window lock was broken so window would not lock; not able to print at office because there was 'no ink', no washer/dryer, shower had hair stuck to wall, tv remote was broken and disgusting, internet was intermittent. Bed was comfortable though.

My stay here was a huge disappointment. The hotel is old and dirty. I had no hot water in the sink & found a roach in my room. They did fix the hot water but the entire say was a disappointment. The walls are thin & there were other noisy guests. The staff was very unfriendly, without even a thank you when I checked out. Do not stay here. It's not worth the discounted room rate.

The owner was a really nice guy who took care of his patrons very well

Overall the experience was good

I'VE MOVE TO OTHER HOTEL THE NEXT MORNING. DO NOT FELL SAFE.

Rooms are dated and renovation Price is low and staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it worked.

We stayed because of the WiFi and breakfast each morning. Our previous stays at the Days Inn prompted us to book the hotel. Their Server was down the entire time we were there. Using the "Lounge" computer was not secure and inconvienent. The ad stated they had a pool, all they had was a hot tub that was dirty which they called a "SPA". When I told the gentleman at the front desk their server was down I was informed he would take care of it right away... three days later I was still having to go elsewhere for any service. Over all I was very unhappy... but the rooms were nice.

1. rooms need updated. 2. top spreads on beds smelly and dingy.3. toilets cheapest possible and a man would touch water.4. access corridors dark and tastelessly painted.5. given wrong room upon arrival. got room not tended after previous tenant. 6.fridge didn't work.7. stayed 2 days and was locked out with magnetic key on second day.However, employees were very friendly, helpful and ready to service and serve.

We thought that the Days Inn was clean, Friendly and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The people at this hotel are the most accomadating people I have ever met in a hotel, we were leaving before the breakfast started so they had it ready for us when we needed it, over an hour early. They were very nice people.

the room was filthy. Had to move 3 times and it still wasn't that clean.

We chose this hotel for nearness to our family members we were visiting. We appreciated the friendliness of the owner. The room had a large fridge and sofa. We were especially pleased that the pillows were assorted, some firm & some soft. Ongoing improvements are in progress at the hotel. The free continental breakfast was better than most hotels offer. Will stay again next time we're in town.

We were in a bind and the owner was very helpful and willing to work with us in keeping a higher end room even though we had booked a lesser room via hotels.com. It is a days inn so don't expect too much but the service was really good.

-Non smoking room-smelled like smoke -refrig. did not work-open drink left in it -Lamp shade was torn and hanging half off-light bulb was broke and not working -tv listing had plastic cover with coffee stains on it -back of tv remote was gone-batteries were taped in -toilet had toilet paper in bowl-unflushed -hair dryer was hanging by one nail -shower curtain had stains on it -walls and ceiling were not sound proof-heard conversations and people walking above room -chair had stains on it When I went to the front desk to compalin and ask for a different room-I was told they did not have any available-He came to room, sprayed a scent, put the shade back up(it fell down right away), put a new bulb in lamp, flushed the toilet. This hotel should be taken off your list.

We stay at this hotel while visiting family in Clayton. It is convenient, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is an added bonus with many choices for a tasty start to the day. The staff is polite and helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and always willing to help. The room was clean and always well maintained. The neighborhood was generally quiet and sleeping well was not an issue. The morning breakfast was adequate and a good starter, I enjoyed the cappuccino. Parking was plentiful and seemed safe. For business travel and value this is a great spot. Just 10 minutes from anywhere in Concord and near shopping and restaurants.

I will not be recommending this hotel to any one I know. For me, it was a one time shot. We made reservations well enough in advance. But when we arrived, the front desk said we might need more towels and to let them know. We reserved room for two people. My feel is the hotel should have already had enough of everything in the room for the two of us before arrival. We also noticed that there seemed to be people there who seem to be long term "residents". The Continental breakfast offered left much to be desired. We will not be returning to that hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. The card key on the hotel door was very difficult to get to work. You had to work at it several times for it to let you into the room. The hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrading, however the price was great and it was clean and quiet.

We picked Days Inn because it was less than a 1/4 mile from family we were visiting. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was simple - no frills but clean. The kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - waffles, bacon & sausage served. We had one issue with the patron in the room next to us who was drunk and disruptive until 2am. The staff apologized and dealt with the issue.

A free gift basket, and free breakfast is a good touch fo a less expensive hotel, and for this reason, I will return here on my next visit.

I booked my hotel online and got an amazing rate. The reception staff were inviting and very pleasant. They give you a little basket of goodies (chip, cookies, nuts) when you check in. Room had a fridge, microwave, small couch and office desk along with a king bed. Bed was very comfortable and room was always clean. I found it to be a bit nosy at times (upstairs people walking, noisy TV's, etc.), but overall well worth the price. Breakfast was included and contained a couple of hot entree's. No pool, but had a heated sap (hot tub). I'd would staff here again for sure.

I was very happy with my stay, this is a basic hotel, nothing fancy. Staff was very friendly. Quite a few shopping centers in walking distance, restaurants and supermarkets, and Peets Coffee. Mt. Tamalpais and Black Diamond Mines are close by.

The management of this hotel goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of in a friendly manner. They do repairs on the spot, and try to ensure your comfort. The location was perfect for my purposes, the area had available restaurants, cafes and grocery.

I will stay here again for the next concert at the sleep train.

Clean, no frills lodging. Very clean but dated. Customer Service was outstanding and very friendly. Beds are not super comfy and the pillows felt like cotton balls packed in a pillow case. Bring your own pillow and beats sleeping on Grandma's lumpy old bed :)

Great hotel at a reasonable price, considering this included parking and a quite good breakfast. Great surroundings, if interested in hiking in the Mount Diablo park, with Mitchell Canyon Road entrance within a few miles.
