The place is a dump, too pricey. Ac was hot didnt cool the room, we didnt get the room we booked. Nothing else available that weekend thanks to bike fest, which also sucked! Bed was soooo uncomfortable and the pool was gross

no towels in room first night, breakfast sign in lobby says 8 am to 10 am. It was there till 8:30, and two mornings no OJ or milk, one morning the milk was curlded

costumer service needs some working on asked for towels several times never got some, room had a funny smell first impression count !!

Nice basic hotel but service is terrible--maid didn't show up at all one day--never vacuumed floors--no clean towels--front desk very inefficient--ran out of all food most mornings for breakfast--only six seats in dining area for a big hotel

For the price, the hotel was absolutely fine. We booked for a holiday weekend at the last minute and didn't have the best view (facing the boulevard), but the hotel has rooms with cute balconies overlooking the pool area. The pool/hot tub are nice. Breakfast was plain and simple, but sufficient. Staff was friendly, beds were good, room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Downside was flat pillows and inferior quality towels, but when mentioned to the staff they said they were wroking on it.

Overall we had a great stay at Casa Bella. The room was very clean, the location of the room was great, about 2 blocks from the beach. I would highly recommend Casa Bella to friends and family.

The room was decent and a good rate...the best rate I could find for 4th of July weekend. Only problem I did have was the fact that my sheets were filthy. U took them off the bed and down to the front desk where the gentleman was very apologetic and did give me fresh new sheets but I think that could have been avoided. There was no way that housekeeping didnt see those stains as they made the bed. Other than that I will say we had a fairly pleasant stay.

This hotel was very nice for the price. The room was bigger than I expected, it had a sitting area with a couch and coffee table. Also, every room comes with a balcony and lounge chairs to sit outside and feel the island breeze. The location of the hotel is not far from beach access 21, but you do have to walk a bit....but trust me, its well worth it!!

Too expensive for a room with stain towels, flat old pillows and sheets that didn't feel clean... And the continental breakfast... By nine o'clock they didn't have plates nor juice or food for that matter. Overall it was a place to take a shower and should not be call "Resort"

There was a large roach in the restroom. Hotels.com had told us this motel was on the beach side. It was not.

FROM check in to check out this was the most miserable place I have ever stayed! When we got to our room it smelled moldy and the AC barely worked. One of the patio "lawn chairs" had a broken leg, which WE GOT CHARGED for upon checkout. This is merely a larger motel 6 room for 3 times the price on the weekend we went.

This was a last moment choice for the hotel. Since it was a last moment choice we weren't expecting much, but given a choice I would book a hotel early which is a higher rating for the same price of booking at the last minute. The bathrooms tend to clog, something you don't want to see on a vacation.

Make sure you take pictures the way you entered the room and the way you leave it.... Reading the rental agreement they will charge you $150 for a dirty towel or sheets. The towels were dirty when we arrived with make up stains. The walls were drawn on and a spitball high on the wall thanks to a previous tenant. It seems as if the maids are just to lazy to clean they give you some folded up towels and remake the bed before you arrive and that is it.... The lamp shades had an inch of dust and dirt on them. Bring your own toiletries, they give you one bar of soap and that's it! The place was far from clean, far from romantic, and far from the beach! Spend the extra $20 dollars and stay at another hotel.

The hotel was clean and nice, the only issue we had was they had chlorine granuals along the side of the pool that had not been cleaned up, and when we were sitting on the edge of the pool, they bleached our clothes! The manager was nice about it and reimbursed us the cost of the clothes, but still a bummer.

The beds were in poor shape, the sheets were stained with blood the carpet in the room was filthy and could not walk in socks or barefoot as the carpet was soiled with dirt and grime. The cealing fan was noisy and the remote for the television did not function. I would not recomend staying in this hotel in the future as it was over priced and the conditions were poor.

Activities on the island all day and just needed a place to sleep. Was clean and goog price.

OVERALL, I LOVED IT! I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!

The resort was great, I wish there was a variety of more breakfast foods and maybe a computer room on site other than that my fiance and I really enjoyed the clealiness and how quite it was, a great experience for our first time in SPI. When visiting again this may be a top place we may pick to stay, Thanks!

We were mostly pleased with our three night stay at Casa Bella. The room felt very spacious with high ceiling and extra seating area. I really liked that we had a private patio overlooking the pool. I also appreciated that they had a washer/dryer (1.50 each per load) The hotel itself is very pretty and conveniently located. I was very frustrated that even after several requests, they were never able to provide a bath tub stopper so that I could take a bath. The towels were paper thin and very rough, unpleasant after a day in the sun. My last complaint is that they didn't restock the continental breakfast items, once the muffins were gone, they were gone (which seems silly when you have a three hour breakfast window) All in all I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for affordability and willing to accept a less than perfect experience.

Hotel room was extremely dirty on walls, door and phone. Tub, toilet and sink were clean. Towels stained, small and extremely rough. Bedspreads extremely stained as well. Did not like the back door access with window, did not feel secure. Tub drain slow. "continental breakfast" horrible, very slim choices not real orange juice more like tang. One good thing, outside looks good, pool and jacuzzi area very nice.

My family and I have stayed here in the past and it’s a nice place. The room was very clean with everything we needed. The pool was great, nice and big and super clean. The only think I can think of that might need some work is the customer service desk. In most places if you ask for an extra hour in the morning (we have a baby and you never know what he’ll do next) with out any trouble. The hotel does charge an extra $15 per 30 mins that you’re not out the door. That was the only thing that turned me off. Other than that I would stay there again. Hope that helps.
