Stayed 5 nights with spouse, enjoying vacation time in a great city. Everything was great at Embassy Suites, location, easy check in and out, clean and spacious room, great and free breakfast, free and fast wi-fi and 6-8 pm free coctails/drinks at bar. Good fine dining Argentinean restaurant Evita in hotel, much better choice than some of very expensive in-hotel restaurant in Polanco area. Ok, just to stay something negative, one of three elevators did not work out... Highly recommended and to be repeated.

Well first the non refundable rate is not good at all. At least have the ability to cancel 24 hours before, this is especially good for people who are busy and their schedules change constantly. Then we had issues with the shower, the water would leak thru the curtain and also the toilet would leak. The housekeeping service wasn't that great. And finally if these are suites with two double beds and a sofa bed, why do they charge extra when it is 3 or more people ??? They are suites. Especially in the bathroom they only put 3 towels and they are pretty washed out. So the hotel does have some strange policies.

Spacious rooms, complimentary water, wonderful buffet breakfast and evening cocktail hour. Complimentary bikes for a ride to the park. The staff is incredibly helpful. Four blocks from a metro stop and two blocks from the main bus line. A great hotel and will stay again on our next visit.

This is by far the best embassy suites I have visited.The staff were extremely hospitable. The breakfast and managers reception were extraordinary. I would definitely go back. I wish more of the embassy suites were like this one.

I stayed here last year and the year before. I have seen a decline each time. Some hotels just go off the boil. This is one. The staff are lovely. Cant complain about that. The building however maybe doesnt have the best fixtures or quality thereof. Complained about lack of cold water in the bathroom. Water was boiling hot, almost dangerously so. They sent someone up, It was fixed for a few hours and then reverted to the same. Little things like a hair dryer not working so they replaced it with another..... that did not work. Or maybe it was simply the bathroom electrics? I just got the impression that possibly the cracks were starting to show through. On the first morning of our stay, the breakfast was relocated from the breakfast room to their argentinian restaurant, evita. this, it would appear was due to a conference taking place in the breakfast room. the arrangement in the restaurant was makeshift and inadequate and left you thinking "are the guests the main priority in this place?" the breakfast however, was good. appetizers and cocktails from 6-8pm were good but not as abundant as before. all in all, a good hotel, but embassy needs to send a qualtiy control man to evaluate this place. next time i will stay down the road at the proper hilton or the gran hotel ciudad de mexico. both are better.

Hotel is excellent, very good attention, nice rooms, very good breakfast. The associated tours companies are not really the best on the market.

This hotel gives you the best value for your money, specially if you don't like big hotels. The rooms (all suites) are very comfortable and the Steak House (Evita) is also an excellent restaurant for Mexican, steaks and Italian dishes. The service is outstanding

This was a great, comfortable, large hotel room. The location was perfect for me and the price was right. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were also great. I will definitely stay here again if my needs call for it.

Was there for business purposes in Mexico and my wife accompanied me, she was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding warmth and great hospitality the hotel personnel expressed to us. The food is great, the bartender is friendly and good with his mixes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking of visiting Mexico City it is nearby everything.

The indoor swimming pool and gym are a plus. Location is awesome, right in the best part of Reforma Avenue. Full breakfast is available at no extra cost, and is very good. I'll stay there again! The only possible complaint and this is not particular to this property only but to the entire Hilton chain is that they charge you for wireless internet I think in a four and five star property this should be free but again this is only a minor inconvenience that will cost you an additional 11.00 per day.

I travel to Mexico City frequently and have stayed at a variety of hotels, but this by far, is the most comfortable, clean, and the staff I found to be extremely courteous. I am used to staying Polanco area, so the only downfall of this hotel is that it is situated on Calle Reforma, one of the streets with the worst traffic in all of the city! Nonetheless, I will brave the traffic to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Embassy Suites enjoys a great central city location, in the "Pink Zone." The staff was warm, friendly, engaging, and very professional. Our room was large, well appointed and spotless. We enjoyed the complimentary evening cocktails, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a broad selection items. We are happy to recomend this property, and we will return on our future trips to Mexico City.

This was our second stay at the Embassy Suites. It is a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the main square. We felt very safe, and the staff could not have been more helpful. The complementary breakfast and manager's reception were delightful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff is friendly and always available to provide you the best possible service. Complementary Breakfast is superb with many options and will hold you up for an entire day. The rooms are very comfortable. I felt laundry service was kind of pricey.

Empezando por los DESAYUNOS, felicidades a la chef que nos preparo unos riquísimos omelets al gusto, pero todo muy rico y sin batallar , en las tardes la hora de cortesía casi es una cena ligth, la limpieza del hotel excelente, el restaurante evita de 10, l El bar muuy nice, la alberca muy limpia y a temperatura adecuada, el gimnasio completisimo, y los alrededores muy tranquilos puedes salir a pasear hasta tarde, ah nos toco un temblor de 7.6 grados y ni lo sentimos.

Excelente Hotel, limpio, amplio, con un gran servicio, sumamente recomendable!!! Si van a México, D.F. este es el Hotel, la única cosa es que el lugar donde sirven el desayuno es pequeño, pero nada que quite el sueño pues, la comida es exquisita y los cuartos están pulcros y limpios.

Me encantó la suite, muy espaciosa, con zonas separadas (cuarto, baño, sala), así que mientras mi bebé dormía, podíamos ordenar room service y ver tv cómodamente en la sala. Excelente ubicación para turistear, muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca. Todo el personal fue muy amable y por primera vez no tuve ningún inconveniente al hospedarme en un hotel. El costo del estacionamiento es muy razonable.

nos parecio muy comodo, muy bien ubicado, muy bueno el desayuno...quedamos muy satisfechos. camas y almohadas de primera, muy atentos en el servico. excelentes instalaciones lo recomendamos ampliamente!!

un hotel muy estrategico por su ubicacion, tienes enfrente del hotel la parada del touribus tanto de la ciudad como para hacer recoridos fuera de ella que sean interesantes, un buen serviciopor parte de la gente que lo atiende, lo unico malo es que no hay servicio de telefono publico de monedas solamente de tarjeta y no se pueden realizar llamadas ni locales ni internacionales, el hotel te cobra casi 3 dolares por cada llamada local, lo cual no me parecio logico yua que en otros hoteles no te combran por llamdas locales, otra cosa que me parecio aburridora de las habitaciones es que tiene muchas luces intermitentes de las alarmas de incenndio, lo cual no te deja dormir en paz, lo mismo tiene una alarma intemitente que nunca se apaga del televisor, el telefono por la noche queda una luz tenue que es muy molestosa, lo mismo el radio rteloj, por lo demas puedes ir a este hotel, economico, bueno y bien ubicado

Es por esto, que es posible conocer los principales sitios turísticos de la Ciudad. En cuanto a nuestro servicio, tenga por seguro, que seguiremos esforzándonos por mantener los más altos estándares de calidad que distingue a nuestro hotel. Por otro lado, lamentamos los inconvenientes causados por las luces emitidas por nuestro sistema contra incendio en su suite. Tomaremos en cuenta sus comentarios. Apreciamos su honestidad. Esperamos que la próxima vez que visite la Ciudad de México, nos de la oportunidad de recibirle nuevamente.

本当にすばらしいホテルでした。 部屋も2部屋ありとっても広く、設備もすばらしかったです。またスタッフも親切でしたし、また夕方の無料のカクテルレセプションはスナック等もあり、大変満足しました。 客層が半分以上はビジネス客のためか、全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気であり、また朝食も充実していました。 ただし空港からのタクシーでは、他のHiltonと間違えられてしまいましたので（私も確認不足でしたが）、タクシーで行く際にはホテル名をご注意ください。

El área de restaurante en donde se sirve el desayuno es muy pequeño a tal grado que muchas personas tenían que esperar para tomar su desayuno.

hola les recomendaria a todo el embassy suite by hilton en mexico df reforma, un muy buen hotel muy comodo y las habitaciones son suites de verdad con sala aparta, microondas, lava trastos, refrigerado y tiene un sofa cama que es igual de comodo que una cama la habitcion con dos camas super comodas, asi que ni lo piensen un mun buen hotel, excelente servisio, atencion muy buena

El servicio del personal excelente y un ambiete agradable, el unico comentario o mejora seria que la vista de la habitacion no fuera obstruida por una columna que atraviesa la ventana y adicional la textura que tiene el vidrio que impide tener una buena visibilidad. Por todo lo demas excelente el servicio

el hotel ofrece buen servicio, excelente desayuno, happy hour y habitación de buen tamaño y calidad La conserje además fue muy servicial
