This place was awesome. We were on the fourth floor. This is the perfect height to be above the beautiful pools and have an awesome beach view. It is located a very short walk to the Boardwalk area and huge sky wheel. The place was very clean, the people were so friendly and very convenient parking was included. We would definitely stay at the Boardwalk again!

Love love love the bathroom. Amzing pools and for a good price.

Super old...pool in a greenhouse...had to pay for a room key...stove wouldn't turn off...misleading pictures ..cool whip ice bucket...lift up ice box...wouldn't stay again if my life depended on it.

THIS PLACE IS NOT ONLY BAD BUT THE PROFILE FROM THE INTERNET IS A COVER UP FOR THE TRUE CODITION OF THE NORTH TOWER--WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY FRIEND--ALSO THE 5.00 CHARGE EACH DAY WAS FOR W H A T ? ITS JUST OLD

Loved it, nice and quit, room was clean, we had access to everything. Everything was right up the street.

The view was perfect and the bed was comfortable, I only wish I had a cup of coffee when watching the sunrise, other than that my stay was very pleasant

The bed was terrible. Very uncomfortable. My husband and I both kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Plus there was an angle iron extended out from both sides of the bed. We didn't say anything to the people at the front desk because they were not very friendly when we checked in. Plus we were charged an additional $5 a day (total $25) for a fee they claimed was for the City of Myrtle Beach because we booked on line. We will never stay here again!!!!! The lock on the sliding glass door was broke so they had a piece of board in to keep it closed. The indoor pool was closed. The deadbolt lock on the door was very hard to lock.

The hotel is not up to date but it is clean enough, and a good price for oceanfront with two doubles and an efficiency (full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes/silverware/cookware, sink). We really enjoyed our stay, everything worked the way it was supposed to, so were quite happy given the price and decent location (less than a mile to downtown area). The area felt plenty safe enough. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly enough.

I was afraid of our stay based on reviews. Room was large and clean just a old hotel. View was great. Was a little far from the boardwalk but still walking distance

Hotel not up to date with appliances or conditions of the room. Bad smell, Terrrible pools,Ocean View Sucked. Would not recommend to stay again.

South tower was dirty and outdated. Found ants in the bathroom and the room smelled bad. Had to sleep with the patio door open to get fresh air. Security was nowhere to be found when there were other "guests" that were up all night and yelling in the hallways. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Stay away

We were put in the north tower. Very old, out dated and dirty! We felt like we were in a dungeon from the 60's. Don't let them put you in that tower. Insist on the newer one. Maybe its better. Old shut down inn across the street also and a lot of a activity there that wasn't very pleasant and we didn't feel safe.

Everything at the hotel was nice. The hotel was convenient to all areas of Myrtle Beach. Our only concern was one of 3 elevators was down for 2 days of our stay. Being on the 10th floor we had no other options but to wait in lines to get to our room. Also a hotel of this size needs a better restaurant with a more extended menu. Otherwise a great time.

We checked in here on the weekend of 8/13 for my bday. I wanted a spot close to most of the action and close to the beach. This hotel has that. Now it wasn't the newest hotel. The TV's are outdated, the carpets need to be changed and the lighting was sub par. The staff was friendly and helpful though. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking on the property. If you don't get a spot by one of the three buildings that this hotel makes up then you will have to park across the street which is not the most convienant but with the beach directly behind the hotel it makes up for it. I would stay here again though but not my first choice but good value.

Becarefull when booking.... There are 4 Boardwalks next to each other... The one they post on Internet is the Main Hotel--Updated best Facilities... You may not get that one.. You may get ocean front, but in a olderportion of the boardwalk. Make sure you know which one you are paying for... However I did enjoy the stay, The quality of service was outstanding.

Rooms are nothing like the pictures. Dirty and old . Walls and furniture and bathroom not clean. Comforters stained and patched together. Hotel staff knocked on door states they were smelling smoke come from out room when we were trying to cook in the extremely tiny and old "kitchen". Then saw guy smoking inside of the building later. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Please stay away from this place. Complete waste of money!!!!!!!

I was very suprised at the size of the executive suite. I had a great view to the ocean and enjoyed all of the amenities that the hotel offered especially all of the pools indoors and outdoors.

The hotel staff was very unpleasant, the hotel amenities were either old, broken, or in poor condition. Most importantly, if you are under 25, prepare to read the "fine print" of your hotel agreement. If you are under 25, you are required to pay a $200 cash-only security deposit prior to check-in. The "cash-only" approach made me very skeptical but, at the end of our stay, I was able to get the deposit back.

Great Room

It was a hotel where people did extended stay, so it was loud and smelled like old grease, it also was being renovated..the staff was friendly though, but I don't think I would stay here again

Would not recommend this hotel. Problems on checkin with heat in room which smoke room. Requested to change rooms. Staff no flexable. Finall gave us anothe room above our room with similar issues. Requested to upgrade to newer building that they were not remodeling but they would only do this for a fee which was about 3 times the amount that we paid. Never offered to help us with our bags or bring us a new key.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate to have an ocean view room and enjoyed that very much.

This is absolutely a dump! I have never in my life posted a negative comment but I feel compelled to let unsuspecting persons know about this place. I was afraid to even go in the building due to type of loitering going on outside the establishment. Upon my entrance I immediately noticed the wallpaper peeling, low ceilings, dark hallways (not sufficient lighting at all), the elevator appeared not to close all the way, and guests were less than reputable looking in their appearance. For the benefit of doubt I did enter the room and then immediately left. I refused to spend one moment in such an establishment. This was a special extra college graduation mini-vacation for my daughter but instead of being the awesome experience prior reviews led me to feel I would have, it was the most horrific experience ever. I felt as if I was in a nightmare unable to wake! Just totally upset throughout the entire venture until I was able to escape.

the hallway outside of the room smelled like rotten fish the whole time we were there. the ac unit from the room above us was leaking all over our balcony, so we couldnt even sit outside. very dissapointed with this room, and the staffs attitude. we were told they could get to the problem in the morning, when we were leaving!!!!!

I was very impressed with this hotel. I had read bad reviews and was worried. But when I got there I had no bad problems!!! Our front desk lady, I believe her name was Courtney was very friendly to me and helpful. And we were waiting to check in, so we proceeded to walk the beach. Well my mom had fallen on the pier and scraped her knee pretty bad and one of the maintenance people immediately went and got us some peroxide, bandaids and a towel to clean her up, I will forever be greatful to that man helping us!!!! This hotel is a good hotel for what you pay for!!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They gave my room away before I checked in and had to stay in a smaller one, they I had to pay for, so I paid for two rooms. The rooms have not been remodeled in decades, the rooms are falling apart. Stains on the carpet. the TV did not work. The walls are thin and noise from the other guests is horrible all night. THE SCAM. the hotel front desk will tell you not to park in the metered lot run by the city, instead to park in a dim back lot. This is so they can have your car towed and make some extra cash off it. There are NO signs saying not to park there, yet they claim thier are. STAY away from this hotel. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. its dirty, the staff is horrible, and they will try to make as much money off you as the can. TOTAL RIP OFF, STAY ANY WHERE ELSE

The resort had beautiful rooms, not as big as i expected it to be but still roomy. The view of the ocean was awesome and i like that they had a lazy river pool. they had several places to park around the hotel including a parking garage across the street. I would definitely go bak to this resort in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very well layed out, lots of amenenties, Rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again if have the chance.

amentities - pool etc good, room sub standard for the price, dated , worn, no plates, cups, silverware in the efficency room

awful experience, I should have suspected problems when I went to the building across the street from the hotel to check in...there was paper in the floor of the lobby. I was then told I owed $20 more dollars, $10 resort fee and $10 KEY deposit, yes they still use real keys. When I got to the main building the common areas were dirty and not air conditioned. The elevator was wet and dirty. The room was clean, but should have been re-modeled 20 years ago. AWFUL STAY AWAY....RUN

Loved the heated pools and lazy river.

Everything was ok for the money I paid for. 1 thing they need to improve is security for across the street parking lot. My husband 1994 honda delsol was stolen on there parking lot. Other than that I would recommend people with honda stay out of myrtle beach.
