"My favorite hotel in Napoli"

When I lived in Naples for several years a while back I always recommended this hotel to visitors because of its great location, value, comfort, and security. A recent stay at the hotel over New Year's Eve confirmed to me that the Majestic is still my favorite hotel in the city. Located in the best shopping area of the city, it is now close to some cool cafe, restaurants, and nightspots that have sprung up over the past few years as well. Best thing is that You can walk almost everywhere from here, from the seafront pedestrian walkway and park to the main shopping streets of Via dei Mille, Via Toledo, and Piazza dei Martiri.

Well-appointed room, clean public areas, centrally located. Only downside was the bar running out of Peroni after a single round!

I stayed at the Hotel Majestic for two nights, before and after a visit to the Amalfi Coast. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. I recommend this hotel, which is conveniently located in the Chiaia shopping district of Naples.

Several things you notice as soon as you enter the lobby area. The receptionists are definitely the authority not the servants to you. Administration should train them as more jovial, outgoing and ready-to-help folks. Another thing is the EUR 10 daily internet charge is th e most absurd thing a tourist needs to handle these days. Think again. Does it really worth upsetting the clients with such fees? Another thing was that in the middle of the night the front desk people are very slow in responding (if at all)

"Great deal centrally located"

This hotel is in one of the best parts of town and is a great deal for the price. My only complaint, which is the case in may European hotels (and essentially all of Italy), is that they don't have an iron either in the room, or to borrow. Apparently, you should bring your own, or have very wrinkly clothes during your business meetings.

we picked this hotel off the internet, & could not have been happier. It was clean and comfortable. BUT most of all- it was in a very very cool location.
easy and safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. lots of clubs, cafe's, restaurants, and shopping.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene; cortesia, organizzazione e servizi (incluso il garage contiguo) da parte del personale sono stati di nostra piena siddisfazione.
