Los Arcos Suites - بويرتو فالارتا

We have been to the Suites before and always enjoy our stay. Same for the two sister properties. This hotel is in the best neighborhood of PVR. The shops, restaurants, beach, convenience store, nightclubs,and anything else you could want are all very close and within walking distance. That's why we keep coming back. Hotel staff is so friendly and always helpful. They exchange your $ on site. It's only a $10 cab ride to and from the airport (double that for 5 ppl or more). Only downside to this hotel is shoddy internet. It's unreliable. They do try to help you with it, but it's just not good. Also, beds are a bit hard. Nice having a refrigerator! We don't do the all-inclusive, but some seem to really like it there. Overall, this is the best place to stay. (But don't tell anyone else.)

Great location in PV. depends on the room, some are better than the other. will go there again.

Quiet, roomy, good location, and comfortable bed, room smelled somewhat musty, but staff put in a humidefier right away which helped, very friendly and cooperative staff, enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others as an economic and handy place for a visit to Puerto Vallarta.

was really disapointed on the itallian buffet ,they cut back on it , will not go back to their restruant ,

The room had mildew and mold in it. I said something at the front desk and all of a sudden they could't speak ENGLISH

Right in the heart of old town on the beach. Not for the resort vacationer but for those of us who go for the local ambience it is hard to beat for the price.

The suite was very clean, is all inclusive hotel and the food was always fresh and delicious.

It was a great get away hotel... perfect for kids and families... really good locations and the hotel service was amazing too... I will always recommend this hotel 100%

We find this hotel very comfortable and in the best area in old Vallarta.It is close to all the good restaurants and just across the street from the beach.What more do you need in Mexico!!

this is a nice place and the location is good. Very clean. We had a balcony which was nice.

the los arcos hotel is great for the budget traveler. the staff is super friendly and helpful. i like the old part of PV so it's a great location to be in.

We were very comfortable at the Los Arcos Suites. We enjoyed the balcony, the living room, the king size bed, and the pleasant staff - and especially the location, near good restaurants, banks, free WiFi, convience stores and the nearby beach. We plan to stay there during our next visit to Puerto Vallarta.

The problem with this hotel is it has no amenities but it claims that it does because you can use the ones at the sister property, Playa Los Arcos, which although only a short block away, is very inconvenient.They don't even stock pool towels for their pool - you have to go down the block and all the way through the Playa Los Arcos to the beach to get/drop off a towel! There is no restaurant, concierge, sundry shop or manager on site - you're constantly being told to go to the other hotel. The focus is their convenience, not the guest's convenience. Also many of the towels, linens, blankets and comforters are in tatters, and the extra "beds" in the suites are really uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathroom.

if you dont' want the over-the-top beach experience, but rather a clean, comfortable hotel, this is it. Ignore what others write! WE LOVED IT.

The Los Arcos Suites was good. The rooms were nothing special but they were clean and kept in somewhat good condition. The bathroom was really small but my friend and I were barely ever in the room so we literally just needed somewhere to rest our heads. This place was perfect for that. The maids did a great job cleaning and the staff was friendly. All in all it was no Ritz but it was perfect for what we needed. I would defintly recomend this hotel!

Bathroom not in good condition. Location is better than standard of quality. Nice staff but kind of run down. The nearby Playa Los Arcos and Casa Susana across the street are run by the same folks, so you get some of the benefits of staying at one but using the facilities at any of them.

En general el hotel es de calidad regular. No lo podria catalogar como excelente pero tampoco es malo. La ubicacion si es bastante buena. Cerca encuentras de todo y la playa esta a cien metros caminando. Las albercas un poco pequenas para el tamano del hotel. Lo bueno es que a cierta hora de la tarde ya hay bastante sombra en el area de albercas. Las palapas en la playa estan bien pero no son de palma, entonces se siente mucho el calor. Tanto el servicio de palapas como el de las albercas empieza tarde, como a las 10am. La playa es un poco sucia por la cercania al rio Cuale. Es mas recomendable irse a playas un poco mas lejos del centro si quieres banarte en un mar limpio. Mismaloya esta a unos 20 minutos en camion. El malecon esta a unos 10 minutos a pie. Los alimentos y bebidas en el hotel son caros si no estas en el plan todo incluido. No vale la pena pagar el precio de los alimentos con tantos restaurantes y bares alrededor. Los cuartos son de buen tamano y funcionales pero el mobiliario es antiguo y si le hace falta una remodelacion interior. La limpieza es aceptable. Los precios de temporada baja son accesibles y mas o menos de acuerdo al nivel del hotel. En temporada alta se me hacen caros para el tipo de hotel.

fue buena solo un comentario me parece que podria mejorar el servicio de meseros y la entrega de camastros y toallas de playa

Estupendas instalaciones, ubicación en el Viejo Vallarta, las atenciones y el servicio estupendo.
