Because of the concentration of the housekeeping staff on preparing empty rooms for incoming clients our room was not looked after. A letter was pushed under the door saying that they did not enter because of the "Do not disturb" notice. This was only posted in the late afternoon. Not acceptable at these rates.

I've never stayed in a very big hotel before, and I was not sure it was a good idea, but we got what seemed to me to be a good deal through Hotels.com. Right on the seafront, with a walkway going for as far as you want, it offers everything I expect from a big hotel. Especially, the staff were al extremely friendly and helpful, and the selection of food available was overwhelming. Our bedroom was large and comfortable. Altogether, very easy and relaxing.

We booked this hotel last minute for a week in a standard double room with breakfast included. I was travelling with my husband and 9 week old baby. Upon arrival the reception area is quite grand, lots of comfortable chairs and a bar/cafe area. Reception staff member was very helpful and check in was speedy. The room we were allocated (316) seemed a little tired and shabby. Although everywhere was clean, the room - in our opinion - needed a lick of paint & new tiles. Also the armchair was quite worn & had a few stains. Not something I would normally be concerned about but usually feed the little one in an armchair so did make me feel a little germ conscious! The bed was a king mattress on 2 seperate bed frames which was great, something we find a rarity in spanish hotels. Infant cot was VERY basic. Mattress was a wedge of sponge (uncovered) lined with a few towels and a top sheet. The cot itself looked like it should have an adjustable base however it seemed fixed in position & consequently was quite difficult to reach the baby when he was in the cot. There was also a bar missing on the cot - which was not a problem for our non-mobile baby but could be very dangerous for a toddling little one. The bathroom was fine however the shower head silver coating had worn away & the caps on the fixtures & fittings were missing. The balcony faced the side of the hotel which did mean that we could just about see the sea but mostly the road to La Caleta. Most of the balconies seemed to have curtains however ours were missing but the fixtures remained - making the balcony seem a bit shabby. There was a small table & two wicker chairs, also a little extendable washing line. The external lighting is on a hotel controlled timer & abruptly shut off at midnight! Seems to be common with the rest of the hotels in the resort however would have been nice if we had the option to turn it on ourselves, with a small baby we were back to our room fairly early but would sit on the balcony wit

The Costa Adeje Palace is an impressive hotel in a great location. The hotel lobby and grounds / swimming pool complex is perfectly kept and has great views over the sea. Our room was a little small and did not have a good view, but most do. It would be worth paying extra for a pool or sea view. The only downside of the hotel was some rudeness from the waiting staff on a couple of occasions, which didn't ruin the stay, but was a little odd.

This hotel is not good for people who likes nightlife, nice beach, center location for everything. It is far from everything. Buffet was almost same for 9 nights. No entertainment at night. You need to pay for safe deposit box. one of the staff let my door kept open. when I came back in the evenning I found my room was open. Thanks god I did not loose anything but it is like care less and management even do not want to say sorry for it.

Restauration très correcte, dommage cependant que la salle de restaurant soit aussi bruyante. C'est la cantine! Grande chambre propre mais décevnat pour la télé des années 80 et la vue sur les camping cars donc peu agréable. WIFI défaillant et non accessible dans les chambre. Sinon, l'hôtel est propre et le confort très correct (très bonne literie).

Habitaciones reformadas a excepción del baño aunque se encuentra bien. Tranquilo, comodo y con actividades para los niños. Bufet variado y amplio. Mantenimiento y buenas condiciones de las instalaciones y muy impotante para la temporada de otoño e invierno es que tiene una pisicina climatizada y un bar pisicina amplio y muy agradable

Buen hotel en relación calidad precio. Buen buffet.

Stort, flot, og fint. Belligende fredeligt. Men mangler også personlighed og intimitet. Tror du vil blive tilfreds med dette hotel. Men jeg vælger et andet næste gang.

Super hotel i stille og roligt område. Kan varmt anbefaldes til et par stille dage uden børn

Le falta más restaurantes a la carta, y potenciar el spa.

Hotel bien situado. Instalaciones buenas y cuidadas. Buffet poco variado.

Dommage bel hotel Mais bruyant si proche des entrees et des escaliers Talons et roulettes des valises , a partir de 5 heures du matin Pas de jus de fruits d'orange naturel . que du chimique : Hotel qui merite de revoir son cote silencieux en rappelant aux clients de respecter le sommeil des autres

Un buen hotel para relajarse. SPA pequeño, es mucho mejor el del Conquistador. Ideal para familias. Si vais en pareja és mejor el Gran Tinerfe, más céntrico y zona chill out.... Hotel grande y perfecto para descansar.

Hotel bastante bom, mas demasiado orientado para férias em família. Empregados muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O facto de ser um hotel de férias, faz com que invistam muito em animação e festas o que, se por um lado é positivo (para quem gosta) por outro lado é pouco interessante para casais jovens, já que a animação é muito dirigida para o tipo de férias que os ingleses e alemães gostam - 7 dias num hotel com pisicina, tudo incluído e sem ter necessidade de sair do hotel, nem mesmo para uma praia ou bar, incluindo atividades apenas desenvolvidas no hotel.
