La Penita Apartments - تياس

The hotel does as described exceptionally well!! The rooms are basic but very glean with good cooking equipment. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, we had a great time.

Good basic apartment. Great sea view. Pools were cold in winter and no one used them. Was quiet in December. Good location.

Stayed in La Penita apts for one week. end of July. On the plus side; location was excellent, on a side street, my apt overlooked the gardens, was very quiet at night. The apt itself was very clean, the complex itself was very well maintained, reception/bar/cleaning staff all very friendly. Food in the bar was very good and very cheap. On the downside, I found it hard to get a bed by the pool most days as other guests had bagged the sunbeds by leaving their towels on them, I found this very annoying and definitely something the hotel manager needs to review. There were a lot of cockroaches in my apt too, they seemed to come in through the air vent in the bathroom. All that said, I would recommend La Penita and would definitely stay there again. Would strongly recommend Quintins in the Old Town, food excellent, more expensive than your average restaurant but well worth it, would recommend you book first.

We recently arrived back from a week long stay at these apartments,have never been to purteo del carmen before so was not sure where to book..could not have picked better apartments just around the corner from the new strip all restaurants and bars,we had our 7 month old with us too but the apartments were so clean and all the staff friendly and very helpful..lovely area, very baby friendly will be returning next year..

HAD FOUR ROOMS BOOKED FOR LAST WEEK IN APRIL,COULD NOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF THE PLACE OR THE STAFF.VERY CLEAN -GOOD LOCATION-VERY SAFE AND SECURE,THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE AT LEAST THREE STAR NOT TWO STAR,I WILL BE BACK AGAIN.THANK YOU.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at La Penita appartments, this was our second time to stay at this property and we will definately be returning. La Penita provides extremely good value for money. The staff are friendly and without hesitation carried our luggage up to our room upon arrival and down to a taxi upon departure. The appartments are spacious and clean and are very centrally located. The staff in the pool bar are very friendly and the food is delicious and inexpensive. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived. Could not recommend these appartments enough!!
