Zenit Lisboa - لشبونة

Probably about a 20 minute walk to the city centre and about a 2 minute walk to the nearest tube station. The staff were mostly decent. Very reasonable prices, modern interior, decent bathrooms and close to the city centre. The only negatives were the lack of pillows. One on each side of the bed and they were hopeless. Also, they have those card things instead of room keys and they rarely worked. It was a major pain in the hoop having to go back to reception after trying and failing to get into our room almost every time. In conclusion, it was very good and the negatives were few. Really good value and I'd defo recommend it.

I found this hotel extremely convenient and confortable. It s located in a quite area a 15 min walk to the old part of lisbon. it s a small hotel, about 80 rooms, found it very peaceful. Rooms are modern and the beds extremely confortable. every day our room got cleaned very well! Great price

Excellent hotel, Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. The bathroom was spotless although there was the smell of mildew. Good location. Easy walk to the tourist buses. Great restaurant a couple of blocks away - next to McDonalds just a block from the circle. Taxi's near-by. A block from the metro. Hotel window opened which was a great perk. Comfortable bed. Really - no complaints other than the mildew smell in the bathroom but there was no mildew in sight so I am not sure where the smell was coming from. Great stay - would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last four years on an annual trip to Lisboa and we have always found it to be to 3 star standard at the very least.Now it has become very shabby and the bed linen was extremely worn.NOT want you want for your comfort.The windows did not shut properly so it was very noisey and the usual tea making facilities are not now available.The staff are as helpful and friendly as always but the hotel needs a "makeover".

We were walking distant to sightseeing transportation. (red-line- hop on on hop off). We had only two days here, so it was the best way to see Lisbon. Parking was bad on the street,also very difficult to park in hotel garage. Also direction to get to hotel was very difficult. Even people we asked for directions had a hard time. Street signs were posted on the building in very small print. Not on sign post. Once we parked our car we walked everywhere and till it was time to leave. Hotel was clean, no attendance to help with luggage.

Stayed here for 3 nights in October. Modern, clean well run spot. Its a good location only a short walk from the Avenidas and very close to a metro stop.

Total value for money, beautiful hotel, very clean, decor lovely and very modern. Nice Bose sound system in bathroom too so you can hear the television while you shower! Bonus. Very quiet and super comfortable beds (we had a twin room). Right next to the Sheratin so location great and close to Tube stop. It says it is a 4 star and is exactly that!

This is a lovely hotel pretty much in the centre of Lisbon, next to the Parque Eduard VII and handy for most sightseeing (I even walked all the way to Belem - but I wouldn't do it again). The rooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of Lisbon, with its permanent low-flying planes, it's really quiet. Food is very good too as we noted when we had breakfast. Only downside: the electricity kept cuttting out. That's fine if you're in the room, but pretty inconvenient if you are in the shower in a bathroom without natural lighting. But that - and perhaps the lack of a pool - was the only downside.

The staff at Zenit are fantastic. Very service oriented and responsive. Truly a refreshing experience as this is not often the norm in Europe. The room was very quiet, which we appreciated greatly, and nicely presented - wood floor, nice wall treatments. The bathroom was very large by European standards and was very clean. The room was air conditioned and the window could also open if desired. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was an assortment of Portuguese baked goods, fruits, cheeses, meats, juices, and hot items. The eggs were scrambled or could be cooked to order. Coffee was available in copious quantities (also a refreshing change from other European locations). The bar in the lobby is comfortable and offers a wide variety of beverages; many unique. The only issue was that the internet connection was extremely slow on one night (the hotel was fully booked). Checking e-mail was OK, but any video or picture type information was problematic. The other night, there was no trouble watching streaming video. The hotel is located very close to a metro stop from which it is easy to get anywhere in Lisbon for a nominal fee. All in all the Hotel Zenit was a pleasure to stay at. I will definitely stay there again when in Lisbon. For point of reference, I have reached platinum status with several US based hotel groups and am accustomed to staying in properties that have been categorized as "worlds best".

A 30 minute downhill walk takes you to the waterfront. Hotel staff speak English and are most helpful. There are no computers for guests but Wi-Fi is available. Rooms are quiet, small and adequate. Bathrooms are quite nice although one could wish for washcloths to be provided! Good value for the money!

The beds were not comfortable as the legs were not stable so the beds would actually wobble. The door handle to the fridge was coming apart. The fridge door could only be opened about 20 degrees before the door jams against the floor. I was in a 5th floor room, don't remember the room number. I asked for extra pillows but was told they had none available. I asked for help with the wifi but the staff were not able to help me. Overall, a bad experience.

It was a beautiful hotel with lots of modern decor and fancy amenities but I found that my room was not very clean. There were obvious places it had not been dusted and my top blanket had blood stains on them....gross! However, my room had a VERY small balcony but it provided a really nice view of the city. Also, accessing the internet was kind of a pain in the butt, but at least it was free and fast.

Excellent business hotel, highly recommended.

This hotel ticks pretty much all the boxes for us, good value, fantastic location, good service from reception. Metro station is a block away, less than 10 minutes into central city, we didn't have breakfast there so can't comment. Room was lovely and modern, bed was super super comfy! Folding doors open up for fresh air. Internet in the lobby was a bit of a rip off though, Eur3 for 15 min I think. Overall a great stay, definitely recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff.Not a hotel to eat in but there are shopping malls nearby and coffee shops and a restaurant next to hotel (Mon -Fri).Financial district so quiet at the weekend. Parking is underground and as you and the car descend by elevator ;the staff will kindly park for you. We have been going to this hotel for Christmas shopping and galleries and museums and an annual party with Lisbon friends.We recognise it is mainly a business hotel.Some updating needed in rooms but it is always clean and comfortable.The heating/air con was a problem this time and it was cold at the end of November.As I do no like heating/air con it was OK for me-but I took a hot water bottle! Unlike Portuguese chains-Spanish Zenit does not provide tea making facilities in the room there again take a kettle. Overall comfortable and mainly quiet and you can walk to the Gulbenkian,El Cortes Ingles and a sweet little musem housed in a casa around the corner. Metro on the corner so easy access to all Lisboa.

The hotel lobby is very nice and the registration staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well appointed. Good location - close to subways to get to the tourist areas. Definitely a good value! We would highly recommend this hotel if you want to save a few dollars and are willing to take public transportation.

Good Hotel at a reasonable rate. Nearby Metro link to Town Centre. Coffee and rolls for breakfast at cafe at rear of Hotel. Staff helpful.

Clean place with good service. Nothing exciting and not perfect location, but very close to metro and easy to travel around town. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The hotel offers small comforable rooms where the plumbing always works. It's near the centre if you don't mind a 30 minute walk and brilliantly situated for the Metro and buses. If you understand Lisbon, there are lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is good but the restaurant closes at weekends and on public holidays. Great for the Gulbenkian or business.

Zenit Lisboa is close to the Aeroshuttle bus stop and the metro, but beware in the summer. The air conditioning was not working properly and we spent - fortunately only - one sleepless night. The decor is modern, and it is very clean, but the check-in-service was deplorable. They were contacted the day before that our plane will arrive at 6 a.m., requesting an early check in. When we got to the hotel at 7 a.m., we were told to come back in 2 to 3 hours. We had breakfast, did some sight seeing and returned at 11 a.m. to be told that the room was still not ready. After almost falling asleep in the lobby and still no room at 12:15 p.m., I returned to the clerk yet again to ask, and we finally got a room. Completely overtired the next night and no ac and hence no sleep, we were happy to leave the next morning.

Great hotel, outside of downtown area but only 100m from metro and bus stop. Take the Aerobus from the airport to Saldahna for €3.50. Room was larger than usual European standard. Bar staff were wonderful; filled up a large wine bucket of ice every evening for us! Hotel is not in downtown/tourist area; return metro ticket is €1.75 to get from Saldahna to downtown in 10 mins or you can get a 24 hour all city ticket for €3.75. Breakfast with the locals in cafes surrounding the hotel - pastries plus coffee for 2 ranged from €2-5 altogether. Bathroom was wonderful and our room on 8th floor was really clean. Beds were very comfortable and in 40 Celsius heat, the A/C worked very well! Free WiFi in the room.

Affordable, clean, nice, not close to city center but excellent bus system allows easy access to Belem, and City Centre. Friendly and nice surroundings

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Very elegant, location was extremely convenient, our room was roomy and bathroom was big! With a requested extra bed in our room, there was still room to walk around confortably. Breakfast was delicious with hot and cold items, yougurts, dry and fresh fruit, bread, etc. The hotel pictures don't give this magnificient hotel any justice. It's beautiful and very classy! Will stay here again and again!!! Don't hesitate to stay here! Just book it!

My husband and I stayed here the first and last night of our trip to Portugal and this hotel was perfect. Although it wasn't very close to the main attractions, there was a metro that was very close and the surrounding streets were nice and quite. Lovely service as well!

The rooms have marble floors to include the hallways. You can hear everything whether its in the hallway of room above or next door. Very bad situation and in our case it was noisey even though the hotel was not that busy. Other than that it was good stay.

This place is by far a five star hotel in any city. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and gave a great deal of advice for places to eat, shop, etc. Upon entering the rooms we knew we made the right decision. The room was extremely clean and remodeled. The TV had several engish speaking channels (only used when our feet were tired at the end of the day). The showers were great! We traveled for over 2 weeks in Portugal and this was hands down the best place we stayed. The Metro (underground rail) is two blocks away. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance but several right down the road within 2 minute walk. It took about 35 minutes to walk from the hotel to the River or you could take the Metro and be there in 5-10 minutes.

Good location, good value, very compatible staff (many speak Eglish), highly recommend it

i stayed in this hotel for three nights and i was fully and totally satisfied with staffs!!! they were attentive and kind. i regret not to ask their names but everybody at the reception desk was kind. definitely i will go back to this hotel and recommend to my friends.

We stayed at the Zenit Lisboa for 4 nights in a triple room which was clean and comfortable. Several times when we wanted to speak to someone at reception we had to wait for long periods of time as they only had one staff member at the desk. Had a meal in the restaurant once which was great and we were even offered three complimentary entrees while we were waiting for our main. We probably wouldn't have been so delighted if we had known they were going to appear on our bill at the end!! This being said, the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and in a good location (near Metro stations etc).

location was great and walking distance from where our hop on hop off bus tour started as well as from the metro stops. Cute hotel rooms and staff was helpful.

The Hotel Zenit was the best of our hotel stays! The hotel is just north of the City Center but easily within walking distance (although it is uphill coming back). The neighborhood is quiet, has several restaurants and is close to El Corte Ingles, the mall/department store (7 stories of whatever you may need). The room was spacious for European standards, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff actually folded and/or hung up some of our clothes we left out! A nice touch. The hotel staff? Amazing!!! I can't mention names but his name started with a P. When we asked for a dinner recommendation, he talked with us for about 10 minutes and said to come back at 9, I will have something for you. P was able to figure out our personality and he made some of the best dinner recommendations/reservations that personally suited us and our tastes. He was able to get us a cab quickly and sent us on our way to 3 awesome nights of food, music and fun. I hope everyone that stays here gets to meet/interact with this gentleman. BTW - The people of Portugal speak amazing English, so no worries about figuring out the Portugese language.

Located a fair bit out of town with limited nearby facilites, the hotel stands high along Boa Vista Avenue. Nice greeting with port and attentive staff. Lovely room, but would be nice to have a selection of cds with player and a larger TV to watch from the bed. Sadly a private party on the saturday meant noise in our 3rd floor room, and while we could have complained, at 1am we didn't want to move and the party was unlikely to stop. No gym in a 5 star hotel and an option to pay 10euros and go to a local gym nearby seem a little poor. Overall a nicely laid out hotel, that lacked the 5 star thought
