Fraser Place Queens Gate - لندن

I have stayed at Fraser properties in Asia so this London hotel was an easy choice. Unfortunately this property did not live up to the others in terms of the rooms quality. To get to the bathroom I had to negotiate 2 fire doors which automatically slam shut. The shower itself was impossible to adjust water temp and needed matenence. Everything about the room called iut for an update. It was t bad - but after my experience in other Fraser hotels the 6 nights I spent here were a dissapointment.

Ok hotel if you are only staying for à short while. Staff was friendly and helped us change rooms since our first room was below ground level (?). Second room at 3rd floor was much better. Location is good only 1 min walk to underground station Glouster rd. Stayed once at Fraser place in kuala lumpur and was a bit disappointed arriving in London since the standard was way below what I got in KL.

A great place to stay one or two minor issues which were addressed by the staff. Central for plenty of attractions. Ideal for family break at reasonable price.

A nice location very acessable to 2 tube stations and Museum of Natural History and Kensington Park. Loft apartment rooms were spacious for London and nicely decorated. Not luxurious but a very good value. Our family would certainly stay again.

Hotel and room were as they appear on Hotels.com and the Frasers website. Design was of the contemporary euro type which was fine for the room but I hated it for the bathroom. The shower/bathtub was too narrow to stand in comfortably for a shower as well as being built up way too high off the floor. Hotel was very close to Underground station and Royal Albert Hall. A nice walk through the park led us to Portabello Road market which was a very nice Saturday excursion.

Location is perfect right near Gloucester Road tube stop, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and the Gloucester Road tube stop can be taken directly from Heathrow. On the down side, our studio apartment was tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. Instead of a sofa, we had two uncomfortable chairs in our room. No real added value to staying in an "apartment" and we may have been better off at the Holiday Inn.

This hotel was in a great location close to a lot of restaraunts, the subway station ,the Natural History Museum and 2 supermarkets. In a quiet neighbourhood. We had a family room with a kitchen. The room is quite spacious, the real bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was in very bad shape. We could literally feel the springs. Not really for four people! The free laundry facility was a bonus. Overall good stay.

great location, near a tube stop. coffee in room (crystals). bathroom with hot water. thin walls - could hear the upstairs furniture being dragged around. good breakfast, and they didn't charge us for wifi. :)

In a lovely quiet area, superb location for the Royal Albert Hall, just a short walk. Very near tube station & supermarket if you want to stock up on provisions. Accommodation was good, very clean & tidy & everything you would need was supplied. Our only gripe was the mattress, although it was quite comfy, when you turned over all the springs played a tune - could do with replacing. Will defo stay here again though.

The hotel is perfectly placed for visitng London's tourist attractions. It is a minute's walk from Gloucester Road underground and has plenty of food shops (including Waitrose) and cafes nearby. The hotel was great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were going to the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday night which is in walking distance. We were slightly disappointed to be on the lower ground floor but the room we had was large and the facilities in it were good. We were only there for one night so did not request a change. We would stay again but will probably request a first floor room next time.

Fantastic place! I was assuming that "studio" meant smaller than average room. Not true ... it is really like a studio apt with couch, bed and kitchen! Really a fabulous place at a spectacular price. Highly recommended!

This is our 4th time staying at Frasers and we always try and book it. The staff are great, apts nice and cozy and plently of space. We got a free upgrade on our list visit which was lovely. I bring earplugs as the Cromwell road is noisy and I like my sleep!

I really like the layout and location of this hotel. Fraser Place is extremely close to the Gloucester Road tube, the museums and great restaurants. I stayed in a studio which was very spacious compared to most hotel rooms. The one thing to be cautious about is that if the room is on Cromwell, it may seem noisy if you're not used to city living. Just bring ear plugs and you'll be a happy camper! This place is a fantastic value with a very nice room.

Studio was nice and spacious in a posh section of London. TV was quite tiny and twin beds were a little tricky for a couple to share without some innovation ... but otherwise perfect for holiday

This hotel is in an excellent location - close to tube and convienience stores - cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious - staff polite and helpful. Would return again when in London.

My husband and I just landed from Vienna. When arriving at the hotel, we came three hours ahead of our scheduled check in. Mind you that this was the last portion of our honeymoon, so the hotel may have been so gracious due to this. However, the hotel did kindly bring us to a room and treated us with the utmost respect. The neighborhood was absolutely charming, only two blocks away from the Queens Gate Tube. Down the street were delicious restaurants, and supermarkets all within walking distance. This was our home and that is exactly what this hotel was for our week in London....HOME!!!!

Close to tube station and museums, restaurants & shops. Apartment concept works well for a family of 4 (e.g. cutlery, laundry, maid service). Internet connection was not free (but inexpensive) - however it was quite problematic to access everytime (took 3-4 tries). Everything else was great though. Reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend it.

Hotel was great. Rooms were huge and had a kitchette. Our friends had a room with a loft, ours had a seperate bedroom. Noise was not a issue for us - our room was at the back of the hotel and quiet. Great area and located next to Gloucester Road Station. Continental breakfast is not included and is 9 pounds per person. The pub at the end of the street (Stanhope?) charges just 4.99 for a full English breakfast.

Harvoja hotelleja joissa ei ollut huoneessa kaikkea moskaa keräävää kokolattiamattoa, jonka perusteella sijainnin lisäksi hotelli valittiin. Lyhyt matka metrolle ja siten helppo kulkea minne tahansa. Vuodesohva oli vanhahko ja sopiva vain yhdelle hengelle. Parvella olleeseen parisänkyyn mahtui juuri kaksi aikuista ja lapsi. Suurin haitta oli lämmityspatterien kova ääni, joka häiritsi yöllä kun muuten oli hiljaista.

프레이저 호텔은 미니주방이 갖추어져 있어 한국음식을 요리하기 아주 좋고 주변 10분거리에 큰 슈퍼가 있어서 간단히 식사를 해결할 수 있읍니다. tube 는 피카디리 라인과 디스트릭트 라인이 있는 역이 있어서 히드로 공항과 개트윅공항에서 지하철로 연결이 가능합니다. 비지니스, 가족여행 모두 좋은 호텔이라고 추천합니다.

Hotellet var helt suverent, men det er viktig å sørge for at man får et rom som ikke vender ut mot hovedgaten (4 felts hovedvei). Vi fikk rom i første etasje vendt ut mot veien og fikk knapt blund på øyet første natten. Det var nærmest som å sove ute. Etter litt frem og tilbake fikk vi heldigvis byttet rom mot baksiden av hotellet, og der var det stille som graven. Tips er derfor å ringe hotellet på forhånd for å sørge for at man får rom på riktig sted da det kan være vanskelig å bytte hvis hotellet er fullt.

近くのGloucester Road駅から徒歩5分程度で、駅周辺にはPaul,やTesco　Express（コンビニ）があり朝食を調達するのに非常に便利だった。Tubeも３線乗り入れているのでどこへ行くのも便利、ホテルの前からは４７番バスがでている。 ホテルのスタッフもみな親切で、洗濯機と乾燥機も無料で使える（洗剤￡１）ので長期滞在には便利。 家族４人で２名用アパートメントに宿泊しましたが、部屋もかなり広く快適でした。

Vi valgte å bo på dette hotellet for fjerde gang på ferie i London. Vi bestilte leilighet for 4 pers. med en toåring med på reise denne gangen, var valget bra. Leiligheten hadde plass til lek for den lille og alt som du måtte trenge til å ha det bra. Hotellets beliggenhet er perfekt, med kjempe fine restauranter, barer og cafeer 2 min. unna det samme gjelder t-bane stasj. Meget meget fornøyd!

Hotellrum i London är sällan storre än en resväska och detta var inget undantag, det var t.o.m. det minsta hotellrum jag någonsin bott i. Dock var det helt ok eftersom det var högt i tak, skön säng, rent och snyggt. Mycket trevlig personal och bra läge gör att jag definitivt kan tänka mig att bo här igen nästa gång.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is well located and comfortable. We had two good size inter-connecting rooms for a family of four. Close to tube station. However, we had a couple of issues. First the lights didn't work one evening, which didn't get fixed until next morning. More importantly, we accidentally left some clothing (trousers, top etc. ) behind in a drawer, and as soon as we realised our mistake, we contacted the hotel, who claimed that nothing had been found ...! Not very impressed by that. All in all, this left us feeling very disappointed, and we would therefore not return or recommend this hotel.

Ett trevligt lägenhetshotell, nära t-banestationen Gloucester Square. Mindre butiker och caféer alldeles i närheten. Pentry i lägenheten. Hotellet var mycket rent och städat, men lite slitet. Sängarna var ganska hårda och vårt rum var lyhört. Området som hotellet ligger i är trevligt och fint. Gångavstånd till konserterna på Royal Albert Hall och t-bana utan byten till teatrarna i Covent Garden. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen!
