it was. I would give the overall stay at the hotel a 2 out of 10.

After the pool closed to children (10 p.m.) we had a little problem with them running, yelling down the hallway for an hour. Of course, we didn't call the desk so we really can't complain.

Just looking for a place to sleep and shower. Check in was easy, room was comfortable, bathroom was recently update. Only complaint was that the heating was loud when on. Good value for the price. Some construction going on in parking lot. Not an issue and good that it was being done off-season. Pool looked great but we didn't visit it.

Beds are brand new pillow tops, bathrooms been remodeled, and pool/jacuzzi is excellent. Won't find a better value anywhere during off season in cape cod.

It was a great place to stay while in the cape. Close to the ferry line, shopping, Hyannis. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Cafe was very nice, food was good, staff was friendly. Great place to stay.

Was looking for a hotel that had everything so we don't go out. The service was awful,food awful and rooms you could hear everything from upstairs rooms and side rooms and hallway. The jacuzzi and pool where ok. But you need a card from front desk for pool towels and if not returned they charge you. Hotel Bar does not accept credit cards you need to get a card from the front desk so you can get charged to your room. For a concevience stay this hotel is the opposite too much hazzle. Would not recommend.

Not only are the rooms comfortable, the cafe has amazing breakfast choices; friendly staff, fast, and very reasonably priced. The decor could use some freshening up but maybe this is why they can keep their prices so low? Overall an excellent value. Would definately stay there again and again.

Room was large and clean. I liked the vanity being separate from the bath room. Plenty of closet space. Hotel was on a main route and close to everything, but room was very quiet. Good breakfast at the hotel cafe, friendly staff. I highly recommend Cape Point Hotel for the value, but do suggest you bring your own pillows.

The location in mid-cape is good. Hotel is apparently older and needs more maintenance. A/C in room had 2 modes: off and full-blast, so room was alternating hot and cold. Bathroom fan sounded like a diesel engine and sink drained slowly. Staff seemed to be friendly. Didn't use the pools or visit the sports bar. Restaurant was very good. For the money I paid through Hotels.com it was a 3, but if I paid the standard rate, it would be a 2.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel and the service we received. It is located near all the restaurants and stores. Beach is about ten minutes from hotel by car. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

Rooms were fine.Pillows were uncomfortable and the sink was not in the bathroom.Maid service was very good and the pools were excellant.The people at the desk were helpful and the breakfast was good.

The Cape Point Hotel turned out to be your garden variety hotel. I remembered a hotel that I thought was the Cape Point but turned out to be another. That being said the hotel was clean the price was not too bad and the location is fairly central making our stay what we made of it. And we had FUN. The Cape is alot of fun for a family and the Cape Point Hotel is in the middle of the Cape.

Checking in did not seem to be happy to see us. No airconditioning in hallways, hallways smelled of pizza. Rooms and facilities need updating.

We wanted a reasonably priced hotel for one night on the Cape. This hotel worked great.

If your looking for a clean place to stay in the heart of the mid cape, this is the place. It is close to a wide range of restaurants, and a short drive to the area beaches. Don't expect 5 star service, however for the price it can't be beat.

The hotelwas clean and was in a location close to the beaches and attractions. The beds seemed somewhat worn and the pillows should be replaced, if you can bring your own pilllows. The pools were very nice and the food at the bar and cafe were very good.

This hotel is great for a short stay. I would not stay here for any longer than a few days - mainly because I would like to be within walking distance to the beach. But for the time we were there it was great. The Breakfast was Excellent! They were very accomodating - they let us use the facilities the whole day that we checked out. They even let us use towels to take showers in the in-door pool area before we left. The ladies room was just fine but the mens room was dirty. Our room was clean but there was a funny smell when we first walked in the room - a little musty. After being in the room for a few min you didn't even smell it. That was our only issue. It was nice having an outdoor and indoor pool and it was pretty close to things that our kids could walk to. The beach was beautiful but you had to drive too far to walk.

The whole overall experience was so-so. A few things that we found a problem were: the air conditioner was too noisy, the rollaway bed that was requested looked like it was circa 1950 (it was gross), the hotel had a shabby quality about it. One of the upsides to our stay was the staff. For the most part, they were friendly and helpful and seemed to do their jobs well.

they said it was 3 star but no where close beds were reallllllly low and it looked old
