This hotel is located at a very convenience location and room is clean and ppl are friendly and helpful. But the room was really very small from the door to the bed takes less than 3 steps. Toilet shower head very noisy and water temp up and down fast. Toilet bowl position very squeeze. But overall still good and nice to stay in.

The location is very convenient: food, shopping, transportation, etc. Other than that, I did not enjoy one thing from the room such as the smell from the air conditioner, a cockroach showed up during my 1st day shower, individual boiler but not enough hot water to finish a shower leisurely, no space for a stand or tiny dressing table to place your stuff (may be they expect the guest to put everything under the bed, when I saw the pipes in the bathroom, I thought I checked in a public housing instead of a hotel, free wifi was not working at all until my husband made a complaint and insisted their concierge to check on it...as a conclusion, it's not worth what I paid for at all. I'll never stay at this place. When compare the pictures on the website, none of them matched.

The size of the room was extremely small the measurement from the booking included the bathroom the desk employee said he was manager said that it will be $100.00 more a night to upgrade the location was good close to metro

The hotel is centrally located at Mongkok. Walking distance to 2 nearest MTR stations. Many shoppings and eateries around. Near to night clubs and ktvs.

Had my stay last jan 18 til 21 and overall it was pleasant. The rooms were small but the basic things needed are there and the water is strong. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near to all the shopping areas and subway .

The bed is right AT THE DOOR. There was a 5 inch deep cubboard ON the wall, which serves as your table, closet, desk, and your night stand. There is no other furniture in the room, total about 80 sf, as there is no space. The bathroom has a corner which is where you shower, with a curtain to keep the water from shedding onto rest of the bathroom. However shower water WILL flow freely all across the bathroom till it drains into a hole on the floor. The bathroom sink is a 1 foot diameter tiny one with no place whatsoever on the side. You put your glasses, etc, on the towel shelf behind the towels. Since the bed is directly stuffed against the wall on one side, you rub against the wall when you sleep. Forget about cleaniness. The hotel is located right in the middle of the red light area in Mongkok, with plenty of "business people" right in front of your hotel entrance, which, interestingly enough, is outside the lobby (since there is no space in the lobby), direct from a "park" which is crowded with quite scary characters. The staff tried very hard to do their job, but are obviously poorly trained. We stood at the reception when checking out, waiting for them to "check the room" for a good 20 minutes, and heard the walkie talkie ourselves sayng the check is over. Yet the staff paid no attention and kept on doing something else, which we thought was some sort of paperwork. Turned out, she was just paying attention. So if you want a normal hotel, avoid this one at all cost.

A more that suitable hotel in Kowloon for our single night. Do not expect a big room in HongKong and you wont be dissapointed, but most suitable for two adults. Staff courteous and efficient.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would surely use the hotel in future visits.

I booked this hotel for two nights it was so bad I only stayed for one night and booked into another hotel

The room is very small. Its not convenient. Its far from MTR. I stayed for 5 nights. I hanged the clean room up sign everyday, I think bedsheet was not replaced. No hair dryer. No fridge. I can even hear clearly of the people talking at the room beside my room. Hotel building was nice. I cant even request for early check in, I have to wait till the actual time, a waste of my time. Unlike other hotels, which I can check out slightly 1-2hours later because of my flight timing. But here, I had to check out on time at 12pm. Overall, I rated 2 stars.

If you stay in HK for a very short period of time, it is a good location hotel. The room only classify as motel room as my standard. Very small in space each room.

The staff was friendly, though they do not speak English that well; I had to draw a picture of what was wrong with my room in order for one of the receptionists to understand. The location is great; close to the Mongkok MTR station. If you are traveling straight to the hotel from the airport, make sure you have landmarks and such to help the cab driver know where it is because mine didn't and dropped me off at the wrong place! The only things I did not like about the place is 1)the wifi was spotting depending on which floor you were on. I was originally on 8, and it was fine. But when I moved to 6, I had to use the 5th floor wifi and the 7F wifi was spotty as well. 2) on 6F, whenever someone used the bathroom upstairs, I could hear the pipes. 3) The other guests were too loud at some points, but the front desk was of no help because they didn't understand what I was trying to say. Also, the staff that was in charge of cleaning the rooms would often leave their walkie-talkies on early in the morning (around 7 am) so I could hear the loud conversation going on. But all in all, the place served it's purpose and was clean. That works in my book...

Good location and satisfactory service but improvements can be made with the addition of a refrigerator in the rooms. We were also not given a Single bed room as requested prior to booking and upon arrival was rejected as we were told that the occupancy was very high. Very disappointed as we thought we would be allocated our desired room if we had requested beforehand.

Good budget hotel, very small room but do the job. Bathroom/ toilet/ shower room :( very small. You get what you are paying for. Hotel in HK are expensive.... Would not stay more than 2 nights.

Ths was a last minute deal for two nights . I would not have wanted to stay any longer .The description of the room said it was small and gave dimensions but i was shocked when i saw it . The bus to the airport was very near so that was a bonus. Very helpful staff

Hotel room is super super small. My hubby and myself travelled from Japan and stopover at Hong Kong. We have 2 luggages of winter wears but the room is too small to place our luggages. There is no space for us to open the luggages. We have no choice but to place it on the bed and on the floor and after selecting out whatever we want in the luggage, we have to place it under the bed. There is no wardrobe, only a flat cabinet, which allow maximum of 3 T-shirts hanging in the cabinet. A flat screen TV place on top of the flat cabinet together with a electric kettle. The bath is extremely small, basin, toilet and bath area - all in 1. Water pipes are exposing and rusty. The toilet is always damp and smelly. Its the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Hotel was great. Good service. Right next to Nathan Road which never sleeps so that was awesome!

Just need a place to crush for a night, I did not expect much but even worse than I thought. Not only the room is extremely small, also you can hear EVERYTHING next room or corridor. Location is great is you like to shop. Never again.

I booked this hotel and stay for 2 nights for extend my Chinese Visa in Hongkong. The room is quite small, and too noisy! I can even hear the water sound of shower from next door clearly and heavily. The bedroom is not sound-proof. I can't sleep well at all. The location is good and walking distance to Mongkok shopping area.

This is the smallest room I have stayed in HK. Their single bed room is just a bed, shower and washroom. Don't expect to have guest as there is no chair at all. So hard to stay again. But the staffs were okay, friendly and helpful

Very small room, although this is typical in HK. No window and not much ventilation, hence claustrophobic! Constant noise from surrounding rooms including flushing toilets. I had to sleep with earplugs all three nights. Clean room and good friendly service were the good aspects. Budget travellers willing to rough it will be ok here.

The room is too small, the TV don't work properly, the water is not hot enough for shower and most of all you can hear your neighbour singing and talking in the middle of the night!!!

Looked ok, but received a small closet type room which had plumbing problems and was very smelly. Had to change rooms after 1 night, and received another room just like the first. Not even enough space in the room to lay out the suit case on the floor. Had to be on the bed or stored under the bed. Extremely cramped and showered/toilet/sink all in a 2" x 4" area making the toilet wet after a shower.

I originally wanted to stay for 4 nights, but only stayed for 2 because my flight was canceled due to the tyhpoon. I sent e-mails and called the hotel notifying them I was not going to be able to make it. When I got to the hotel, they said they were going to charge me for all 4 nights anyway, because they held the room which I did not tell them to do. I asked to speak to the manager, and they wouldn't even let me! They then proceeded to gossip about me in Chinese, not knowing I could understand. Aside from this level of rudeness, the hotel itself is not even worth it. I have lived in mainland China, and even I can say that this hotel is SMALL. You cannot even put your luggage through the door - It's literally a cave. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, period. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing good about it. Put the money you would've saved booking this hotel towards another that might be a little more expensive, but actually is a room and won't have petty gossiping employees.

This is one hotel that I would never want to stay again in Hong Kong. The rooms are small and crumb, worse of all is the bathroom is not even fit for bathing. Hotel staff are not flexible and rather proud and not helpful at all.

I book a room for single and it turn out to be the smallest room that I ever stay in my life. When you open the room it the standing area and on my left is the single bed and right is the small toilet and you are fat I doubt you can enter the toilet with a very limit standing area. your luggage goes under the bed that the only space. I when there for leisure so I just go back late at night to sleep only so it ok with me for a two nights stay any longer then that I doubt I can take it cos it just too small for comfort. The location is perfect walking distance to Mong Kok shopping and ladies street.and food is available at the surrounding and the next time I would book a bigger room if I go to HK again.

There are few places in HK that are reasonably central to town for shopping and browsing. Hotel MK is one of those places. The room was small, but perfectly adequate for the price. Infact, why do you need a bigger room ? It has free wifi in the room and lobby, with LCD tv in room. The plumbing was quite noisy from the neighbours, but after midnight when everyone's in bed, this is not a problem. Bed was comfortable, clean and en suite was clean and functional. Shall return for sure and recommend to anyone who wants a central place on a budget.

I am a single traveller. I opted for the cheaper single room. My room was very small with about enough room to turn. Lack of a window was a bit depressing. The toilet/shower was combined in one with a wet room and was a tight squeeze. Free wifi internet access with very good signal. Good standard TV with good channel selection. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a cheap place to stay in central HK who does not need the extra frills. Walking distance to Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok MTR stations so is very convenient. Short taxi ride from Kowloon Airport Express station. Perfect for the 'no frills' traveller.

It's in the middle of Mong Kok, near the MTR station with the same name (2/3 minutes to walk). The area is really busy with a lot of shops and shopping centers. Also the night market is really close. This area is typical chinese and you can find a lot things cheaper than in other areas of Hong Kong.

The hotel is conveniently located to the Metro system, has a safe, secure entry system, and a very friendly staff. The rooms are very small. The small bed touched three of the four walls and the shower, toilet, and sink were all literally on top of one another. Very, very small with hard beds and not much space or many amenities. This is the place for you if you are looking for a bare minimum stay.

Very convenient, staff at conceirge is very very friendly and helpful, I saw him reminding front desk to follow up tasks as committed to hotel client, very responsible and thoughtful.

we booked this hotel for convience and it was close to everything. the downfall was not the small room & bed but the state of the bathroom. we had no hot water one morning. the pipes in the bathroom where rusty . we did ask for an upgrade but it was over $500 anite more. i would not recommened this hotel to others because of the bathroom. thankyou
