NH Victoria Collection - غرناطة

Very large room with a private patio area. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Very satisfied with the hotel for the price we paid. Close to the bus stop for Alhambra. The staff was very helpful at suggesting local restaurants with authentic tapas. Parking in the lot around the corner was 20€ per day.

overall it was excellent and very clean; electrical is a bit confusing but doable staff is friendly and helpful

hello one week back from a fantastic four night break in granada at nh victoria .hotel situated in middle of shopping and historical area .bar and restaurant availiable bar shuts a little early but prices fair and service good. rooms large and well cleaned .could not fault hotel great stay.thankyou

This hotel is located in the middle of everything. I would reccomend this hotel and if back in Granada would stay there. The free wireless is only in the lobby and only good for 30 minutes but you can get another password and log on again. Highly recommend

We could not fault this hotel apart from the cost of the Garage, but I suppose that you have to pay for the convenience of parking in the city centre.

Excellent location in the center of Granada. Walk to most sites or a short bus ride. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Mostly exceptional staff in a well-located hotel very close to the Cathedral and shopping areas. Convenient underground parking (charges apply). Rooms are small but comfortable and don't have complimentary wifi. Wifi is only available in public areas, free for 30 minutes per day.

NH Victoria was a nice hotel, probably renovated within past 3-4 years. Rooms were clean and well kept. The location was great, right in central Grenada. I would stay there again.

This was lovely hotel. Very helpful desk help for directions and storing luggage. Wonderful location in walking distance to everything in central downtown Granada.

very good place all around

Nice hotel.Excellent location.Reasonable price.The hallways of the hotel leading to the rooms were too dark and seemed to require a change. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. It' s central too but a long walk from the Alhambra so ask about the mini bus which you can pick up about five minutes away. The Victoria car park is alongside and below the hotel so that's the one to use. It was about 20 euro per day. All in all I would certainly recommend the hotel.

This hotel is in a great position to reach all attractions by foot...The tour bus is 19 euros for 48 hours, although you can walk to most...The hotel is fabulous, the beds are the comfiest I have ever slept in, the rooms are spotless,the bathrooms are very large,overall rating I would give 10 out of 10.....Granada is a lovely city, I would love to go back soon and would thoroughly recommend this hotel .

This is an old hotel with the latest updates. Everything was attractive and convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location is right in the middle of Granada and exciting. Directions to the parking were difficult - they could have used a valet to park the car for a fee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel pampered in old Granada.

Wonderful central location, easy to get to alhambra and other sites by bus or foot. friendly and helpful staff, free internet in lobby. Room on the small side but otherwise wonderful, clean and luxurious. Would definitely recommend staying here

Hotel very nice and the staff is first rate. All spoke English. Hotel is easy to find, but finding the attached garage is difficult. Recommend GPS.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city. It was perfect for a walking tour of the city, and just a short cab ride up to the Alhambra. I got a great deal on hotels.com so it ended up being a great value as well.

I stayed at 7 hotels on my trip and this was my favorite hands down. Everything was perfect, from the room size, service, and location. It's situated about 1 block from the action so it doesn't get loud. Our room had a small patio so we could relax there. The room was big as well, which was a good change from the small rooms in the other hotels. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is wonderful. It is at a very busy corner which can be a little annoying coming and going, but it is a great central location. The room was large, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I honestly can't think of a hotel I enjoyed more either in Europe or the U.S.

This was probably the best hotel my fiancee and I stayed in during a two-week trip to Spain and Portugal. It's in a great, convenient location, with lots of stuff nearby and a short walk to the bus up to the Alhambra (which is the main reason most tourists come to Granada.) The room was very clean and the service was very helpful and spoke good English. The bed was comfortable. Our only gripe was that you have to pay for the internet, but that definitely wasn't a deal-breaker.

The room was the largest I stayed in in Europe! Very convenient location as well. The only minor complaint I have is the location of the television. It sat on the desk in the corner at an inconvenient angle to the bed. Otherwise, I appreciate the speaker in the bathroom for the television and the size of the room. Free wireless is also a great asset.

Excellent central location, friendly helpful staff at desk, room cleaners and restaurant. Being a breakfast person I took the buffet breakfast special which also offered hot omelettes, eggs, sausages, etc only if you read then little card on the table. Only complaint was that the free wireless Internet offered was available only in the lobby (not a major problem) but was accessed with a password that allowed for 30 mins continuous usage only (kind of a pain.) Had to keep asking for more 30 min internet password slips and one desk staff said it was one 30 min per day limit. Just ask a different desk person and at different times. Otherwise would easily recommend hotel.

They gave us a room with a nice view & balcony, as requested. The staff was helpful.

The hotel is good in all circumstances. Staff are friendly. They helped us to book the flemengo show and called us for updates when we were out of the hotel. But the internet connection is only available for 30 min per nite per room at the lobby. So, if you and your travel companion desperately need to get online, you have to reconsider this hotel. Otherwise, it's a good choice.

This hotel was great! It was in the heart of the city and very close to all the sites. We were there for Semana Santa and could see the processions for our balcony. If you are a light sleeper, it may be too close to the action. When Real Madrid played Barcelona you coud hear the fans having fun late into the night/morning! The breakfast in the morning was wonderful! They offered a buffet of foods especially delicious fresh fruit and juices. The only downside was that they did not have computers to use for free.

Really enjoyed staying here. Typical NH style room: Clean, simple, well appointed. Well located. Next to shopping 15 min walk from Alhambra 20 minutes from the old Islamic area. Helpful staff at the front desk.

The NH Victoria is a great hotel that couldn't be more central to food (Navas St.), attractions, and shopping. The staff (Imma, David, and Nacho) went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The area can get a bit noisy at night because of its location, but we requested an inside room and didn't hear a thing. The hotel's atmosphere is a bit corporate, but very classy and elegant. The only other thing we could have wanted was free internet access...right now (April 2011) they have internet for 10 Euros/day (or free for 30min/day)

We really enjoyed this hotel. I was probably the nicest we stayed at in all of Spain. Very clean, modern, beautiful and in a great location. Our room was very quiet. At check-in the offered for us to upgrade to a larger room for 30 Euro, which we declined. Good thing because it was totally unnecessary. At the base price with no upgrade, the room was larger than any other room we stayed at in Spain. They have parking in a public garage below the hotel -- it's a little hard to find because you need to get around the hotel, then go down an alley which says (in Spanish) do not enter, EXCEPT for public parking. Cost was 19 Euro/night for parking.

Just stayed the one night in the NH Victoria on a tour through Spain. Great hotel - very comfortable room, chic design and a fantastic location right in the centre of Granada. Tapas restaurants and shops immediately outside the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Hotel muy agradable situado en él centro. Muy tranquilo. El desayuno, no incluido, era bastante caro.

Hotel muito central, confortável, mas de difícil acesso para quem está de carro. Se o objetivo for apenas ver Alhambra, existem outras opções próximas ao palácio.

Es increíble que en un hotel de esta categoría - y de precio medio/alto - el acceso a internet vía wifi siga siendo limitado (sólo en el lobby y durante media hora . . . a partir de ahí hay que pagar). Es una asignatura pendiente que convendría revisar ya mismo

Bon hôtel, chambres fonctionnelles, propres. Personnel tout juste disponible. Rue très très très bruyante, malgré l'excellent double vitrage, impossible de dormir avant 4 heures du matin. Dommage, le reste est satisfaisant.

hotel trés bien situé, avec parking souterrain sous l'hotel. comfort et deco trés bien.ptit déj excellent seul bémol : les lits de couple dans les chambre standard sont trop étroit.150cm préferer la catégorie superieure les lits sont plus large.
