Hotel was in a good neighborhood, but there were too many homeless people around. Not safe to walk to the hotel at night. Had asked for a King size bed and we got two twin beds. Room was not ready until almost 5:00 PM. Restroom was dirty

very well i recoimend to stay in this hotel if you waqnt stay longer i will be back soon..

We had 80.00 Dólars stolen from our luggage. We notified the Management about it, but They nothing. They claimed that they talked to the cleaning lady and She had nothing to do with it.

I do really recomend this hotel because the day that I arrived, they had a problem with the rooms, but they moved me to another casa de la condesa in a really great location, with restaurants around the blok a great park and really comfortable rooms and service i defitnetly go back to this hotel !!!! im very happy they did my vacation amazing !!!

The room looks fine and is clean and served its but the ground is bumpy under the carpet so mind your toe and while entering the bathroom! As my Spanish is poor, English speaking staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable but bear in mind that their info is not always accurate. Its not close to the tube but not far from the metrotube, and the walls are a bit thin so can be a bit noisy. Overall, it was fine to stay there but it just met my most basic needs. Try not to make a call from there - its very very expensive!

THe hotel is misleadin gi n pics for sure. Rooms are old, bathrooms are older and loud when you turn on the switch, lots of gross white flourescent lighting, No toiletires in the bathroom , Only stay here if youre on a super gross hotel budget

This hotel was really cute! I really enjoyed my one night stay. The Hotel was quiet and very clean. It was a bargain find but not a bargain stay.

Book this Hotel! Very Friendly Staff, Not a 5 Star Hotel but perfect for the price, it is near downtown but far away from highly populated noise main street. I highly recommend this Hotel, give it a chance!

This hotel is very basic with extremely thin walls. You will hear everything from the neighbors conversation to the reception phone. The view from pur room was a brick wall and dirty water trough. The bed( king) was uncomfortable and had a large gap between the teo twins. The surrounding area is full of construction and activity. I would not stay here again. However, service was excellent and the location was almost perfect for us.

We spent 4 days in August 2010 in Condesa Reforma. Our room was a standard one (i.e. no suite no kitchenette, just the bare essentials). I'm not sure what happens with the suites but our room had the worst soundproofing I've ever met in a hotel. The walls feel like paper thick. I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to us and probably they could hear us too. It not only interferes with your feeling of privacy but it affects your sleep as well. Fortunately for us our neighbours left after the 1st night and nobody bothered us for the remaining days. Other than that we had a great time there. The staff was fantastic. Really helpful with whatever questions we kept bugging them. They don't have a special room to keep luggage (at checkout) but they were kind enough to keep ours behind the reception counter. The street looks a bit like the non-glamorous back yard of Paseo de la Reforma but it's ok (and felt safe too) just don't expect the line up of exclusive hotels you find on Paseo de la Reforma. It's true that the closest metro station is like 5-6 blocks away (which is not negligible especially with luggage) but we only used it a couple of times. We wanted to take a look of the city while travelling so we were using mostly buses and the closest bus stop (the MetroBus stop) is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I'm sorry to say that I don't recommend the hotel because it's not a fault of the staff or the location but of the structure of the building itself. (So bad soundproofing. I got so annoyed when I woke up at 5 o'clock in the morning because someone in the room next to us was taking a shower! It sounded as if someone was taking a shower in our bathroom!)

The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room was what we expected and even had a small kitchen. The hotel does not provide free breakfast or any of the small bathroom items that other hotels offer, like soaps. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee, I'm assuming we have to pay for that too. We made a call from our room, which was local, and were charged at the front desk when we checked out. We had to pay for our extra small bed we put in because we traveled with 3 people. The charge wasn't much but we were under the impression that it would be free. The shower did not have a very good shower head on it and we hardly had any water during the shower. We showed with a small stream of water. The bathroom light over the shower went out while we were there. We were informed that the front office could hold our key because losing it would cost replacement fee. The key is attached to a bulky key chain that would make you want to leave it anyway. We turned in our key every time we went out. We had a small situation where the office attendant wanted us to sign a receipt that was not ours. He had confused us with another family on the same floor. He apologized the next time he saw us once he realized the mistake. Despite all this, the hotel is in an ideal location very close to the main street and attractions. The staff is nice and are willing to help with what you need. They can even help schedule tours with you for your trip.

Incredible value. A fantastic base to visit Mexico City on a budget.

Don't ask them for tourism advices. They make bold lies so that you end up hiring their driver. Don't believe in the price of anything they offered to you. They change it all the time.

Perfect proximity to La Zona Rosa and some great local markets. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

my stay at this hotel was a really good one, they were really friendly and attentive to every request. I will definitely would recommend and stay again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms/fixtures need updating.Hotel did not have face towels (washcloths) so take your own.

It was well located at one block of the two main and famous avenues in mexico. Reforma and Insurgentes. Very clean and great friendliness. Hotel safe taxis available Great price. I will definitely will book again

Although the price was great; there a couple of things bsiess travelers really need and the hotel needs to improve: bathroom was old and moldy around the sink and shower. and there were only a few channels available on the TV and there was poor signal.

El lugar se me hizo muy bien y agradable por lo pagado. Me quede a raíz de que salí de antro con mi pareja en polanco y nos da flojera regresar a mi casa en el sur, y prácticamente solo llegamos a dormir, para lo cual fue muy aceptable el lugar.

Para el precio que ofrecen esta bien, solo para personas que esten de pasada, y la idumentaria no es la mejor, pero se pasa bien la noche.

Fue el peor hotel que he visto en mi vidal, había manchas de semen en las sábanas, pelos de todo tipo en las sábanas y en las almohadas, una bolsa de oxxo con basura a un lado de la cama, el piso de alfombra todo sucio con manchas, el teléfono daba asco tocarlo tenia manchas por todos lados, no había servicio de limpieza disponible, pelos en la regadera, el control de la tv no servia y no hacian nada al respecto. Reservé dos noches y la segunda tuve que moverme a otro hotel. En la primera llamé a Hoteles.com pero no me solucionaron nada. OJO. no es nada como en las fotos de la web, la colonía tambien no es nada bonita. Tomé fotografías y las mandé a hoteles.com espero hagan algo al respecto

todo bien solo las toaallas noo y no habia papel en el baño ademas necesita estacionamiento ,si tuviera esto estaria perfectoo !!

Pésimo servicio al llegar, nadie apoya con maletas desde la pensión de autos q está a 100 metros del lugar pues NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO. La habitación es malísima con vista a una barda y sucia, el colchón es el peor que he visto. No tiene restaurante. Y con todo ello el costo es ALTISIMO. Buscamos y encontramos un hotel más barato y muchísimo mejor en todo aspecto. Jamás recomendaría éste "Hotel"!

Pienso que al Hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento,por ejemplo los focos de la habitacion no funcionaban en su mayoria ,el contro le de la T.v no funcionaba,..Se mira descuidado..

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero no tiene restaurant, ni agua en las habitaciones y los colchones son muy duros. Está a unos pasos del monumento a la revolución, bien comunicado.

´Por el precio que pagas la verdad el hotel está bastante decente. Además de estar muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de Paseo Reforma y muy cerca del Auditorio Nacional que era lo que necesitaba. En mi opinión se debe ser más claro en la descripción del hotel mencionando que no cuenta con restaurante; también siento que las fotos son muy diferentes a lo que en realidad es el cuarto. Los cuartos son amplios, están limpios pero muy austeros, con poca iluminación.

hotle tres tres spartiate....immense chambre VIDE. eau chaude aléatoire, les cloisons sont trés trés minces... tres petite télévisoin trés loin du lit...... une étape pour être à Mexico à 15 mn à pied du centre historique, mais désert le soir.bref bon hotel pour une courte étape grace au tres gentil personnel, mais c'est tout!

El Hotel no cuenta con Restaurant, tiene cafetería pero sólo para los empleados, No dan agua, tampoco la venden hay que salir a comprarla, toallas chicas y muy usadas. Nos toco una Tele en malas condiciones, la reportamos y nos dijeron que estaba mal la señal en esa zona. Aun así considero que por el precio y el lugar volveriamos a ocuparlo.

El staff es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, sin embargo creo que es lo mejor del hotel, ademàs de su ubicación (muy cerca de Insurgentes y Reforma) 2 de las avenidas mas importantes de la Ciudad de México... Por las fotografías, no esperaba un hotel de lujo, pero si algo mucho mejor, la habitación no tenia ventanas y tenia un olor si no desagradable, si muy peculiar,y la limpieza tampoco era la mejor.

El hotel se nota que fué recientemente remodelado, por lo que es bonito; pero no esperes ninguna de las comodidades de un hotel normal. Las toallas que te dan son malisimas, son retazos de toallas, si vas en clima de frío deberás pedir una colcha extra, ni el cable ni el internet funcionan muy bien y no cuenta con un restaurante ni servicio de cuarto. Algo bueno es la ubicación. Si no esperas mucho, por el precio está bien, si exiges un poco más busca en otro lado. Esto lo consideraría más como un hostal que un hotel. Como hostal lo consideraría muy bien, cada cuarto cuenta con una cocina con refrigerador y estufa, lo cual facilita las cosas.

A llegar en el hotel, el recepcionista nos mando en una habitacion muy chica, muy baja y sin nada de comodidad. El joven estaba buena onda y despues de haber platicado con su colega, nos ayudo: pagamos un aumento y pudimos dormir en una recamara parecida a las de las fotos... Por otra parte, el hotel no esta tan lejos del Metro pero muy dificil de encontrar la primera vez, parece escondido.

L'hotel Condesa Reforma est bien situé: entre le paseo de la reforma et insurgentes. A environ 10 min en taxi et 20 min à pieds du zocalo. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses, les salles de bain sont correctes. Aussi les chambres disposent d'un coin cuisine (pratique comme le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus) Le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute Seul petit bémol, si vous avez une chambre au 3eme étage vous risquez d'être déranger par le bruit des gaines d'aération... N'hésitez pas à la signaler à la réception afin que cela puisse être régler de nouveau!!!!

Es un hotel totalmente diferente a lo esperado por las descripciones en la pagina de internet y fotografías, no es tan malo, pero es mas bien un hostal. Y para que el precio fuera congruente, tuve que comprar sin opción a cancelaciones, muy mala decisión.

EL HOTEL ES PEQUEÑO, CONFORTABLE, PERO EL TIPO QUE NOS ATENDIO EN LA RECEPCION EXTREMADAMENTE IMPERTINENTE, FALTA DE ETICA, FALTA DE TODO PARA ATENDER A LOS CLIENTES, NOSOTROS LLEGAMOS A LAS 3 DE LA MAÑANA Y NUESTRO VUELO DE CONECCION, SALIA A LAS 11, NOS TUVO 1 HORA CON 25 MINUTOS PARA DARNOS HABITACION, ALEGANDO TONTERIAS SIN SENTIDO, PURAS INCOHERENCIAS, HASTA NOS DIO LA IMPRESION DE PROBABLE ESTADO ETILICO, APENAS PUDIMOS DESCANSAR Y POR CULPA DE ESTE TIPO PASAMOS UN MAL MOMENTO, DEBERIA EL HOTEL TOMAR CARTAS EN EL ASUNTO

Lectura de los comentarios de los clientes; por ejemplo yo solicité dos camas y que fuera habitación de fumador... no fueron leidos mis comentarios No tienen shampoo, acondicionador ni crema en el baño Las toallas están desgastadas son pedazos de una grande. Si atienden todo esto, sería un hotel completo

Realmente es un hotel poco recomendable, no tiene lobby, ni sillas. La conexion a internet y de television es pesima y bueno para acabar de completar nos dejaron encerrados por un lapso de 15 minutos, pues solo atiende una persona, que debio hacer una diligencia.

Las fotos que se muestran en internet no corresponden al hotel. La seguridad de la habitacion es poca ya que es con llave para poder accesar, no tuve ningun contratiempo de este tipo pero uno no sabe cuando suceda algo. El hotel excelente hubicacion, cerca de parada de turibus, monumento a la revolucion, cantinas, restaurantes, taquerias, aurrera. El hotel es confortable para descanzar, no es lujoso.

Está muy bien para pasar la noche si lo que buscas es un hotel económico y no eres un cliente muy exigente. La habitacion estaba limpia, la ubicacion es buena. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente pero se resolvió en 30 mins aproximadamente.

Нормальная гостиница, все было в порядке, номер просторный, кровать удобная, не шумно. Персонал говорил по-английски, вежливый. Рядом продуктовый магазин. Далековато только от Аламеды.
