Ayres Hotel Laguna Woods - لاغونا وودز

Excellent hotel, cant complain about anything. If its close to where you need, I dont think you can do better for reasonable money.

I always enjoy staying at Ayers. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. The wall between the beds are great. Its locacation is wonderful.

The hotel was great, rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the location was good, not too busy but close to big attractions like shopping and the beach.

I was on business in Aliso Viejo, so I was advised that Laguna Beach would be a tougher drive than Laguna Woods. The Ayres in Laguna Woods was great. It really fit the bill. They also have a pretty nice complimentary "cook to order" breakfast that you don't find at most other hotels. Overall very happy with the stay.

From the beautiful lobby, to the immaculent room to the sparkling HOT spa, and the cooked to order complimentary breakfast, this hotel was great!Walking distance to restaurants and the easy access to the freeway were a bonus!

ccomodatiuons were excellent as was the breakfast and service.

I was so impressed with the hotels and the friendliness of the workers and their helpfulness. The hotels were very well situated. The rooms were excellent. And the breakifasts were wonderful. No complaints. I would go back any time. I have told my friends how much we enjoyed these hotels. Many thanks!

I drove out of my way to stay at this hotel! These people know the meaning of service! You will not be disappointed staying here at any price!

We stay here frequently while visiting family nearby and each time say--wow what a value.The rooms are spacious, textiles are fine, duck feather pillows, free breakfast, and hot cookies at the check-in desk. Buy it with hotels.com or get a nice discount from the front desk over the phone. A few miles away on the coast the rooms are much more expensive and smaller. The location is perfect for us, but vacationers might want to consider giving up the sound of the waves for a good night's sleep inland.

We recently stayed at the hotel as photographers for a wedding taking place close by- The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. With breakfast included the following morning (more than just store bought sweet rolls and fruit) it was a refreshing find. Even the fitness center, while a little small, the equipment was excellent and resulted in a very nice workout. We will absolutely keep our eyes on this chain of hotels!

Not just a place to hang your hat. We like staying at Ayres Hotels. looking forward to our next stay. I hope to find Ayres in or near South Coast Plaza, OC area.

This hotel offers a great value for the money. It's close to the beach as well as near the local freeways. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast buttet is a nice addition.

The first night we heard many children talking, laughing and running. People with children should be placed in rooms on the first floor to keep them off of others heads. The second night we awoke to an elephant moving back and forth above our heads. Other than that the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Nice hotel, nice staff, breakfast good ( no paper plates and plastic cutlery), lovely courtyard and pool. Great resturants/ bar about a mile away. Would stay again.

We particularly appreciated the way the two beds in the room had a semi-privacy wall between them. This was nice, as we were a party of husband and wife in one bed, and daughter in the other bed.

Beautiful hotel, great accommodations, really friendly staff, less than 10 min from the beach. The only downside is that it's located in a random shopping center. To the left of your amazing hotel is a hometown buffet, sushi place, and jersey mikes. It just seems so out of place for how nice this hotel is.

Our children live near by and we find this place to be our second home. We love the beds, very comfy and the breakfast is wonderful. Cookies in the afternoons are always present. For the most part very quiet. Though we did have a loud shower pipe near us this time, as long as the neighbor was not showering it was perfect. We could have asked to move and I'm sure they would have accompodated. But we were on a short visit.

while the European style is clearly faux, the Ayres still provides a great experience for the money. The staff were exceedingly helpful, including shuttle trips to and from the John Wayne Airport. The breakfast is very good for a hotel in this price range. My only complaint is that the air conditioning is the kind the switches on and off all night. For a light sleeper like me, this was a problem until I pulled out my ear plugs. I would have preferred sleeping with the patio door open, but the screen door has no lock, and I was on the ground floor.

It's exactly as billed - a small European style hotel. Friendly, convenient, clean and well run.

The hotel was in great shape. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room kept making a buzzing noise so my hubby unplugged it. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. About 20 minutes from the SNA airport.

Everything was perfect for a great price. The hotel was quite and the linens fresh and clean. I love the duvets and comforters on the bed, no icky blankets! I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but it was so comfortable and quiet, I slept soundly. Breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, fruit and waffle bar! Plus lots of extras. I will definitely stay at Ayres hotels in the future!

We are never disappoited in the Ayres Hotels. The Laguna Woods location is an easy 10 minute drive from Laguna Beach. Our stay was enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable. They have a "happy hour" with wine and beer and chips and salsa. Warm cookies were available at arrival. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold items. We had a wonderful stay!

This was a great hotel. Very nice location and staff and a great breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

We wanted to find a reasonably priced hotel close to the Laguna Beach Festival of the Arts/Pageant of the Masters. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very European -- even down to having to put a card key in a holder in the room to activate the electricity. Lovely furnishings and art throughout. Full breakfast included. Quiet and comfortable. If you want to visit Laguna Beach, this is the place to stay. I kept asking "How can they do this for this price?"

We stayed one night and had problems with 6 other guests standing in front of us in line getting checked in. The rooms weren't ready although check in had been@ 3pm. And no one could tell us when we would be able to get to our rooms. Luckyly a Japanese business man threw a fit and so it took less than 20 min to find us a made up room. The room was nice, clean and the bed and shower comfortable. The hotel was packed with families and kids were taking up the entire pool and jaquuzzi at night and so we had to make due with the outdoor fireplace. Breakfast was delicious but again there was a massive amount of kids and families. THe location was weired, somewhere in a strip mall and when I inquired about buses going to LAguna Beach I was told every 1/2 hr.Unfortunatly the 1/2 hour turned into an hour and a half but it was Sunday so maybe the desk clerk was confused. Overall the decor of the hotel was an immitation to italian/ floorentine architecture. OF corse everything was faux=fake but if you just ignored that you flet like being somewhere in a private home in Italy. The breakfast buffet was very good

We spent two nights here in April ´10 but wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were very pleasant, even advising us on the best places to visit and to dine at - nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. An excellent and varied buffet breakfast was included. In the evening there was free wine and nibbles in the attractive hotel lounge. We had an enjoyable, relaxing break in a very short time. We definitely intend to return for a longer stay here when we next visit California.

We always stay here when we visit our parents at Laguna Woods. The hotel is always easy and accommodating. The breakfasts are great and the manager of the kitchen usually circulates during the morning and even pours coffee. Very attentive.

The hotel was beautiful, the service was great, the breakfast was substantial and the price was unreal for such a nice room. I would have expected to pay almost double for a room like the one we had.

I booked the hotel for my in-laws and they we're impressed with the room. The only complaint was they could hear everything going on aaround them including vacuuming in the room above.

We tried to make a reservation directly with the hotel, but they were booked. I went to hotels.com and was able to get a room. Upon arrival, they didn't have a queen bed available and we were promptly upgraded to a king suite. The grounds,service,breakfast and furnishings all exceeded our expectations..we would go back again. It is also well located near many shops,restaurants and not far from the freeway.

Nice decor, but you could hear right through the walls.

This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room was right on the main floor. It had a patio that led out to the pool. My husband went to ask if the breakfast was included in the price. He was told "We want you to enjoy yourself" with a smile.
