fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. highly recommend!

Arrived late at night after flight delays. Front desk went to amazing lengths to find me a comfortable room and even sent up a complimentary hot chocolate because they knew it had been difficult day. Room was elegant and immaculate. A real oasis of relaxation in a hectic schedule.

This was by far the best airport hotel we have ever had the good fortune to stay in! we thought they must have upgraded us to one of the best rooms but - no - this was the regular standard king. Great value for money! and a beautifully appointed spacious bedroom and bathroom. We ate in the Dining Room and the food there was wonderful too with great service and really friendly staff. We are trying to find excuses to travel through Dallas again now!

The hotel and staff were very nice and super friendly. My only feedback which is not positive really is out of your control. The people walking the halls talking are very easy to hear- It got loud several times and I'm not sure if it is just the layout of the hotel or sound proof factor of the rooms, or just loud insensitive people, but otherwise, good place! Food was great! Location excellent! Ease of quick check in to airport is untouchable!

Overall property is very nice. The towels were a little thin and thread bear for the type of property. The bar food was very good and the wine excellent. I think that the items on the back bar (placemats, napkins, silverware and other hodge podge of items should be kept out of sight, it take away from what could be a really nice bar.

Not good. Room was very clean. But I opened the glass shower door unit and gasped! Stinch! Mold/Mildew/stale drain smell?????? Looked clean, but this shower needed help!!!!!! It was almost unbearable! No, it WAS unbearable! Towels were painfully thin. Disappointed. Free apple cider & cookies @ check in. Had a little fridge jammed packed w/things to purchase. No microwave. No chocolate on the pillow or free water. Nothing! What a disappointment! NOT worth my money. NOT at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I deserve a free night coupon. Keep the shower door shut & give me SOMETHING for this big bucks room.

Super convenient location in the hotel. Great food in the restaurant. Very pleasant experience!!

Very nice hotel. Avoid rooms near the elevator.

Stayed here for game at Cowboy Stadium. Loved the convenience and service. I highly recommend this hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were particularly friendly.

We were in Dallas for a football game at Cowboys Stadium. Easy drive to stadium and downtown area. Going through the toll station every time we left was a pain but not a big deal if you get your ticket validated, which we forgot twice at $7/each. Breakfast was delicious. Nice bar/lounge area with a limited menu. Coffee cafe opens at 4:30a. No "true" spa but offer spa services which was a good service for the price. Steam room was operational but nothing extravagant. Rooftop pool was small but well kept. Our favorite part was waking up 1 hour before departure, grabbing a coffee and walking to our gate (about 10 minutes). That was totally worth the inconvenience of the airport toll station. Highly recommend!

We had stayed here many times before and on that basis had high expectations of near-perfection. However, they were not able to accommodate our requested room location except in a room that doubled as a conference room, complete with large oval table, and a roll-away for one of the beds. We opted for the location over a more standard room. It wasn't bad, considering all that, and the table certainly facilitated room service meals (their food and service is great!), but it wasn't what we expected.

First class all the way! One of the nicest and well managed hotels I've stayed at. If ur staying at DFW this is the ONLY place to stay. Cheers

Hotels.com told me I had 7 nights free parking, but the hotel said only one day parking per one night's stay. Also to get coffee, the attendant required a voucher for each person -- a little chintzy for a first class hotel. Otherwise, everything was good.

Love this hotel. That staff goes above and beyond. Surprisingly happening scene in the lounge in the evening.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located within the airport. The amenities are amazing beginning from the rooms, to the restaurant and the rooftop heated pool. The hotel is seconds away from concourse D security check-point and it's extremely easy to travel on an overnight stay while you're traveling. I recommend the hotel by far as this one is truly in great shape (maintenance & aesthetics). Rates are obviously higher, but you get what you pay for; convenience, plush accomodations and a good modern atmosphere.

This hotel is to die for, it is very very nice. It is so relaxing, a must stay.

I knew that this would be a good fit for the type of trip I was taking -- a quick pop-in to DFW to meet up with some folks and then a quick flight back. Being on the Airport grounds makes for a very inviting stay, as you spend virtually no time between de-planing and relaxing at your hotel room. Add to the fact that the rental car shuttle is very close and it adds up to a good stay all around. Services include a full restaurant (did not use), M Lounge (full service bar and food available from restaurant in lounge area, and Moka bar (good for AM coffee). One thing to note is that you will need to drive someplace for entertainment/shopping. While DFW has a fair amount of shopping and things to do once behind security, it's pretty sparse on the non-secured portion of the airport which is where the hotel is (obviously). Overall, a nice stay.

recently I had to overnight in Dallas. I had another reservation at another hotel. But when I realized how large the Dallas airport was and that the Grand Hyatt was directly connected to the airport, I changed the reservation. this is a very nice hotel, and highly sound proofed - I never heard any planes! Definitely worth it!

Luxurious and convenient. A little pricey, though!

Excellent stay. Khanf Ha (front office agent) was very professional and attentive with all of our special requests. Dining was superb albeit pricey...atleast we got what we paid for!

If you have an overnight stay in DFW, this is the place to stay. We had an overnight connection through DFW and so spent the extra to stay in the airport. What a good choice - the hotel is on the tram stop, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed, nicely decorated with smooth high quality bedding. If you like good coffee in the AM, call the night before for a coffee maker. They bring you one of those pressurized single serve coffee makers with several servings to choose from. It was awesome! They also have a separate tub from the shower, so if you like a good soak in a nice clean tub w/out having to deal with a dumb shower curtain, this one is great. We loved it, it made the whole experience of the overnight layover a treat rather than a chore!

The staff at the Grand Hyatt DFW are always accommodating and helpful. They make flying a much better experience by enabling us to relax, eat great food and have a wonderful night's sleep before an early morning flight.

This hotel is just perfect for transfers at DFW. It's located in Terminal D and I was joining a Qantas flight to Sydney. I was able to have an excellent rest at this hotel in between flights. The room was wonderful. The only thing which irked me was that you have to pay for the internet.

Excellent service and food via room service. Rooms quiet and nicely appointed. Easy access to gaits. A real bargain considering everything.

The room was spacious and clean. The coupon to get a free cup of coffee at the snack bar downstairs was a nice touch. The huge bathroom was very classy. If you have to fly out the next morning, this is much better than some of the "nearby" hotels where you have to deal with catching a shuttle and lugging your luggage long distances. I highly recommend this place! you won't be dissapointed.

Alwasy awesome to stay at Grand Hyatt for layover on route to Canada. The hotel is convenient and so handy for early flights. Front desk can help with your check-in to help speed up this process if you're running late.

My family spent the night in Dallas to connect to another flight the next day. We arrived in the "D" concourse and it could not of been easier to arrive at the hotel. I suggest this hotel to any family looking to make it easy on themselves. Using Hotels.com made it even easier. The front desk staff took wonderful care of us as did the bell men. The restaurant/bar is a great and easy place to relax after a long day traveling. We would stay again...and again...
